So far, so good. The guys did a great job. Much better sound with new door speakers. They also replaced my original stereo with another OEM radio that I provided. Very reasonable prices. My GMC is a 99, like new, now good sounds like new.Thanks Guys

Great spot to stop to add some knock in a block in your trunk! Nice selection of music enhancements good amps, good face, good speakers, etc. The staff was on point, polite, and particular in detail. Assisted me on my interlock installation so I can give a breath of fresh air to my silverado before I spark life into the engine! Lol

Tuner/amp was smashed and wired weird in my 78 stepside, they said they could try to make it work or install a new sony one and wire it to my 6x9s for less than a couple hundred total. Ended up being only $160 but was $140 after a discount. They were fast, affordable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

The entire staff was helpful in making the installation of our rear parking sensor a success. They explained each step of the process, took extra special care of our brand new truck during installation, and ensured that the finished product looks as close to factory installed as possible. They also gave us a quick tutorial on how the new system works. They are very knowledgeable, which made us feel confident in using them. I would highly recommend Car Tunes to anyone.

Super disappointing.10am APPOINTMENT.2 hour job.Finally picked my car up after 4pmCounter guy, super kind and apologetic, the owner... an entirely different attitude! So RUDE!I will never shop here again nor will I recommend them to anyone.*IF you would have taken the time and heard me out..You never offered an apology.A simple phone call telling melt would longer would have sufficed.When you came in you didnt even look up at me, and made it seem like it was my fault. You may have been busy, but you were certainly not considerate of my time.

Fixed my speakers now Ive got my music back an can play aloud as I like. They all so do extra load ones, someone next to us rocked our dodge unreal.

Had a stereo system installed in my car, one of the speakers blew within 2 months, and the service I received was horrid. I called, was put on hold for ever, was finally told I would need to come in. They said they would order a replacement and call me when it was in. 4 weeks later I CALLED THEM, and speaker had not arrived. Two weeks later, I went in and checked, and OH, yes, they had a replacement. I got it replaced. One year later, the speaker blew again, and they could not tell me it was still under warranty or not.I Asked if $1000 dollar stereo system should last longer than a year. I was given some kind of B.S. about how HIS $5000 stereo system was working great.I did not feel like a valued customer after the sale. Would NOT recommend going here if you ever need further assistance with your purchase.

If we could give negative stars we would! We went in to have our windows tinted on our car. When I got there the guy argued with me about what I wanted for my car. Then complained that its going to take all day. When we got it back there was water drips all down the side of our car(which I washes before I took in) and windows, a piece of the trim was broke off our car, there were bubbles in the tint (which disappeared as they told me they would after I pointed them out) and the two front windows were not done correctly. We contacted the owner he refused to give us a refund but said hed make it right. We took it back in, the owner made the trim right. BUT when he re did our windows he scratched them even worst this time and there are bubbles all over the windows. (Hoping they disappear again) We do NOT recommend Car tunes AT ALL!

Manager and another employee took off on a day that we had an appointment and left 2 people there to cover. One with just basic knowledge and one that had to follow instructions we had for something that needed installed and he wasnt familiar with. And we had to wait 2 hours!

These guys did an EXCELLENT job installing a RCI-2970 10 meter radio in my older Dodge Ram pickup. When neither the headliner nor the dash turned out to be workable locations for this radio, they improvised and fabricated an attractive carpet-covered wooden housing that fits perfectly between cupholder and seat, complete with microphone clip on the side. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Went there with a hid headlight issue. Instead of listening they act all knowingly and dove right in changing out the ballasts . mid way through my drive home the lightt went out completely without the chance of turning it back on.Also had them change out some front speakers of mine since the stocks were pretty much blown.30 minutes into my drive the new speakers sounded worse than the original.So here I am. Waiting for daylight. Late for work with irritating speakers.

Came in to get one of my power outlets upgraded from 5 to 15 amps so I could run my Ham radio and they did it perfectly.

After the Music shop messed up my car to where I couldnt even start it after he installed a security alarm. Grant from the music shop wanted me tow my car 1 1/2 mi because he said to reset it at a blue botton.I a 54 year old woman went to Car Tunes in another car. They told me where to look for the whole black housing box and undue the plug then splice 2 wires and connect them together. I did that it was just like he said. I was able to get my car started and out of the garage so I could have a new furnace put in. These people didnt charge me and where so helpful and nice.DONT GO TO THE * MUSIC SHOP*

Nice helpful people. Business are in business to make money. Not give us stuff for free. Of course we can find things online for cheaper. But most of us want local help if something goes wrong. Giving a bad review because you found it cheaper on the internet is completely ridiculous. Car Tunes is a great local business run by hard working men.
