We were looking for a mattress for our 5th wheel. We had gone to another mattress store here in Grants Pass and the guy was just not interested in selling us anything. He did suggest we come to this location. So thankful we did. We were going to only be in the area 2 more days and they were going to need to make the one we wanted. The salesperson was able to get the mattress made and delivered by the very next day. Very nice to work with- prices were good. Don’t even psss go. Just take your business to Quality Mattress and get exactly what you want for much better prices and much nicer sales people.

I have been so very happy with all my experiences with Quality Mattress.I had purchased a mattress and platform for the mattress about 10 years ago. They both stood the test of time, but now it was time to get something a little softer, and lower, easier to get onto. A lower platform took care of the height problem, and the rebuilding, and softening of the mattress was excellently done. Its like having a whole new bed, and oh my, I am sleeping so well. Thank you Reg, and all the staff at Quality Mattress.

I am so happy with my experience with Quality Mattress! From the time I walked in to test their beds to the delivery. The lady in the showroom was very helpful. She told me about each bed and what each one had in them. I would have given her a 4.9 because she didn’t call me to let me know my bed was going to be late. I had to call her. The delivery was amazing! The 2 young men took my old bed away and completely set up my frame and bed. I so appreciated that Quality Mattress didn’t charge me extra to take away my bed or make me find someone to come get my old bed. This was the nicest experience. I would highly recommend them and I will buy from them again.

The whole experience from picking out the mattress to delivery was wonderful. We didnt feel rushed to decide on a mattress right away and werent pressured into something we didnt want. The delivery guys were awesome as well, very friendly and efficient. Couldnt have asked for a better overall experience. We will definitely recommend Quality mattress to all out friends.

This is not our first purchase from quality mattress. We bought one of their mattresses years ago and loved it. Then we decided to full time it in our fifth wheel. We sold all of our furniture and moved into the RV. We found out that we needed a comfortable mattress that would fit. Lucky for us quality mattress makes special sized mattresses. Now we are living back in a house and went back for our 3rd mattress.We highly recommend this family owned business. Very honest people and definately customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Reg was an easy person to talk with, listened to what my needs were and helped me find a perfect mattress. Unfortunately, I was stuck in a contract with another mattress dealer and didnt end up buying one from Reg and Quality Mattress, but the next time I need a mattress, I will get one from him. He took the time to teach me about the different mattresses, what can be done with a mattress, even after you buy one to make it perfectly right for your needs. The amount of options available were astounding to me. They can go modern or even if that bed you loved twenty years ago isnt available now, they can make it! Twice I went to visit him and Quality Mattress in search of the right fit (as I was having repeated problems at another well known company in Jackson County). Both times he took the time, out of some very busy days, to help me. This kind of service and the mattresses he offers will have me back for one when I need the next one. Thank you Reg!

The mattress I ordered and received is just wonderful. It is probably mid-range price medium density. I have slept on it for two nights and I feel like a tv commercial because I just love it! Sleeping like a baby.........Thanks so much.

I purchased a very expensive mattress at another store 3 years ago and it has already broken down. Went to Quality Mattress and Reggie knew his stuff! I ordered the mattress and it was delivered in a timely manner. Reggie took the mattress out . He didnt see anything wrong with the box foundation but I decided to go all out and get the proper foundation, which he had thoughtfully brought with him. Upon removing the old foundation he saw a 50 year old bed frame with no center support and suggested that it be replaced. He gave a nice discount and what was great was he had everything he needed prior to delivery and even better was the NO PRESSURE sales! Very nice man knows his product well and while tonight will be my first nights sleep on my new bed if it is as good as the the customer service my life will be peachy!! Being older I still find lifting the mattress to put on the fitted sheets VERY difficult and if any one has any handy helper hints please do let me know.

This is a great place to buy all of your mattress needs. They sell great quality mattresses and they make even better ones if a pre-made bed isnt your style. Need a bed for your camper, they can custom design to for your life style. The staff is knowledgeable, honest and super personable. I just wish they had more stores like this around. Big name brand mattress stores couldnt beat their prices, quality and definitely their customer service!!! Big thumbs up to this place

Why have a website if ALL the mattresses say to call for pricing?

They give you the personal touch when you come in here. The salesperson was actually the co-owner and it was worth waiting a few minutes to talk to her. She gave us the tour but because we had just a few moments to wait we had actually made up our minds somewhat before we spoke. We saw that they custom make their own mattresses in addition to selling high-quality manufacturers goods.once we found that out there was no question that they would custom make a mattress for us for our new custom-made bed.

The owner was disrepectful to me and my kids, telling me to leave the building for saying they were high priced/not very nice while talking to someone on the phone. She then interrupted me and stated that they wont be doing business with me. It was our first time even being there too. They wanted $250 for a 5ft kids mattress. Never will I ever refer this place to anyone. Not friendly to kids either.
