Man, let me tell you, if you want a pleasant dealership experience looking for a vehicle, you have to go see Jewel at City Chevrolet! Such a sweet person that really does look out for the best interests of her customers! Having checked a few different dealers in the area looking for a pickup, she was super knowledgeable, friendly and informative. The experience was great! Josh Lawrence was our sales man and did a great job of being patient and not pushy at all while we chose our vehicle. The young man that worked on our loan approval, I do not recall his name, also did a great job of getting us a better interest rate than what was first estimated.We walked in a little before 6 pm and walked out about 2.5 hours later with a new vehicle. I went on line to do research before I got to the dealership so I knew what I wanted. I would suggest that to anyone who buys a car anywhere! The dealers here gave me a great trade in for my minivan. I was also able to get the paperwork finished and in and out of the store within a couple of hours compared to other places I gotta give them props for that. Also, Jewel is probably the easiest dealer to work with when it comes to explaining what you want and what you can afford. She also got back to me right away to let me know what to bring in with me as far as financial documents. Jerry was quick to find us a loan from a bank. And the paperwork was easy and quick! I have been to many dealerships but this one was by far the fastest easiest and most efficient dealership! Great job Flag Chevrolet!

Very disappointed with my experience at Flag Chevrolet from start to finish.Made an appointment to test drive a Malibu, arrived, car was sitting in the showroom with a dead battery, had to wait for them to jump it and pull it out. Not a great start.Car pricing was a complete sham. Advertised $27,600, however they wanted $28,500, plus $4,000 in add ons that were not Advertised and I did not ask for on top of the standard taxes and fees. I was ready to buy the car for the Advertised price and they refused to honor their own website.. complete waste of my time. Highly deceiving.You cannot advertise a price and not honor it. Let alone have forced additions not Advertised in the price.I really want to emphasize I was ready to buy the car for their Advertised price, sadly it was just a lie to get me on the door.Update: They text me to to try and look at a different car, and wont honor their own prices. Why would I go back ? Bait and switch.

Part that is under warranty they repaired in February tore up again, repair place directed me to the dealership, who told me that wasnt the problem and charged me $100. Going to other Chevy dealership to fix, will never go back to your place again and am complaining to GM. Will advise others not to go to you.

Went in to get service on my original car. That car has been a nightmare. The service department was like hey go around the corner to sales see what they can do. I went in met with Chris. Started the process to see what we can do. Told Chris i was on a time limit. The wifes bday and all so we had reservations.Not only did Chris work his butt off to get me a car he worked his butt off pushing the other the other staff in finance and stuff to get me out on time. Not only that, Chris provided coloring paper for my daughter. We didnt quite make the time limit, which is 10000% fine but i did leave with a newer car.Chris worked hard to try to keep within my budget, get me a new car, and get me out on time. Great experience all around.

If your mind needs a new car but your pocket disagrees, Chris has the patience to make it happen. Jeff the manager was also very patient and worked with us for HOURS until the numbers worked for us. Chris never showed annoyance even when his coworkers passed by over and over looking at their watches. John was also helpful and jumped in when he was needed. Chris was also very personable and joked around even though we had taken 9 hours of his time, he did not give up on us until the deal was closed.

Buyers purchase at your own risk. Ill start off by saying the sales person that set up my appointment never showed up and the xt5 I wanted to see wasnt even there. I drove all the way out there for nothing and the young hungry salesman said Ill work some numbers for you on the xt5 that was at another dealership. He worked numbers alright about $6500 worth of dealership fees not including tax,title and plates. When I saw the numbers Im like give me some better numbers he came back with $4000 worth of dealership fees. Buyers check around at other dealerships that keep things straightforward and not over charge bogus fees.

If you go to Flag Chevrolet ask for Chris He was amazing and I love my new truck!The finance department on the other hand gave me some hassle with my license plates I was told the next day I’d have them, when they didn’t come I called up there and was transferred to a gentleman name Jerry who at the end of our conversation rudely hung up on me! I had to wait extra days for my plates but I did eventually receive them.

I went here to get my impala SS fixed 2006 thinking they would give me a good deal talking to an acquaintance Alex Landa... After they checked out my vehicle, I was very upset with a $12,000 estimate bill!!! Like seriously my car cost $6,200.... They were definitely trying to rip me off. Walked in and people were not wearing masks. Stopped far away from everyone then they put on there mask. My truck was done on time but, didnt receive call telling me. Sat in parking lot for over 10 minutes talking to my uncle. Walked in and asked if truck was done. They said it just got finished. That was a lie. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for them to wash it. Guy washing my truck never wore a mask while inside my truck.

We had bought a truck in August 29, 2020. Barley today May 2, 2021 we found out our truck had been in a bad accident & the air bags exploded. The guy that sold us this truck never told us it was in an accident. The vendor named Alex said himself that the truck was in good condition & there was no type of accident. When this statement was clearly false. We had asked for the Carfax report, we never received it. He claimed that he didnt have the report anymore. I dont recommend buying from this dealership.

After an extensive online search as well as multiple dealerships, I found the vehicle I wanted at Flag Chevrolet. They are a 2 hour 15 minute drive from my house, so I gave them a call. I spoke with Adan(Used Vehicle Manager),who was very up front and answered all my questions. He offered me top dollar for my trade in. He then put me to my salesperson Eric, who was able to get all my info over the phone. We made a deal pending visual inspection and test drive. I received the best service from both Chris and Tim during my recent visit to Flag Chevy. I first went to the lot to try and find a truck that I liked as I recently wrecked and totaled my old Silverado. When I first met Chris I told him that I was not sure of the claims status and was not ready to buy that day. To my surprise he was not pushy and did not try and convince me otherwise. In other words he LISTENED to my needs...uncommon from my car buying experience. During that visit I fell in love with a Silverado 2500 that they had on the lot. Chris was up front and honest with me about the availability of the vehicle and that it was a popular truck that may not last until my claim was processed. However, he continued to text me about its availability and to my surprise it was available the next day when my insurance decided my vehicle was a total loss. When I found out I immediately came in and worked with Tim as Chris was off that day. Tim (like Chris) had listened to my every concern and question... There was ZERO hassle!The most amazing part is the follow through. First and last time to Flag.The good: my oil change was done in a timely fashion, plus they recommended a new cabin filter per the service manual.The bad: my headlight was out and they said it required a new bracket and costs $400. They said you couldn’t change the bulb because it rotates. None of these things are true. I declined, did research, and changed the bulb myself. Maybe it was lack of experience, maybe not. Either way I left thinking they tried to take advantage of me.

Third time I have made an appointment on the phone and somehow it doesn’t show on the computer in the shop. They have no way of limiting appointments made online so multiple vehicles show up at the same time and apparently it’s first serve even though you have an appointment at a specific time. I bought a truck from Flag Chevrolet. It was advertised at a competitive price online and I drove two hours to go see the truck. Once I got to the dealership and started talking about price the truck was advertised at the price online with an additional $2,000 “accessories” fee, along with a couple of other hidden fees, which I was told was two different things by my salesman Tim and the sales manager. This dealership is a dealership that will have several hidden fees associated, so if you decide to look at a vehicle here, beware there will likely be several thousand dollars in hidden fees they will try to slip by you.I left my garage door opener and iPass inside the vehicle I traded in. It has been a month and a half since I traded in my vehicle. I called my salesman, Tim, first thing the next morning after buying my truck. Tim told me he had my garage door opener and iPass and would be next day mailing it to me that day along with my certified pre owned paperwork, which I’m not sure why that was not given to me when I bought the vehicle. I never received my garage door opener or ipass and called Tim several times, each time Tim promised me it was going to go out in the mail that day. Eventually after speaking with him several times, giving him about a weeks time after he would tell me he was mailing it to me before I called (again I live two hours away). Tim eventually just started ignoring my calls and would not return voicemails. I finally was able to trick Tim into talking to me by not calling his direct line and asking a different salesman to speak with him. Again, Tim told me my garage door opener and ipass would be in the mail that day. That was almost two weeks ago and at this point I have given up on receiving them in the mail. I told Tim it was my fault I left it in the car, and offered to pay to have it shipped to me. I even told him if he lost it or couldn’t mail it to me that was ok, I just needed to know so I could order another ipass and garage door opener. Again Tim reassured me he would mail my stuff out that day. I still have never received anything.Just know that this dealership is full of lies and gimmicks. Don’t advertise a vehicle at a price online and be deceptive about the actual price of the vehicle once you get there. I would’ve never drove the two hours if I knew the actual price the truck was being sold at. Also, I understand it’s my fault I left a garage door opener and ipass in my car. I just wished I wouldn’t have been lied to for a month and a half. I don’t believe Tim had any intention on mailing them back to me, he was going to just keep lying until I quit bothering him.

Great service, but no communication.We drove from about 2.5 hours to look at a specific minivan for sale. We arrived on time, and waited for a bit while the salesman retrieved the keys. The problem was, the van we were supposed to look at was not on the lot. Instead, it was at a detail shop across town that was closed for the weekend. I wasnt too upset, because they were very apologetic and even graciously offered to drive the van to us early the next week. On Monday, I called the salesman and he said he was just waiting for our financing to go through and he would start the drive. That was the last I heard from him. He never showed up, never called, and never responded to my multiple emails.Im assuming someone showed up that day and purchased the van, as later that week the van disappeared from their website. To be honest, I dont really care about that. I give only two stars simply because they did not communicate with us when 1) they said they would and 2) they knew I would have to rearrange my Monday to find the time to see the van.I was very pleased with the service I received on sight; they even filled up my gas tank for my trouble! But they really needed to communicate with me, and that didnt happen.

Jewel was GREAT to work with!My only concern is with the customer service team. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I wanted to minimize contact, so I made an appointment to drive a particular car and asked that it be ready when I came in.Not only was it not ready, they had to pull it off the showroom floor and put gas in it.Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but why bother making an appointment?I would definitely buy a car from Jewel again.

They offered a fair trade in value for my car and really worked with me on my needs to get me the right new car. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in and looked at a 16k Malibu and then said we’d be in touch later in the day. Called in the evening and the guy helping earlier (Mark Cruz) said it’s now 19k. Price online was still listed as 16. Called him out on it, and he laughed and hung up. Super unprofessional and just immature all around. Do not go here for a car. There’s a reason the lot is almost empty. Horrible experience.

I got a flat on my first week on the 2021 trailblazer and when I went to the truck to get the spare and the jack, The jack wasn’t there! They had a recall on it and never told me, I emailed one of the reps to ask them about my check in a couple weeks later I get a flat, I got no response from them, they towed my car to the flag dealership and said they had to order my tire, they they had no rental cars, so I had to take my business to discount tire, because they wanted to charge me to put my spare tire on my car, I ran to the store to buy a jack and do everything myself

Great people to deal with. Their customer care associate Andrea, was very helpful. After test driving multiple used cars from different dealerships, I was frustrated how most dealerships put on bogus fees jacking up the price quoted in their website. So I decided to call first before going to the dealership to get an out the door price for a used car. Andrea from Flag Chevrolet made sure someone email me this figure before I even go to the dealership. When I didn’t agree with the amount they quoted, she followed up with their management to see if they can accommodate my request. When I got a call that they agreed to my request, I went to the dealership to finally look at the car so I can buy it if I like it. The deals on their website was so enticing that I asked them if they will honor their internet pricing for a new car. I ended up buying a new car because they honored the discounted internet price. What a great deal! Tim the fleet manager even let me take the new car to work while they finish processing the paperwork because I didn’t have time to finish the deal. Tim then accommodated my request to deliver the car to my house the next day. What a great bunch of people to do business with. I highly recommend this dealership.

I sadly and honestly believe I was over charged for the 2018 Chevy Trax even with my $3,000 trade in with my Chevy Cruise. The Trax is 2018 and new cars appear to be cheaper per month than what I am paying. Being elderly, retired battling cancer I truly wish I had a lower month payment than $401. Is there any 2018 or new car i.e. Spark that can be cheaper for me? The Chevy 2018 Trax is in perfect condition. If there is any help you can offer me, please, please, please let me know.

Came in for a oil change, it was done quickly but I have to take my hat off to the porter working there. Made my car look like brand new. He really put in the effort. It was sanitized so deliberately. The porters name was Illya, such a nice looking and wise young man for his age. Most optimum experience Ive ever had with a porter.

Car came in for radio work and was told it was going to be a day to get a part by service writer. He said he will contact my the next day when they get the part and update me. Never received a call the next day. Got in contact with writer the following day found out he was off so no one else was updated on my car and could update me.. Picking up is not easy at the dealership since you can not pick cars up after service hours when you work the same hours the service department is open. Work over 30 miles away that they wont come and exchange cars with the loaner.Took a long lunch from work to pick up vehicle. Called ahead of time and left message with the service writer that it had to be a quick exchange so I could get back to work. Pulled loaner with loaner got my keys quickly then when walking to my car found it almost in the back of the parking lot.Got to my car found the wheel cover still on the wheel, seat cover scrunched up on seat and disposable floor mat scrunched up on the floor. After starting my car (Volt) found my battery half gone with 23 miles left which was not enough charge to make it to work on electric ( I am able to drive to and from work without gas because I can charge at work). When I dropped the car off I had full battery with about 55 miles left. Would have been nice if my car was waiting for me in by the service office cleaned up of the covers and possibly plugged in to recoup the power that was used during the service. I honestly dont know if my car was sanitized when done with service during the Covid pandemic.I will be looking to take me car for warranty service to another dealer possible because I feel like I was just cared for appropriately possible because it was warranty work.
