I went to this Verizon Store about a month ago to inquire about an upgrade and an activation. I was told to sit wherever I like and someone would be right with me because the other associate was “about to come back from lunch”. I sat for 20 minutes and no one came to help me or acknowledged my presence. I decided they must be short handed and decided to leave and come back another day. Yesterday I returned to the store and a different associate was there. There was a man sitting with him and I really couldn’t tell if it was his friend or a customer. They seemed to just be chit chatting. When I walked in the associate did not greet me or ask me what I was there for. I looked around but there was not another associate. When I left I was also not acknowledged. Needless to say, this location will not be getting any of my business in the future. I went to the Grapevine store instead and was helped immediately. The Grapevine store was also adhering to a social distancing policy that the company has which was not at all in place at the Euless location.

When I arrived, the sales persons were more interested in their phones than helping me. I had to pull the sales of a new phone from the rep that finally waited on me. After an hour of trying to download my old phone to my newone, I left and went to a friends house who helped me to finally set up new phone. I will try another service when this contract is up and definitely find another Verizon store if I happen to needone

We used to have verizon. Had a bad experience with sales rep and customer service. Ill have to admit though, cell service was outstanding. Left for awhile. Thought we gave it time. Went back yesterday. Was told we were only paying taxes on for our new phones. Look at my account this morning and theres an extra $80 dollar charge. Awesome. Great morning.

I got a phone from them to test out is service at my home for one day I returned the phone the following morning and was charged $50 for restocking fee I purchase accessories to that phone the day before and they could not refund the money for the accessories the next day but charged me the $50 for the restocking fee the agent never told me that they would charge me for a month service fee I only found that out one month later through a text message from Verizon telling me I owe them $41 I spoke to an agent today a month later about that $41 and why I had not received a refund on my credit card like they said what happened so not only did I not receive my refund but they also wanted me to pay for that service fee that I was never notified about when I first received the phone the agent told me all I will owe them was the $50 restocking fee for the phone so so they eventually took off $30 leaving me with $11 balance which I paid I was upset because I did not ever receive my refund or the $60 that they owe me would not even cover the $41 that they say I owe I was not very happy about the Miss information that they gave me from the start I will inform corporate about my situation very soon

I will say since they have new management they are much better. I use to go to south lake (out of my way) because Grapevine just didnt cut it however they are doing. Better with wait times and customer service.

Ive been a Verizon Wireless customer for well over 20 years and used to love coming into this Verizon store to look at the new devices, be able to check and pay my bill at the kiosk, get technical support and information on my phone, but no more. This store has changed into a location where you need to get your name on the list to be seen by an associate as your first step. Theres an incredible amount of floor space in this store yet they dont maximize or utilize it to the benefit of the consumer - just lots of empty floor space that additional displays could be created with multiple samples of the latest and hottest phone or tablet to use while waiting your turn. I feel the technical knowledge of the store staff has gone down and can honestly say Verizons prices and services are the opposite of their network (that I consider the best) and Ill likely be switching to a more service and customer oriented carrier.

Weve been using Verizon for many years. This store has changed interior layouts several times over the years; Its up to date & efficient. The staff is quick and informed. Not a lot of wait time and their floor displays a hands on of the current phones and accessories.

Went in store to get a new phone. Salesman was not friendly at all and I felt I was a burden to help. Asked if they could change everything over to new phone, he told I could do it myself using a computer. I told him that I have always used their store and they always was able to do it for me in the past. He said he could but could take up to 2 hrs. Told him ok. It took around 20 min it was done. Also charged me $30.00 but did not tell me there was a cost for him to do it. Never pd this before to transfer over my information from phone to phone. Will Definitely find me a new store in the area. And inform all my friends and family to go there also.

The store delivers poor customer service. They have little care if you leave satisfied. The staff is not knowledgeable about products and services. The single most frustrated thing is they dont tell you what youll need in order to transfer service. Two trips to the store in one day later and I still havent been able to transfer my service. Better off with another carrier or at least another Verizon location.

Our experience at the store was very regrettable.My mother went into the store spending $700 for an iPhone, a case, and screen protectors. She wanted those but Katie also sold an 83 year old who can’t reliably check her own voicemail a “Hum”. A piece of equipment and service she didn’t understand, wasn’t interested in, and politely said “No” to several times. Feeling pressured she relented when told she could return it. She tried to return it twice but was unsuccessful.When she told me about this I thought surely the management wouldn’t allow this. Maybe it was a pushy salesperson, maybe it was a salesperson that was unfamiliar with dealing with the elderly and unknowingly pressured her into buying, but I was confident they would make some adjustment. That wasn’t the case. Jose, the mgr we spoke with said since it wasn’t returned within the two-week window there would also be an Early Termination Fee.My 83-year-old mother paid $400 for a technology and service she didn’t want, didn’t understand how to use, and felt pressured to buy. That was our experience.

We purchased a phone from this location. The sales rep was rude and we found him personally annoying to work with. We were more knowledgeable about the phone we were buying than him and he admitted he didnt know much about the phone or the accessories.We knew the phone we were looking for and thought we knew the promotional pricing. The sales rep didnt explain any of it and we later found out there were additional promotions he never mentioned. He also failed to explain key elements of the primary promotion even after i inquired about our plan pricing.They were more interested in selling you overpriced accessories than providing for the customer. We had to visit another Verizon the following day to learn all the promotional details and have phone contacts transferred over.Do not visit here. I wont be back ever. Poor quality service.

I came in today and I was completely blown away....... I had poor connection issues with my cell and couldn’t connect to the internet, I was afraid I broke the GPS band signal price which is inside of the phone that acts as the phones antenna. My last iPhone 6 was terminated because I dropped it so many times it was rendered irreparable. I took it in and the manager, was able to reset some setting and FaiXED it completely:) thank Christ, the heavens, the Earth, the energy vortex field around Earth, whatever is your higher power, came through tonight:) SO happy I don’t need to buy a new phone......Peace LOVE and unity, it’s all about love and unity....... we are all human on this planet, living as one as a collective species with all of the same ideals, being happy, taking care of our selves and others, and providing a quality life for our little ones so that they have all the tools they need to fully express they’re creativity to bring positive change in the world . Hate and separation is a very poor trait and shouldn’t be in your human psyche:/ Forgiveness is key, and so is unconditional love.... regardless how many terrible things someone has done we still need to take care of everyone.... people change and people are a by product of they’re environment..... if we all go back to our core soul which is when we were babies, we lived in a state of pure unconditional love, pure bliss..... there was no separation between one another, a dream world .... we saw no religion, no race, no job titles or profiles based on what they looked like or where they worked...... as we grow up that dream like vision gets warped away by the hustle and bustle....... These folks are super shady. Tell you about promotions available and then don’t apply and make it so confusing to figure out that you the customer end up screwed. I called back to explain my situation and John Hong the Manager told me sorry for his employees bad sales tactics but his hands were tied. That’s right no help. If I can cost them 5 potential sales I am happy. Awful customer service.

My fiancé and I have literally been sitting on a bench inside the store for more than half an hour now. No one has greeted us, and there are several employees just hanging out in the back of the store. This is totally unacceptable and the worst customer service ever, especially considering I literally just need to do a return.

At first I had very bad impression, due to the way an employee acted in yhe parking lot, but I gave them a review over the email and they very quickly called me and apologized and stated they were truly sorry for their actions. I am over pleased by they way they went above and beyond to make it right and to clear up the situation . very happy with them and the service.

I was happy they had my phone in stock and they were quick at giving it to me. However, what killed this experience for me was they did not want to help me set up my phone. Luckily Im savy in technology, but it would have been nice to get assistance. The location on McArthur is much better. Go see Shane.

I rarely leave reviews, but heads up.The interaction with Verizon was easy and simple enough. I quickly got the product I wanted and was able to pay using an iPad terminal that was quick and painless. I had little to no wait time, although thats to be expected in the middle of an afternoon. The person that helped me was friendly enough and made a couple of helpful recommendations.My problem came from being lied to though. I called Verizon customer service to inquire about purchasing an accessory and was told that I qualified for a discount because of the corporate plan I am on. I didnt want to wait for shipping so I called this store asking if they would also be able to provide me the corporate discount. They told me yes.When I got to the store and was ready to pay, I was told that Bluetooth devices dont qualify for the corporate discounts, only certain other accessories. I was disappointed by wanted the headset so I purchased it at full price.About two weeks later I called Verizon customer service again and during my conversation with the rep, the discount came up again and she mentioned that Bluetooth headsets do qualify for the corporate discount. I told her my story and asked her to confirm that the corporate store would have been able to provide me with a discount, and she said Yes, the reps there usually just want the commissions though.The corporate rep was great, she helped me return and exchange the headset so hopefully the dishonest lady in the store doesnt get any extra commission. But I hate being lied to and want to make sure everyone who sees this knows to be careful of what these in-store reps tell you.

I went in to Verizon to check on the status of my claim for my broken phone they called a sure John the insurance Carrier for the phone and the sure John told me that they canceled my claim because of discrepancy of the year that I made the claim for which was the year 1919
