I came into the Metro store on 3675 Namoeki Rd. I talked with the Sam he helped out with a major issue on my phone. Sam was very calm ans handling the phone issue very well. Metro need more store manager like Sam, he definitely need a raise or a lof kudos.

As soon as you walk in the door, thay are ready to help you, yes, sometimes they get busy, and you may have to wait a bit, but realistically, that is anywhere, anymore... But overall, good quality service... Good Products, Great Service Overall, a pleasant customer experience...Vist one of your local MetroPCS Authorized Centers today... Sold my niece a phone who is a minor without checking coverage or with me about my debit card. Never go here or purchase a metro phone they are crooked they wont answer the phone at this store and the 800 number only gives you the run around they make boost mobile look good. They get an F in customer service

One of the worst customer service Ive had. Went in and wasnt even looked at nor greted on time. The person working was looking at the computer the whole time while asking a simple question and seemed as if they didnt know what to answer.
