Best shipping center in Southern Oregon! I’ve been doing business Speedy Pack for 5 years. Shawn & the staff are always so nice & professional! The store is neat & clean too. Most recently, I needed to mail a guitar to Canada - I literally came in with the guitar & an address, & Speedy Pack thoroughly packaged it for me & helped me choose the best shipping options. The guitar made it safely & on time :) Thank you!

I had a very positive experience with Speedy Pack & Ship. I came into there store at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon with 14 sap covered sugar pine cones about 10-14inch long each in a old crate. Speedy Pack and Ship employees wrapped each sugar cone individually (sticky difficult job) and placed them strategically as they packed them to decrease probability of fragile items breaking during transit. They took care of everything for me with no extra charge. I could have not done this with out Speedy Pack and Ship. They are the only packs it for you from Crescent city to Medford (Crescent City, Medford Charges a fee for this service) The overall aura of the store gave off this family vibe. the manager Shawn creates a warm family like atmosphere as he works along side with employees mentoring them as they keep up a good customer service pace as a team. I really enjoyed my experience and my package arrived from Oregon to Ohio exactly on time (3days)!

I work for UPS and deliver / pick up from Speedy Pack most days of the week. I have been doing this for over a year now. I felt the need to post here because of a recent slanderous review and false accusations and give my opinion of a deserving 5 stars for them. The owner and employees there will, if not helping customers first, of course, help me with the multiple packages and overweights that I bring in or have to pick up without me asking. Their attitudes, I have observed, with their customers is always upbeat and helpful. There are different personalities amongst the employees and yet, they tend to get along and help each other when necessary. This is just my observation in the 10-15 minutes of time I am there delivering and picking up from them. I truly recommend their business for any service they offer that you may need.

I was present at Speedy Pack yesterday, when the previous reviewer made a scene. She was very rude, and totally out-of-line! I’m not sure what businesses she frequents, but in my experience, it’s always first come, first served. Furthermore, several of their employees have tattoos, so saying she felt like she was being discriminated against because she has tattoos is ludicrous. Even after she cut the line, & rudely refused to pay for the service they were providing, the employees were still polite & patient. I go into Speedy Pack frequently, have been for years, and they’ve always been great!

I have used this company for a few years now. Shawn and his staff are super friendly always, even on rough days. They work hard, and are diligent to help you fulfill your needs in any way possible. The faster shipper in the area. They have also saved me some troubles plenty of times, even going out of there way, or when it’s costs then an unnecessary expense. 5 stars all day long. NOT Ada accessible. If you are cute and elderly you can take your free amazon prelabeled box and place on counter and leave, but if you have dreads and tattoos, you have to stand in line, and a pay $1.00 for the privilege of waiting for 10 other people without prelabeled items to drop off your FREE amazon return. My mothers uses them all the time which is the only reason I was there, to drop off her return. She has been dropping them off at the counter for years, no waiting in line, no paying $1.00. I am legally 30% more whole body disabled than she is, so perfect example of judgmental service. Nasty attitudes all around! Trust me, go to the post office. Free drop off of prelabeled items, no standing in line, and they are friendly, and ADA accessible.

So glad to have found this place! Very convenient access and the staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. Great customer service. I received several packages this week, and they helped carry them out and load them in my car. Shipped several packages out (including International) and they helped me find the best ways to ship and even repackaged several boxes into one box to save me shipping costs. Staff were very patient and efficient and they always have enough staff to help move people through quickly. Now I dont dread having to go pick up my mail or send packages! I would highly recommend Speedy Pack & Ship.

This business puts customer service FIRST! The people they employ are absolutely AWESOME! They go out of their way to make sure your needs are met, and are friendly and professional. I was new in town, and they helped me find a mailbox (they had a waiting list at the time and I needed one right away), and later packaged and shipped packages in a way that nothing fragile was broken and arrived when needed. These folks really go the extra mile; they are THE BEST!

I was extremely impressed. I needed to ship something very expensive, fragile and a challenging shape to pack. I think it was the owner that helped me but both he and the young gal helping me were extremely friendly, efficient, helpful and I was pleasantly surprised by how much they charged me for packing items (I’m usually surprised in the other direction). My item arrived safely, in perfect condition as promised. I’ve tried a few other places in town, but this was the best experience, so I’ll be exclusively doing business here from now on. :)

Everyone without exception is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.I am in several times a week. They know me on site and often have my packages pulled from the back before I make it to the counter. It only took a month or so to get to know everyone, and now I cant imagine using anyplace else.At random times of the day there is sometimes a short line, but it moves quickly. And I I have my Box key, I dont have to wait anyway.

Love this place! I use them for all of my mailing needs, whether its UPS, USPS, or FedEx. I even trusted them to package & mail a grandfather clock thats been in our family for 50 years! They have very reasonable rates for their mailboxes...with all the mail theft, I love the security of knowing my mail is safe. Last, but not least, the people there are very friendly and efficient!

I have been using Speedy Pack & Ship for at least 15 years probably closer to 18 years they are all Great I use them for a Notary whenever I need and I have had a PMB Box there the whole time also.

Go to the post office for flat rate boxes. For a medium flat rate that is $13 at the post office, I was charge $22 here. I only went in because I have a family member that uses them all the time. I live out of state and was trying to ship myself items that did not fit in my carry on. Had it not been almost closing time, I would’ve just left and gone to the post office. For two boxes that should’ve been $26, I paid $44 and that is a ridiculous up charge for a “flat rate”.

The staff is amazing!! Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly every single time I call or go in there. I appreciate it so much. Great genuine customer service is hard to find now days and they sure have it there!!!

I love this place. Ive gotten my mail here for 6+ years. I love that my packages and mail are safe, always. Its so nice to be able to have anything shipped and know that it will be there. With so many thieves out there its worth the low monthly cost. Everyone that works there is very nice and helpful.

I have never been so impressed with a business in GP as I am with this packing/shipping company. I called to see where they were located and told Shawn what I was mailing and he asked me to give him the dimensions of something I felt was very fragile and he told me approx (right on) how much it would cost, the box size and who I could ship it. Just went better from there. Took my product in, one of the ladies asked me what I had and she took it from there. Packing was just done so easy, she was efficient, courteous, friendly and even stopped what she was doing to help me with another project, photocopying my pages. I absolutely will be going back if needing a pkg packed and sent. I cannot tell you how easy this whole process was. Thank you ALL!
