I wanted to go to VF Factory outlet in Grapevine since the bums closed my closest store in Corsicana. Much to my surprise and disappointment..the VFOutlet is no more!! The store in Grapevine is mainly jeans t shirt and tops.. and its mostly mensware. I wont be back!!

The only place weve found with khakis for women with deep pockets in the long size. Not saying others dont carry them, but these folks always have them.

I cant believe the size of the store and the selection. Too easy to spend hundreds of dollars but you also come out with huge bags full of clothing!

The use to have their slacks nicely organized, so that a person could quickly and easily find the type, color, and size. Now with the larger style and little help (one preston for a much larger store) a person is challenged to find slacks he needs.

I went here with the intention of buying several jeans, but left empty handed. The two women couldnt be bothered to look up from their devices to even say hello, and when asked questions about their jeans didnt know anything about their products. Only as I left and mentioned they should put their phones down and help customers did one mumble asking if I needed help. There is zero customer service here

They should probably mention store is in the mall and not standalone

Fitting room was closed again as well as their bathroom. Conveniently its been down over a year now a little hard to believe that they havent repaired it.

Only one person appeared to be working in the large store. Very hard to find pants for tall people. When making a comment about selection, she did not offer any assistance.

It isnt the Vanity Fair, but prices were still good, just didnt carry as much product as VF did.

Had mostly clothes for the younger ones. And didnt have much of a selection in plus size clothes. Although the staff was polite.

Received email ad for Presidents sale, but when I went to check out was told they were not honoring the ad as it was printed. This is not the first time this store has pulled a bait and switch.

They have some great deals going on right now. I got this dress for 6.75. I saw signs that show from 25% off up to 75% off. They have a great casual wear selection for all sizes.

Been here several times. The size selection & prices are wonderful. Store is well kept. Staff is helpful & very friendly. You earn rewards with very purchase which is a plus.

This place has got a vast collection of clothes and I usually find what I am looking for. Staff is attentive. My experiences have been good. But something happened today which I didnt like. After purchasing my stuff cashier dropped in a coupon of 20% off. If there is such discount going then it should have been applied on my current purchase also.

Decided to randomly check this place out and I was pleasantly surprised on the price of the lee jeans I found. Sale prices at the basic department store has nothing on the price of good jeans here. Picked up 2 pairs for less than 35 dollars I was too excited. Will be returning for some more in the future.

Staff was very friendly. I bought a comforter that was horribly stained and was extremely upset upon getting home to find its condition. When I brought it back to the store, the employees were extremely sympathetic and gave me the full refund as well as offered a discount if I chose to buy anything that day. Great staff, great service, just wish someone had checked the quality of what they were selling.

Went there to buy some cloths and was trying them on in the fitting room during which I forgot my Bluetooth handset in the fitting room. Went right back and they were gone. A manager named Shae promised me to look into the security system to see who took them but she lied. She didn’t even know what to look for. I had to report the lost to the police and I’m waiting for them to go get the video.Can’t believe it but it happened.

An old white lady at the fitting rooms was extremelly rude, she needs to be trained in customer service urgently. On the contrary, the cashier that we had was extremelly nice and just because of her i am giving stars.

Gone in there twice had to wait 15 mins plus to be helped. Expressed my concerns with Jordan the manager issues Ive had in the past with clothes Ive bought from there she said bring them back they will exchange. So I did and she said no she couldnt so she lied just to make another sale. All articles of clothing I have purchased from here have ripped withi a month. Guess thats why they are discounted. Wouldnt recommend shopping here.

Prices are okay, somwtimes i can find cheaper prices for the same brands they are carrying in brand outlets. In my last visit check out was horrible, only one person at the register and a long line.
