Awesome shop has a parts store attached I mean cant get much better than that absolute best customer service Ive ever had at a shop. Not the mention the best prices in grants pass Evey time I get something done here I call Multiple different shops to compare prices, and they are always anywhere from 20$ Cheaper (kickdown cable repair) to 110 $ cheaper ( Front wheel drive CV axle repair) than the competition

This machine shop is THEE best, hands down! The staff are very friendly, and very KNOWLEDGEABLE about the business. We took our vehicle in and they kept in constant contact letting us know exactly what they were doing and what was happening. When we came to pick our vehicle up they handed us the keys and I remember looking at the mechanic (Tyler Morrison) who worked on our car and asked him, so, can we drive this to New York and back and again I will never forget he looked me in my eyes and stated yes you can, your car is fixed. We were referred to Specialty, I called and they said to come on over and they’d do a quick diagnostic (for a third of what my daughter recently paid at a different shop), and they were able to fix it same day, and for a great price. So happy to have found our new mechanic shop!

Im from Arkansas, and was slightly trepidatious going to a shop that I didnt know anything about, but boy did I luck out; these guys are great! I had a lot of work done, paid, and went on my way happy, but then the next day I got a call from the shop saying they had accidentally overcharged me, and that they had a refund waiting. Honesty like that is hard to find. Ill recommend this shop to everyone.

Best shop in the Valley only place I will ever take my rigs! Staff was freindly and extremely knowledgeable. They also have a machine shop that rebuilt my motor and it ran better than the day I bought it!
