I love this place. Baskin Robins is the only place that sells Bubble Gum ice cream with actually gum in it so I come here quite often just to get this one flavor. There shakes are pretty good too. Service is always great here as well. They’ll let you try as many flavors as it takes till you find something you like.

My family visited in the later evening. Lobby was closed so we went to drive-thru. Everything was delicious and the service we received was top notch. I cant begin to tell you how nice it was to be treated with such kindness. These days you dont find it much unfortunately. FRIENDLIEST GALS AROUND! TYSM!

The girl was willing to sing happy birthday! They were really awesome with our chaotic order and the young ladies smile never faltered. They are always really great....I just wish they would open the bathrooms back up. (But that serves no bearing on my rating!!!)

I went in there about 1:30 on Saturday the 18th and Order milk shake it was great but the service was so bad. Went to the drive-thru and the girl at the drive-thru window was very rude and she acted like she just didnt want to be there

Made two orders. one scoop ice cream cone. and ordered a 1 scoop sundae with nuts and cherrys. it was 10 at night with 3 young girls working. the cone was fine but the sunday looked terrible! i then asked for another scoop for a charge of $2.29 more. even after 2 scoops the sundae did not reach the top. all told over 6 bucks for two ice creams. we later called the corp offices in customer service, the owner would be asked to call us but did not! Wont go again! DQ across the street. yea you owner, you should train better.

Drive through is always fast and super convenient. Their ice-cream selection never fails

Nice service and ice cream was pretty good, however it seems like every time I visit here the scoops are not so big and too soft. Its like soft service ice cream but ice cream is supposed to be served harder. It tastes better that way. Keeping it soft for easier scooping is not really doing best for customers. The one in Medford serves larger scoops and usually it is harder like it should be.

Love their banana royale with gold medal ribbon and carmel sauce.

Excellent ice cream and a huge variety of flavors with chairs and tables indoor and out to sit comfortably to consume your treat! My seasonal favorites are pumpkin cheesecake and eggnog. We really like the BOGO coupons for cones and $1.50 for a single scoop every 31st of the month.

The owner of this Baskin Robbins and the huge flag next to it is a traitor.

I LOVE their ice cream! They have the best mint chip you can get, and they have black cherry year round! Nutty coconut is another favorite, and no one beats their rocky road.

Baskin Robins was very curtious, friendly, and helpful! The only change I would make is some of the flavor selections for cakes, but otherwise I only wish I had gotten the names of the girls who served us around 7 p.m. April 20th, 2019. We were there to buy a birthday cake and the girls wrote the name and age on a small cake, they didnt have enough room for Dee So they put D. Which I thought was cute. Im sure it was no easy task for someone who hadnt done it much before. We were in a hurry and they did a neat job and the best they could on such short notice! Thanks girls, much appreciated and very delicious!😄😊💕

I would have given it a 5 star. Unfortunately I am too disappointed that them dont have my favorite CREAMY COCONUT. They only have Nutty Coconut. I HATE NUTS IN MY ICE CREAM!

I paid for my ice cream Sundays. The clerk asked if I wanted kids. I said, Yes please. She then proceeded to lick her fingers and handle my purchases without washing her hands. I was grossed out. I was careful were i touched the containers. I didnt want to cause a scene. I could not eat it.

Not too long of a wait, and they have clean bathrooms and counter tops. And free wifi, with a nice sitting area outside.

This place is just sad. My wife and I decided to get some ice cream and waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes before anyone even noticed us and an additional 5 before someone actually came over. In the time sitting at the window,we watched multiple people walk in from outside,place their order,and leave before we were ever helped. After taking our order finally, we were given the saddest excuse of sundaes and told that no one had noticed us,even after we had counted 3 separate times that we were noticed. We will never go back there again.

I went to baskin Robbins tonight and everyone was just very rude and didn’t give me the ice cream that I asked for. They claimed it to be “ all out “, but when we walked out they put the ice cream that I asked for.

The shake sundae was horrible. It was like chocolate milk with one scoop of ice cream on top. I ordered a chocolate chip shake sundae and basically the liquified mess was a thirowaway...what a waste!

Was good. A bit pricey but good.

Doing reviews late tonight however Im never disappointed when I go to ANY Baskin Robbins. Live all especially ice cream cakes.
