Cara and Aaron at Grants Pass Power were a pleasure doing business with. I was in the market for my first zero-turn mower. Firstly, they patiently gave me a few timely quotes and extra details back when I was in the shopping phase and considering a number of dealers and brands. Over six weeks later, when I finally decided to pull the trigger on a Scag, using these guys was an easy choice, given my recent experience with Caras proactive communication. I reached out again, they got the mower in and fixed-up with my desired accessories, and I made the 5 hour drive to pick it up. Paperwork was done, needing only my signature, when I walked in the door. Aaron took a solid 30 minutes to physically show me the controls, features, and maintenance points of the machine, then gave me a nice little tutorial on operating and driving it. He then got me loaded up and on my way, after answering all my questions. I couldnt have had a better experience, and this business made my long drive worth it. Highly recommended!

I had a pressing job that needed done with a broken mower. 6 weeks out to bring in the riding mower, 3 -4 weeks deck only. Dropped off my deck and got a call 2 days later, ready to pick up. Thank you for the quick service and the great customer service. This place rocks!!!

Great place!!! Got 5 chains sharpened and wanted to have one of my chainsaws fixed. He pulled the cover off and it was a simple adjustment and he did it without a charge. Sharpening was done by the next day. Very reasonably priced!!! Just an all around great place. Oh and Ill be bringing my generator in soon!!!

Yes!! I agree, both people there are amazingly nice. My mower wouldnt even start and I was thinking...shoot...a big bill is needed to get this thing runnin. Well, thankfully Aaron really knows his stuff. I brought my mower there. However, after Aaron looked at it, it was a belt replacement and a wire that needed re-connected. I was running late and wasnt going to be able to get there on time and thankfully this day worked where they stayed at this shop a little after their close time to help me get my mower.He saved me a ton of money and I totally trust and recommend this place for all your small engine repairs!! Aaron knows his stuff!! I had a problematic starter that was chewing up the starter gear (its made of plastic). Aaron properly diagnosed the problem as a worn bushing. When my father-in-law took it in to get a replacement part, Aaron built me one as good as new from parts he had laying around in the shop. Saved me a ton of money and trouble. Youve got a loyal new customer!

I had a wonderful experience here. The owner and technician was able to fit a larger more reliable engine into my Zero turn mower after my original engine failed due to factory defect that was beyond warranty (2nd owner). He did call Kohler but they wouldn’t honor anything.So he thought outside the box and did a bunch of research to find the most powerful and reliable engine that would fit. He even customized a muffler so it all fit.I now have a beast of a mower. His rates were really fair. Price on parts was comparable to Amazon and he was willing to let me bring my own parts. His labor was very reasonable.I will definitely be back for tune ups and if I need parts for my trimmer.

Great experiences. Have had them work on riding mower, gas blowers and chainsaws. Good work and they charge a fair price. Aaron and his wife are great to work with....pretty sure they bought the business from Ken about 1.5 years ago.

Took my Lawnboy in for service. Now runs great, far better results than I have ever experienced both at another shop and at the dealership from which I got the machine. Id take my lawn tractor there if I had the means to transport it. Most highly recommended!

Well, my daughters generator (a 10KW Chinese knock-off of a Honda, I think) was not running properly. Turned out it was a dirty carb which they fixed and that was accomplished on schedule. The lady behind the counter and the gentleman who, I believe, was the mechanic were both nice, helpful and the cost was more than reasonable.

They’re great, affordable and have given me same day service when other shops were quoting a week or more, more than once.

Needed a float bowl seal for my tiller.I called & found out that my model tiller had two different carbs. & they had both,so I brought my float bowl in.They lined me up with what I needed,I got home reassembled carb.,got garden tilled.Happy camper here.

I have brought in beater lawnmowers and other equipment and Ken or others always get me going again. Naturally I have learned all mower shops are slammed in the spring so I dont procrastinate and wait till weeds are high!

Do not take any equipment to this place! The old man who works there is extremely rude and unhelpful. I took my old 5 hp briggs and stratton motor to him to get a couple linkages, long story short, two weeks later after saying he would have it done he didnt even look at it yet. Unacceptable
