I LOVE GTFAS! The store is bright and decorated seasonally. Their Dept.56 displays are fantastic! Its like walking into another world. Always friendly & welcoming. The collection of glass Christmas ornaments is fantastic. A truely magical place to shop.

It’s hit or miss with this store!! One day the customer service is pretty good & the next day they can’t be bothered. And DO NOT expect them to greet you, when you enter the store. That is WAY TOO MUCH to ask of them. I mean, someone actually hung up on me when I called the store. I had a really simple question to ask & I guess she was put out she had to answer the phone. I usually buy my planners & seasonal decor from them, but never again. Not sure how they have remained open, with their level of poor customer service. Go somewhere else————ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Great place to pickup either holiday items or funny gifts ideas. Very interesting items to look and neat place to look around.

I believe in no negative reviews and spend more time giving positive reviews. However when walking into the store which was beautiful I was standing at the counter when an employee looked at me and said, “‘tis the season for free entertainment”. When I smiled at her. Surprised by her comment she rudely smiled back and rolled her eyes. I get bad days. I’d literally just entered the place barely had a chance to look around. Customer service goes a long way. And she turned a potential sale into a non existent sale.

Great shop! We collect Department 56 houses for Christmas and Halloween. This shop always has a great D56 collection and great ideas.

Fun shop, lots to look at. None of the gift shops in Grapevine have public bathrooms.

Have never had anything other than great customer service from Sally and her daughter. They are both lovely people who care about their customers of which I have been for many years!!!

If you are looking for something different, this is the place to go.

Came in about fifteen minutes before they closed...they just glared at us and rolled their eyes as we tried to leave right before they closed. Had no idea they were even closing because they had no hours posted in the front. Wouldnt ever return. Just let people know when youre about to close instead of being rude.
