Oh my gosh! I could spend all day in here looking at the cool fun unique and must haves. Theres things here I didnt know I needed! Really a cool store I think most people will agree.

If you havent gone your missing a lot, this is a wonderful store, I am only allowed to go a couple times a year (joking) because I would be tempted to get one of everything needed to supply my kitchen. They have just about every tool, gadget, frying pan, cake and cookie pan, kitchen knife, cloth napkins you could need and much more. Many ranges of items and quite a lot of high quality items too. I went in for spatulas today, both metal and silicon, found what I needed and came out with quite a few other things that I need. If you are into the culinary arts you will not be disappointed. 😊👍🏻💖

Love this store for the little things and the obscure. They are always helpful. They have great prices and amazing quantity. They also happened to have and know what caviar spoons are. Long story. Just know they are a solid business with great help.

Great place for niche goods and high end imports. The layout is a bit of a nightmare, and the sections arent marked, so its best to ask for help in naviamgating through.Overall if you cannot find something at a local grocery or even Cartwrights, its likely youll find it here.

The employee who helped me tried several different options and was finally able to help me choose a piece of equipment that was actually better than what I had been shopping for. Bravo! You can find equipment here that you simply cannot find anywhere else but online, and the prices are absolutely on par. Thank you Kitchen company.

My Husband and I were very happy with our experience here. Personal was friendly and not to much bothersome. Very well stocked for every price range. Would be back when possible. We live in Klamath Falls and not much opportunity to visit the area.

I was really upset with the customer service I received with my most recent visit. I have typically come here during the holidays to get really wonderful, useful and unique gifts for friends and family. I made a purchase about a week ago and decided I wanted to go get another one since it would make a wonderful gift for my mom as well. When I went in, the 3 employees were too busy in their conversation and when I asked for help to find something they looked at me like I was disturbing them. One woman broke away from the conversation and came to look for the product with me. While we were looking for the item, one of the other employees came over and told her that they needed to go outside to take a photo, even though she was clearly in the middle of helping a customer find something. The employees all went outside to take a photo instead of finishing to help me find a product. I asked the woman who stayed at the register if she could get the product back in for me to which she told me no and that they would only make special orders of $5,000 or more. Really???? I will have to go find this product elsewhere. I usually like to keep my business small and local, but unfortunately it will not be at The Kitchen Company anymore.

It has been a while since I have been in the store, but the ladies there are awesome!I have purchased replacement ice cream tubs and a Cuisinart stand mixer, and Soda Stream pop machine and items from this location amongst other items, and the service is great!I use a wheelchair to get around, and the ladies held my purchase so my wife could come and get items I couldnt carry on my wheelchair while I was out and about! They were able to help my girls find items that interested them as well.

Awesome store...while looking for a knife, I asked for some help in determining the best quality in my budget. We got a whole class on knives and what to look for in 10 minutes. It was awesome...and we picked just the right thing for us. Thank you ! Thank you!!

I bought an item on their promotional sale, but they did not honor the price on the box. I discovered this after returning home, which is 34 miles away. I decided I should return to the store since I was overcharged $45. I was told my card was refunded and sent on my way. The problem.... they never actually refunded my account.
