It’s just another in n out right? No, the Grants pass in n out is my favorite in Oregon. It’s rarely crowded, they always get my order right and are very friendly. I don’t eat burgers unless they are from in n out, I actually get a grill cheese(no patty) and sincerely wish they had a vegetarian option but still I get to enjoy it’s amazing flavor with every bite. This location is clean and due to the pandemic you can’t eat inside but we come inside to order and take it to go. The drive thru can get long at times. Overall I always enjoy a good in n out burger because it brings me back to eating here with my mom and brother as a kid, my family loves a double double and some animal fries with a Neapolitan shake. Thank you for your consistently good food and service! We will return.
Food tasted good. The medium sized burger was moist and the lettuce and tomato were fresh and not wilted. Fries were dry abd I had to wash them down with a drink. The employee was very friendly and polite. I couldnt find a clean table out of about half that were empty.
I ordered the #3, Classic Burger with Animal style fries. To my surprise the burger was actually pretty good and the bun was actually grilled & crispy, that was great. The animal style fries we’re about what I expected, nothing I would go back for but OK. I think In-N-Out burger compares pretty well with all the most traditional style straight forward fast food hamburger stops. In Seattle we have Dick’s if you like Dick’s drive South and get In-N-Out. Not really my thing but it’s an authentic American Original.
We always stop at Grants Pass to get In-N-Out Burgers. We always enjoy our experience here and always get wonderful service and food. Lots of different things to choose from on their menu. You can’t go wrong with ordering a double-double cheese burger with fries. Not sure if it’s on their menu but you should try the animal fries at least once.
After working an unusualy long shift, I was happy to find this In-N-Out was still open at 11:30 P.M. I did not want to cook late and wake my neighbors. I felt safe eating my meal parked in their lot. It is well lit. The workers are mannerly as well. Im glad to know this company always pays a decent wage to employees especially since most workers are young.
Food consistent with the chain..Easy access to I5 highway. Drive thru 30+ minutes..20 cars minimum..best to dine in..parking minimum..Drove thru and drove across street to chevron station to eat. Access to freeway N/S I 5 right there.
Being born and raised in Southern California on Bob’s Big Boy, Knott’s Berry Farm fried chicken every third Sunday and IN & OUT BURGERS after a day at the beach I was really happy to find that the later had moved up to Grants Pass Oregon before I did. This location is definitely freeway accessible, has a huge parking lot to accommodate the lines of cars waiting to order that comes with every In & Out Burger. And the staff is kind, quick and courteous.
Hello, Im going to try something new... Double Single, animal style, extra tomato, whole grilled onion and chili... chiliS that is. Thank you.As she touched her fingertips to her sternum she exclaimed, You know, sometimes people come through here and Im just like, Wow! Thats an impressive order.Guess I shouldve been wearing my wedding ring after rafting.
The burgers are always delicious here. The fries was actually pretty good this time. They are not always my favorite though. Really delicious but with the secret sauce. The line was extremely long, but they got everyone through in a timely fashion. The staff was polite and professional.
We had always heard about In-N-Out Burger, but never got the chance to try it. When we moved out here from Maine, we made sure to hit this place as we drove up from California (long story). It was not only incredible, but a very inexpensive meal. I know people always argue about which burger chain is the best, but you really cant beat the price and quality you get here. After living in Portland for a few years, we couldnt resist any longer and made the four hour drive down here JUST FOR IN-N-OUT. Was it dumb? Yes. Was my tummy happy? Also yes.We get a couple regular double doubles, a couple double doubles animal style, and animal style fries. Cant really go wrong!
In-n-out is my favorite burger spot! You gotta get your fries animal style. I get a double double cheeseburger also. I eat there every time I’m in town or near Oregon. I hope they reach here in Washington. The only thing I don’t like on my burger is onions. I recently drove to California and had in-n-out 3 times. People say Dick’s burgers here in Washington is the best but I disagree. ( even tho they are pretty good.)
Always excellent. Thanks for the great food and service. The line looks long but it moves very fast. Dont get discouraged by the long line. It is always worth the very reasonable waiting.
Its one of those places you feel compelled to go to when you are nearby. Since we dont have them in Washington, whenever I travel to somewhere these are I have to stop. Honestly not a fan of the fries but... The burgers are good and the whole idea of the secret menu is fun and the staff is always super polite and engaged.
These guys are awesome! The sauce is out of this world. The fries are pealed and cut fresh daily in house. They had lines of cooks just hustling. Best fast food burger Ive had from a major chain in a long time.
When it rome...we had traveled into Grants Pass, OR & were self sufficient for food but it didn’t stop us from stopping here before going back to camp. It was quick, clean and efficient. Our group was 5 but we made it work with the specialized seating for COVID. Our order was taken and was delivered in a timely COVID manner. We have one within 60 miles of our home that was just opened but super disappointing but this place was not in the lease. I would highly recommend stopping if you are traveling I5 and in the Grants Pass, OR area.
U kno I had to order off the secret Menu I got a triple triple delicious btw
Always a crazy long line but better burgers than the other fast food joints!
Service was very friendly and food was fairly quick to come out. The dinning room and outdoor seating was clean and well kept. This was my first time at an In-N-Out Burger. For me the burger was just ok in flavor. Im not sure what all the hype is about.
Great 👍🏽 double burger, lemonade, fries& customer service! Thanks friends on my visit to grants pass
Its the same as any other, the fries suck the burgers are great.
Busy like most of them. We got there on a very hot day, parked in the R.V. area and were promptly invaded by lots of bees. Not necessarily their fault, but there was no one to talk to so they could close the area off. Or fries were barely warm which was my main complaint. Yes, I complain about things like that. No excuse for it.
I haunted store #3 on Bristol and Civic Center Dr. Santa Ana, CA (circa 1978). Did I just fall into a time warp? The Double / Double and fries are exactly as I remember them over 4 decades ago. Simple fresh ingredients back then and even now. This company has defied the law of entropy. I still prefer the fries unadulterated by ketchup. Dont judge me ;-)
This was my first time at an In-N-Out. I had heard many mixed reviews but thought it was pretty decent. The burger tasted fresh and the fries were okay. I like the simplified menu which makes it much easier to decide what to get. I also tried a shake and it was very creamy. The service was also outstanding with a very clean restaurant.
Its been a minute same great goodness of it all.
The service was really great. The product was not so great. I ordered a cheeseburger and animal style fries, and other burgers/fries for the fam. The food was a little cold and Ive made much better burgers at home on my grill. The cheese fries at Wendys are much better and the burgers at five guys are much much better. I was glad to try in-n-out but i wont ever go back, it doesnt live up to the hype. Sad.
Delicious, easy, and perfectly priced! Only wish I had gotten one of the cool shirts while I was there. We ordered for two + fries and drinks, came up to $13! One of the best burgers Ive ever had, beaten only by home made (and Little BigBurger).
Awesome as always. Went at 3pm with no line.Always consistent!
Decent yet uninspired burger and 🍟. Not bad for the low price. The long line moved fairly quickly.
Imagine staring into the Sun but instead of feeling pain, you feel utter euphoria. Thats the privilege of gazing upon the yellow In and Out sign... to be continued...
Fresh and delicious as always.. fast, friendly service and still tastes like the burger I grew up with. On point!
Consistently great Cheeseburgers. Fries should be cooked longer and served less greasy and with ketchupor fri sauce. Shakes seem like they are not made from real ice cream. They were alright but McDonalds are better. They are so busy it takes longer to get your order than I would like. But because the Cheeseburgers are so delicious the twenty minute wait was worth it.
Well, I have been to this fast food resteraunt about 10 times total. I got to say, unlike other fast food places, I have never had a mistake on my order here. Fast service and no complaints. Love it! Animal Style with a milkshake, cant beat it!
Tip #1 if you want to impress someone on a first date; don’t bring them here. There are 3 items on the menu but 12 employees working uniformed. This says very boring and overkill. The food and the date: 1 star and that’s only for effort
Great value for the portion sizes.Long line, but super fast service!Great little piece of Cali in Oregon. 👍
As In-N-Outs go, this certainly is one. Pretty typical of the chain, tasty food and fresh ingredients. -1 star because the entire block smells like onions every afternoon.
One of the best cheeseburgers Ive ever had! It melts in your mouth, there burgers there are delicious. I rate them 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Love in and out. If youre in a hurry and want a burger, why not go for the ole in and out. Right right
If your Whole 30 or Paleo this is a great quick emergency. I always get the protein style with (said amount of burger patties) no sauce with mustard and add onion. Its saved me many times when Im starving!!!
Loved it!! We drove all the way from Aberdeen, WA (6+ hours, but took us 8+ with 4 kids) specifically to eat here! Service was awesome and some firefighters came in from fighting the fires and everyone clapped in solidarity when they walked in in support of them! It was an amazing moment to be there! It seemed to me that their meals were taken care of from the manager and definitely showed me that they care about who they hire to make sure they care about the community in which they serve. Thank you for making our visit worth the trip without even knowing it!!
Best burger value anywhere; great service and very clean facilities
The food is delicious, got a hamburger, the animal fries, and a chocolate shake. It was all really good, their secret sauce it amazin. Overall really good food
Burger and bun way too dry. Fries totally dehydrated. Was a big and surprising disappointment. First time In-N-Out was below what I had come to expect. Shakes were too melted by the time burgers came. We could see that the Drive-up was humming along quite fast though. Maybe, if there is a next time...
As usual the lunchtime drive-up line was long but moved quickly. Food was great!
That is one great place to eat if you want to a great burger even if you are going in and out. Check out the great deals 👍💪.
I used the drive thru about 2:30pm and didnt have hardly any wait time!!! Very nice
Returning from California. Visited two In-N-Out Burgers while there for two weeks. Had to stop at the Oregon only one we hadnt been to. Loved it@ Kinda sad the shirt was the same as CA except for the state name. It was a Friday about just after 5 PM. It was quite inside, clean, friendly, and with lots of seating options.
This town is a corridor for people traveling through Oregon and this company knew it. Not only is the interior of the restaurant bigger than others Ive been to in california the outside has tons of seating too. As a bonus the outside seating is covered and on the north side of the building keeping everything in the shade. As far as the food goes it is the exact same as any other in n out.
In n out secret menu. Nothing can go wrong. Delicious fresh burgers
2 double doubles and fries. Fries were a lil cold but good.
I love the burger. Had a ton cars in the drive thru and it went surprisingly very quick. Those employees are amazing.
Not a huge fan although food was fresh and service friendly, buns are not heated at all and the fries are terrible, taste air fried..? Guess you love it or dont, I dont.
We only got burgers and shakes, but it was quick service! The employees were friendly and attentive.
I always expect courtesy & accuracy from the staff & that is what I received. I enjoy the friendly attitudes & a good In N Out Burger.
Toasted buns and fresh ingredients set this place apart. Fantastic food and friendly staff.
I always love In-N-Out and the one is no exception. The parking lot was a bit odd since they had the normal drive thru entrance blocked off. This is the only one is town so gets quite busy.
Place was packed to the brim with customers as always and was worth the wait as always! Hard to find a better burger joint especially for the price! Have enjoyed In-N-Out since I first tried it years ago and Ill always come back for more no matter how many others are awaiting greatness! They keep it simple. They keep it quality.
Very pleasant and courteous staff. Had the triple something or other. It was pretty good for fast food...wish I new the menu better due to all the hype.
Food is always good. I suggest ordering in the lobby as a drive-thru is a little slow this place is very popular.
Just a hop off the highway and your at the best burger joint on the west coast!
Fast and professional, orders are always correct and hot. Such a better customer experience from other fast food companies
How was In and Out Burger in Grants Pass, Oregon on May 25th at 1:30pm? Busy but the lines moved fast. Great freshly made burger and hot fries. Pink lemonade was good too. Drive through moved fast. We went inside and got orders to go (only take out orders that day).
Food was great, I have been eating at in and out since 1948 in Baldwin Park at gravy and francisquito. Cooks were Ess and Mr Snyder.
In and out is an amazing burger chain! Its simple and mostly delicious. However, from this branch we receive cold fries, and raw burger patties. But the milk shake was bomb and the price is always great.
This place looks very clean the employees are very friendly and very well organized the hamburgers are very good and cheap good job to the employees and the management we need one In and OUT in wa state
Its in an out.great burger joint open pretty late, for those late night munchers.but, all your gonna get is burgers an fries, soda or shake,an thats pretty much bgg the entire menu.
Always amazing! Even if you dont secret menu it! Great sand friendly staff. Foods hot and fresh.
There is just something about getting a burger at in n out that is hard to beat. This location was clean, staff were friendly, and food was excellent. We drove here from Portland on a Saturday night just to get some burgers, well worth it. I would recommend getting their fries animal style, it’s part of their “secret menu” that’s not so secret.
No fork with my take-out animal fries order, and weak shredded lettuce, dry patties, and no fresh onion in my double double. Worst experience at an In n Out yet. McDonalds wouldve been better.
I learned I could get a grilled cheese sandwich with extra veggies nice!
Cheap faat food that doesnt make.me.regret it the.next day!
I always get a double double with extra patty. I dont know if even that is half pound but its big, everything on it, its really good and bargain price.
I have been eating at In and Out my entire life. It’s on my list when I’m in California. My partner went to the one in Grants Pass on his way to California and waited in a line of 20 cars which was not a problem, but his order consisted of cold fries and a burger that was toxic and caused massive GI upset. I’m surprised by this because it’s not what In and Out puts at as far as quality. Not sure what happened, but as a loyal fan, I thought you would want to know. I personally will not stop at the Grants Pass location when I travel and you have lost a customer with my partner. I’m sad… I hope you look into the quality issues at the location. I rarely post reviews, but this situation deserves attention.
Great as always.. cant go wrong at in-N-Out Burger
Went here yesterday with my mom; first of all the food was great and I love the streamlined minimal menu. Second, the girl working at the drive thru taking orders was so kind and pleasant! She was the best. 👍
Nice fast food burger. Ok fries. Fast, friendly service.Eat inside or on the patio.
I loved in-n-out when it first came out it was the best ... but.. its is very different from those days ... not as good as I remember... still a good burger 🍔 ....
The giant red arrow of an In & Out sign is welcome wherever it is seen: and Grants Pass was no different! A double-double with grilled onions before 11am hit the spot in ways a 2pm burger never will... Perfect!
Stopped here after a long day of driving down the coast. I asked for my burger to be animal style and my fries animal style as well. I even clarified and asked the cashier, Gavin if he heard me about the fries. While we were waiting for our food a very loud girl was telling stories in the back and being extremely loud and obnoxious to where it ruined the customer experience, not only for me but I could see annoyed looks on other customers faces. The fries did not come animal style like I requested. Disappointed with this experience.
I wish I dont inhale it before the exit. Easy stop from the freeway and easy back on as well.
