I don’t go into phone store often because it’s usual BS. However, my iPhone 7 finally started giving out but I wanted to keep the same size. They sold me the new SE 2020 I wasn’t aware of instead of trying to sell me up on something I didn’t want and lowered my plan by $15. Great experience and will be the only verizon store I go to in the DFW.
