Probably one of the best drive through experiences I’ve had. Love it when people love their jobs and have fun with it!
Ill be honest, subway is subway but the employees here are very friendly and they truly listen and make a great sandwich while always smiling, if your craving a good experience give them a try, you wont be disappointed ..
Do not use this location or the app. I placed an online order for delivery that was immediately canceled by the app but was still charged to my account. When I called the store directly to confirm my order went through I was placed on hold. Normal enough at a busy establishment, but instead of actually being put on hold the person on the other end simply sat the phone down while I had to listen to the incoming ding of texts they were receiving. I even had the pleasure of hearing a video someone had sent them while I waited. After several repeat calls, one of which they picked up just to hang up, and waiting time I was finally told the final answer… No food-Call my bank to get my money back.That took 30 seconds to answer my question.
Whatever male is working the drive thru today, Saturday September 11th, is one of the most unprofessional people Ive ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Super rude, cutting us off while were talking, snapping at us for asking for items theyre out of, and generally acting like an angry child. I will be following up with the management to make sure this individual is set straight.Sir, you do not treat anyone with that salt, let alone customers who are being patient and friendly.For reference, this is the couple who got so fed up with your sarcasm and snide that we left on the middle of ordering. You were incredibly rude.
I got the footlong tuna fish sandwich with a double the tuna and all the vegetables except jalapenos. The staff was really nice and my sandwich as Im eating right now is amazing. Good price too.
It was a busy day at this location but they handled my order of multiple sandwiches quickly and accurately. The employees were really friendly and helpful when I had to change part of my order. Matt was especially awesome, bringing out the order to the car for me. A great Subway location!
Today 7/19/21 5:40pm I had the worst service I’ve ever had at a drive thru Subway. Upon pulling up to place my order I could hear a male yelling from the speaker box. I had to keep repeating my order to the girl taking my order. At the window I had to repeat part of the order again and she said she had to take my credit card to the front machine because her machine isn’t working. I was definitely uncomfortable with this. I will be checking my account for any suspicious charges. I feel whoever is managing or owns this Subway needs to take charge and find out how their restaurant is being run with the personnel they have at their #5992-0 6th Street business. It is definitely the last time I will be going to this restaurant. I advise the rest of the public to do the same!
Have been here several times, always good food and customer service. Waited at drive thru board for 10 minutes before calling the store about our online order. No one was at the restaurant besides us. When I reached someone by phone they said they had only been on the job for 2 weeks, could not accept card or cash and they had repeatedly called their manager but no mangers would answer their calls. 2 weeks is pretty fresh to be left alone especially when no manager can be reached. Felt very bad or these poor kids.
Newer subway, clean, friendly staff. Following all Covid security precautions. Felt very safe. Excellent service. Easy freeway on and off.
Worst customer service EVER I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged then I drive up to the window and no one was there sat for another 5 minutes before leaving. What is wrong with Subway and their drive through service. Its the worst EVER!! Im going to start eating at Jersey Mikes they have WAYYY better service. Id rate them a zero star but I cant!!

Staff was very slow making the sandwich and kept asking me to repeat simple details. He seemed high to me and it ended up taking about 30 mins to complete a very simple order.

I literally bought the same exact meal.from.the subway on the south. I am almost absolutely positive I got food poisoning from the meat!! I threw up and stayed on the toilet over 12 times the rest of the night. Sadly disappointed when I used to frequent subway a few times a week :(
It seemed the staff all started on the day we drove through Grants Pass. Yet they were awesome! Our sandwiches were just as we ordered, I sure hope so!
Ive always loved Subway but I suggest you do not order online or else when you get home it will not be made to your liking. I ordered online had no extra cheese no banana peppers and a few shreds of lettuce when I wanted a regular amount of lettuce...
The young man waiting on us was was alittle drull but he made a good sandwich. Could have toasted it alittle longer. 😏
Not a local by any means, but I must say that the employee Wendy had to be the most pleasant fast food employee I’ve ever encountered. Also the interior was spotless... counters, displays, pay stations and bathrooms!
I love subway, but I ordered my meal about an hour ago, and it still hasn’t arrived...this is ridiculous.

Used to be one of my favorites. Now I am disappointed; 6 inch sub was only about 4 inches, ordered double meat, didnt get double.

Were driving through town on a road trip and just stopped at this location. I have to say the gentlemen that was taking our order absolutely made our day with his jokes and the way he read back our order. When he got to the end of the order he told us to meet the Wendy to his peter pan at the window and theyll see us in neverland, my little girls were so giddy. Wendy was also such a sweet soul. I appreciate the smiles and positivity in this hard time and the food was of course yummy as always!

Crowded, employees were not wearing masks properly. My order was messed up.
I never review restaurants, but this specific visit was absolutely disgusting. The guy handling my food said he didnt need to wash his hands properly because he was washing dishes, literally rinsed his hands off for 2 seconds. He also pulled his mask down and kept touching his face afterwards. He was also clearly strung out on what seemed like meth. Will not be returning to this place again. Would give it negative stars if I could after this experience. Foul.

My phone messed up before I could comment after the rating. The staff that assisted me and my son were beyond awesome! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made our experience at that location very entertaining and enjoyable. We just moved to Grants Pass and your store will be out store. :)

People who were taking orders where yelling at a customer and the person name Matt was taking my order and yelling. I never heard anything like this before in my life. Also call me hun I dont think thats right. I dont think I come back anymore.
Very clean restaurant. The staff are very clean in appearance and also very personable. This is one of our best Subway experiences to date and weve been enjoying Subway for years.

I will never use the app to order from this store again. Great food but I called about no cheese in my sandwich and the girl said she knows for a fact she put it on there cause she made it. Even took pictures just in case. If there is cheese I dont see it nor taste it. Next time Ill watch my order being made!
There needs to be a better policy ensuring that employees are covering both their nose and mouth. Multiple employees were not covering their nose and that was very concerning.

Love coming here very nice staff and friendly service never had a problem with my order or staff. The place is very clean and organized as well. Always fast and friendly service and never been disappointed coming here. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!

All the veggies are always frozen not very fresh. Still no inside seating offered.

3:00pm Monday: Drive thru had a line of 3 cars, 2 cars in parking lot. Either the window server needs retraining or more help in store. I asked her to repeat my order so that it would be right but I got home and it wasnt and the wait was too long for bad service. Also 2 out of 4 cookie types were not available. Im rethinking Subway for my take out !
Sandwiches were yummy. We used the drive thru which we werent sure of, they did a fine job. Minimal wait and good friendly service.

I pulled in the Drive-Thru at 10:05 p.m. I left the drive-thru at 10:35 p.m. Without being helped. I suppose 1 employee cannot handle making food for the drive thru and walk-in customers. Horrible business model. Trying to save a buck on employee hours will cost you soo much more! Get it together! Worst experience ever, highly un-recommended.

Terrible experience tonight. Took forever and with a huge line, one of the two employees leaves on her lunch break and the other employee lets her cut in front of a line of customers to make her sandwich and rings her up. Was overcharged and the employee wouldn’t do anything about it and just gave the manager’s card and said to call him. I get that it’s not a glamour job but you represent the company and need to exercise any sort of customer service skills.

Staff was busy, and very rude. While ordering we were interrupted multiple times, and when leaving the employee asked are you good can you leave now as we were waiting for our receipt. Will not be returning, I expected the manager to be understanding but that was not the case, she informed me I was wrong and should leave

I eat here frequently, drive-in and sit down. I have had consistently good service either way, its always clean and Ive never gotten sick (severe gluten allergy). This is the only location in Grants Pass, OR where I have been treat kindly with a special order of gluten free bread. They have to prepare a special way and it can be time consuming. Other locations in town I get sandwich makers that roll their eyes and act like I inconvience them. NOT HERE (6th Street). They are also so cool about special order. Thank you guys!

Ive come to rely on Subway when I travel because I can count on getting a gluten free sandwich in the Oregon stores now. Yay! The preparer always asks I have an allergy...YES!! And its prepared consistently every time, safely and cleanly. Decent gf options on the road are not to be taken lightly. Thanks, Subway!
