Such a fun and friendly place to shop! Also I loved that they are locals! They show pride in helping out our community by providing an affordable price for something that is usually unattainable for the average mattress shopper! I felt so comfortable trying out all their beds with my adorable yet rambunctious 2 year old which they equally entertained. I would have to say the biggest difference in this experience for me was they listened to what i wanted in a bed without pushing me towards a higher price tag. I will be going back for any need I have...they also have some amazing looking couches and recliners and a sweet new location that I Felt showcases their selection nicely. 5 ++ Stars for service, customer service and that local shopper feel without breaking my bank

I cannot speak highly enough for the recent transactions that we had with Bob and Kelly as we sought to replace our master bedroom mattress and guest bedroom mattress. Besides the fact that they are very knowledgeable, their friendliness and ability to be flexible really made our exchange very positive. They really go above and beyond with their desire to meet the needs of their clients. They generously added both mattress protectors and sheets for each bed. Delivery was well planned and the young gentlemen were extremely professional and efficient. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. In addition, the prices were very reasonable and the quality of their product was impressive as well. We are very pleased with our purchases.

I was shopping for a mattress for my daughter when I came across BoxDrop In Grass Valley. I saw that they had competitive prices so I thought it would be worth the drive for me. When I arrived I met with Bob who had a wealth of product knowledge. His prices were very affordable allowing me to buy a quality mattress at a great price. I left with my purchase of a twin XL mattress. I didn’t know there were different sized twin mattresses based on the bed frame you are using! My daughter enjoyed her mattress so much that I returned to buy another queen size for another room. Some time had passed before I spoke with Bob again at which time I explained to him that I was recovering from a recent hip surgery. Bob offered for me to explore another mattress explaining the benefits of a memory foam mattress. Again, Bob provided me with a price too good to pass up and even provided delivery to my residence! After one night’s sleep on the Sapphire Cool Phase Hybrid mattress I was able to benefit from all of its characteristics. As a side sleeper the memory foam contoured around my hip and shoulder rather than it just resting on a flat surface. While laying on my back the memory foam filled the void at the curvature of my lower back. Thanks to Bob this mattress is a game changer for my recovery! Summer nights can be in the 100s where I live so the Cool Phase Hybrid feature will allow me to be comfortable even in the heat. Bob and BoxDrop has gone above and beyond in terms of customer service! For your mattress needs I highly recommend BoxDrop and Bob for quality product, affordability and integrity!

Overall a fantastic deal, the owner Bob will perform backflips to ensure you will receive the best experience available anywhere. There was a mistake on my part and the incorrect mattress was delivered. The correct one was backordered indefinitely - no delivery date available. Bob loaned us a brand new king mattress to use while we waited for the correct ones to be delivered. This was a tremendous gesture on his part and I was extremely happy both with this most expensive mattress loaner and the one that eventually came. No delivery and setup charge for the extra trip to deliver the mattress. You just don’t encounter this kind of customer service every day. Comfort wise, the Sapphire Sleep Hybrid mattress can not be beat. We went from a Temperpedic mattress that in all honesty I did not want to give up but tried the Sapphire - a gel based temperpedic to even greater comfort. Without question the finest mattress I have ever been on. The remote control 300 series adjustable base with underbed lighting and 3 speed massage likewise is the best I have ever experienced. The cost is embarrassingly low, less than half I expected to have to pay. I would rate this a 10 star experience on a five star scale! Thank you both for a fantastic bed and experience!

Just left the store and have to say it was a great experience. Bob is knowledgeable and honest about the products. The mattress is great quality and an even better price. Found a very comfortable pillow for side sleeper for only 50$ and usually pay 200$ for that quality of a pillow. I have neck issues and require a quality pillow to prevent migraines or pain. Excellent local business to support for your mattress needs and bonus all mattresses are made in America.
