Great local family run business. Supports the community that they live in. They have a little bit of everything and seem to carry higher quality products than a lot of other places. Worth the drive!

Friendly staff and good selection of products. Was able to save $20 a sheet on oak plywood over home depot. The only downfall of this place is its location. It is around 10 miles from grants pass.

Ive been in the Grants Pass area since 2015 and if theres one home center that has quality products and just about anything you can think of that you might need, they have it.You wont find a more knowledgeable, helpful and understanding floor crew. If you have questions they have the answers.That being said prices are a bit high for me personally so I try other home centers first to get a better deal for my income.

The people at Fields are very helpful. I do a fair amount of business with the contractor desk and they really are good ol Boys and as a woman I am treated well. The store and yard are well organized and have everything you need. As a general contractor coming from CA, I have a good basis for comparison.

Fields home center had every fastener I needed to buy today.

Shop local! I made the mistake of assuming Home Depot would be the cheapest place in town with their national buying power, but I was wrong. Fields might be a couple miles out of your way but the savings is worth it, everything is cheaper but the same quality. They are also involved in the community... So a win, win

Truly great service. I came back here to purchase a top of the line lawn mower here after shopping for it at a near by big box store. I am so glad I decided to make my purchase here even though I had to wait 3 days for delivery. The price was the same as the big box store but the service was so much better. Thinking back over the years, I have never been disappointed here.

If you need lumber they have it!Lots of crown molding and baseboard. We bought all of our trim here when we remodeled our home.Also special ordered alder wood for the trim around our front door.Fields has a lot of nice wood slabs as you walk in for different projectsMy husband made three planters for our garden made from 2x12 cedar.We re-sided our barn with rough sawn Doug fir 1x12Drip supplies for the garden and plumbing supplies.Great hardware store.

I just love this place. You name it Ill bet they may have just what your looking for. This time of year (Fall/winter) mice like to move in for the winter. I always try to encourage them to stay outside. But just in case you will find a great selection designed to redirect your wayward mice. I have found peanutbutter will attract them too....your redirection sights.

Great, really professional and knew what was needed. I went a couple days ago to another place near Albertsons off Redwood highway and was treated poorly was told part no longer in stock, but I could run trimmer until it blows up! Fields found a seal for air cleaner that would work. Very impressed, fields will get my money and business.

Very helpful staff. Convenient parking, and not as crowded as the Grants Pass stores. Only a few minutes drive from town. Found some nice battery powered garland for my fireplace at Christmas and its where I go to get snow shovels, rakes and other yard items.

Fields is the best of small town hardware stores. First and foremost: they are well-stocked and well-informed. Even if you think you know what you need, it pays to ask someone because they may have a personal recommendation that will work better. Always friendly, always helpful.Their hardwood section in the front of the store is great to walkthrough on every visit, as well.Secondly, shopping here is better for the community. Local money should stay with local businesses. It pays off in the long run. Skip the big box stores, and hit up Fields. This is my favorite store in all of Grants Pass / Murphy.Dont forget to fill up on popcorn.

A big box store, with homespun attitude. If you dont know what you really want to accomplish a project, use YouTube. Then buy online as these guys are not very helpful. Looking for someone to show me decking boards, Bill sent me outside to the wood area. That was the end of any support. I left...

They have everything you need. Good prices and good friendly service from most of the employees. A couple people there act as if you are shoplifting and will stare at you but never ask if you need help. I have shopped here for over 15 years, give me a break. 🙄

I live in the neighborhood where Ace is and I grew up here and we use to come down to Ace just to get theyre free popcorn or buy ice cream or soda from the vending machine! Now as an adult I love going here for my tool or arts n crafts needs

Most everyone knows me i have going there since 1997 when i moved here. I like the fact that Fields is competitive in pricing infact I find them to be lower in cost on items then some of the bigger stores. I definitely buy my lumber and concrete products from Fields as well as paint.

I found the sink drain basket I was looking for because they had every size and style.I also noticed they had all the different stove pipe sizes so Ill be back. Nice selection of local wood planks too.

Mom & Pop hardware. They carry those hard to find items and the service is extremely better than the box stores. I spend a lot of time at hardware stores remodeling my home. Fields Home Center is my favorite.

I just love field they are so helpful friendly and Jason he really is great at helping the 4-H and FFA kids when they need help. Anytime you go into Fields theyre always willing someones always willing to help you. And if they dont have it you let him know and Ill see if they can get it I really like fields.

Customer satisfaction should be at the top of the list in my opinion. Went there to purchase 1×8×6 cedar fence and was told I could not hand pick my lumber, I had to take what was available off the top and was not allowed to look through the stack. Ive never been told you cant pick your lumber anywhere else in the valley. Ill never spend my money at your store.
