Very helpful. Everyone in the store was pleasant. They didnt have what I needed in their branch, but looked up other branches to assist in finding the paint we needed.

I always have a great experience with the Grants Pass Sherwin Williams location, but Hanna went above and beyond to help me today. She is incredibly friendly and helpful and she restored my faith in customer service. Sadly, its very unusual to encounter pleasant and helpful employees these days, but Hanna is awesome.

Sherwin Williams is such a great paint store. I have a log home in Alaska and needed help with a very specific issue. The team at the G.P.. Oregon store were super helpful. They spent the time with me to get the answers and the products needed at a super great price. They have been my store of choice for 10+ years.

I needed to touch up a paint job I did 7 years ago. They matched the paint perfectly.

We purchased a very large amount of interior paint ($1500) for our new home before the drywall was placed and the lights were mounted. Therefore, we had no way to truly sample the color in our home. After the work was completed and we began painting, the color we had chosen was way too dark! We knew we couldnt return it, and we didnt know what we could do except choose another color and pay another $1500. We called Jarred at the Sherwin Williams Grants Pass, OR store, and told him about our problem, and he said that he might be able to lighten it for us! We took our paint into the store and Jarred worked with us for an hour, slowly adding more white paint and to our great joy, he was able to achieve a beautiful color! It was the exact color we wanted and we were thrilled. Jarred was very encouraging throughout the process and truly lifted our spirits. We came into the store discouraged and panicked, and left feeling happy and excited with our new lightened color. When we got home and began painting, the color was amazing! Thank you Jarred, for your time and expertise and compassion. We really, really appreciate you and your outstanding service to us. Also, Sandy, another customer associate working in the store, was encouraging and helpful! Thank you to Jarred and Sandy from the bottom of our hearts!! Its so rare to find people who care so much for their customers, and take the time to really help resolve issues. We are customers for life!!

I was helped with much knowledge of which paint to use for my project.. there color specialist was in the store and she helped me pick and confirm my ideas of a contrasting color. She even suggested going matte... Im stepping out of my box and am going to try it. Thank you for all your knowledge and help!!

Very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable associates. Jared did great matching the eight year old trim on my house. I needed some boards replaced and the color he mixed up was perfect. You may find other paint stores less, but, the service and quality of their products will definitely bring me back, again.

The sales personnel are very helpful. My sales person took all the time needed to help with selection and look up past color selection made by my past contractor. This type of customer service is waning, but my Sherwin Williams store is keeping up the tradition. Good work!!

I would like to give this store a good review because I like to support small businesses. However, I went to this store today to buy paint for a project I wanted to work on tomorrow and they were closed. I know today is New Years Eve, but it is a Monday and I was there around 2:30 p.m. There was no sign indicating that they were closing early for New Years Eve, they were just closed. I dont understand a business closing at 2:30 p.m. on New Years Eve (the holiday is New Years Day) and I dont understand a business closing without posting a sign indicating they will be closing early. This is the reason people end up going to the big box stores rather than supporting the local small businesses.

We had never been to a paint specialty store before and both of our experiences at the Grants Pass OR store were excellent, the first with Jarrod - polite, professional, knowledgeable, even carrying our one gallon paint can out to the car for us! the next day, our experience with Sandy was very good as well, showing us a tool we didnt know existed and gave us good advice on our painting job as well as selling us a color we really liked and used.

Jared (I thin that was his name) was very friendly and helpful. The store was having a sale, so my match wasnt available until the following day, but he explained it and it was reasonable.

My wife and I have used this particular Sherwin-Williams store many times over the years since its near our home. The staff has always been courteous and professional. Two of the staff in particular (Demecio and Wyatt) were of great assistance during our last visit. I highly recommend this store for your paint and paint supply needs.

I order white paint got a cream colored paint staff is nice and helpful but they do not carry white primer only off-white paint has no Sheen to it but they have cheap pants better double canvas

Superior paints and stains with knowledgeable and helpful staff. If youre going to the trouble of painting or staining a project, do it right the first time by having the best products available to you. You will find everything you need to make your painting project a breeze.
