Staff is nice. I go here often to exchange my propane tanks or to get snacks/misc items for my family. Reliable store, especially during the pandemic.

Slowest Walgreens in lake county. Every single time I go there could be 1 or 2 people in line and I’m still waiting way too long. theres like two cashiers that always just TALK AND TALK AND TALK. There’s always one person at the register even when there’s a line of 5, 6 people. The registers are also extremely slow and constantly breaking down. This place is brutal.

Retail staff is always friendly, especially the last shift (when I am usually in). They tend to joke with the customers and will comment as you walk past. (This does not include the pharmacy, they are reviewed separately.) Retail staff have been kind even in power outages and calm with not so easy to deal with customers. The missing star is for the store itself - the store is a bit cramped and not as well lighted as Id like.

So much more food and inventory than I thought!

This Walgreens Pharmacy made personal moral judgements on whether or not to fill a pain med prescription for someone with a newly broken arm and said that there was enough to last until the morning. Not everyone has time or capacity to go and pick-up their prescription the moment that they run out, considering jobs/kids/transit and the overall pain of injury. Im disappointed in the pharmacists lack of compassion and wonder how many others have been turned away when providing absolute proof of need from a doctor.How many people turned to street drugs in response to pain and lack of access due to a pharmacists personal judgement? Another store filled the prescription and was blown away that this Walgreens wouldnt.

Had a gal name “ Katie“ filled a grocery order over the phone last weekend. She was absolutely so friendly and helpful. I couldnt have asked for any better service. Thank you Katie.

I live right next to this particular Walgreens and after today, I can say with certainty I will NEVER shop at this location again.One of the cashiers whos been there for as long as Ive been a customer tried to pull a common scam to steal from me. When I spoke to the manager about it, she was completely unconcerned and unapologetic about the issue. I got my refund, but apparently holding employees accountable for theft is something that they dont seem to bother with.So all in all, if you dont mind rude and unprofessional staff, and keeping an extra close eye on your receipt anytime you stop by, this is the store for you!

Got a text saying my rx’s were ready and when I got there, I waited nearly 45 minutes because of an “insurance card issue”. Previously I never had a problem! I amA Walgreens employee and shouldn’t have to deal with this since I had no problem before. Rediculous!!

Incompetent staff. Dont know FedEx shipping rules, or location of inventory. Unless you know exactly what youre getting and where it is, dont trust 90% to be able to help even with the help of their website.Also the RX department is lacking severely. I cant get a prescription filled in the right time THEY say it should be ready. Completely unprofessional.

The pharmacy staff is unbelievably good at their job they need help but they go above and beyond what a short staff could possibly do . And never had a problem with the rest of the staff at this Walgreens my favorite

Love this walgreens!

I had to go back twice to get my passport photo retaken because they guy obviously doesnt know how to take pictures. Wasted so much time and gas going back and forth. David is someone I definitely recommend if you want your passport picture messed up.

Tried to get prescription filled as gf and I coming home with our newborn. She needed some prescription and was told should be ready about 3. Got a call and was told they had issues with the meds. After that no other follow up and now they are closed and won’t open again until 9 am tomorrow. Do not go to this place.

Nice people in store and pharmacy. I RECOMMEND.

June 2019 - Long lines to pick Up Rxs. Old store format.I have experienced on separate occasions where they only filled 30 days even though im authorized to have 90. Each time the tech said they would make a note so future visits there would be 90 but each additional visit it was only for 30.Update October 2019 - Walgreens again missed up my refill. I refilled two prior 90 day rxs and when I went to pick them up I asked at the counter if my BOTH of refills were 90 days and the pharmacist said “yes”. Got home and only one of the two rxs was 90 the other was 30 day. This Walgreens is horrible.

NEVER get photos from this location. Photos were dark. Darker then two other shops that did the same photos for me. Whole team of employees were rude when I told them pics were bad.... funny thing is the lady who parked next to me was going in for dark photos as well.

The pharmacist was a total B**** quite over the top and acted like she knew everything just from looking at my pharmacy profile. I will certainly not be be back here and will tell others to do the same. I was in pain and there is no need to be like that to people who are already not feeling good to begin with lady!

This my fav Walgreens. Francine is my girl havent seen her in a while though

Average Walgreens. Does not have any of the fancy stuff like the newer Walgreens in the area.
