One of our favorite Starbucks. They have consistently good service, awesome drive thru times (very little wait) and excellent suggestions that match what you already love. We love to go over and over again.

Love this location! The whole team here is amazing. The baristas here know me and my order and are always friendly and make good conversation. Definitely recommend.

Very fast now that they have an employee taking orders outside very nice and glad they set up the cones to only have one way to get in line its terrible when there cars trying to cut in thru the Walgreens way maybe need to put a cement island there instead of cones

What is going on? This place has been closed for the fourth time I try to get coffee. It is 130pm? Theres people inside.

Reason why 2 stars is because they dont keep their promise.couple of times I drove there before closing time in 5 minutes and they were already closed and finishing up cleaning. They saw me outside they ignored me and other late customer.What a shame!

Omg, Kyle and... Jeremy? (Apologies, I dont remember the second gentlemens name) were so much fun in the drive thru. These young men were engaging, sweet, funny, and so polite. I was not in the best mood this morning but they helped change that for me with such great service. Also, the food and drink were great!

Rude staff! A person asked if I have a mask when I have a medical condition. Prevents me from wearing a mask! I would have gone through the drive-through but my truck wouldnt have made the 7-foot clearance. For their drive through.

Since Hainesville is closed, the line was super long. They surprised me by moving the line along really fast and being very curtious through it all.

Good, friendly staff! Always prompt, efficient customer service unless their very busy. They have delicious carmel frappacinnos,mocha lattes and flavored tea. We love their wonderful muffins,brownies and bread. Always have such friendly outgoing staff and they go above expectations. Relaxing and comfortable atmosphere inside the store.

Love my local Starbucks. Fast, efficient and piping hot coffee ready to go! This one also for some reason makes the best salted cream cold brew. Dont know what they do differently here, but the drink seriously tastes the best when I come to this location! The staff is always pleasant, and there is a specific guy who is usually on the window in the mornings and he is exceptionally pleasant. This location has nice intimate seating and loads of travel mugs and coffees to chose from. The coolers are always stocked full, and the staff always greets you as you walk in.

I ordered an uber eats order from here and I dont think I was specific enough on if I wanted my frappucino with or without whipped cream so they sent me TWO frappucinos (one with and one without whipped cream) just in case and it was most literally the best day of my life

This SB location has the Best drive thru person I’ve talked to!Micheal was very friendly,has a great personality, very engaging to the customers.He asked for the customers name when ordering at the drive thru and made sure to personally greet them when they get to the window,even making conversation with the customers,making your experience so personal than just an ordinary coffee run!Anyone working in Customer Service should be like him! Best person for the job!Every store needs a Micheal!

Great location but beware of the 8-9 am crowd, it gets very busy. It takes a long time to receive your order in the morning but if you have more patience than me then you shall be pleased :) Otherwise great selection of cups, dark roasts and Christmas blend coffees. They also make a great flat white!

I love this location its close to my job, my order is always right, staff is friendly, drive-thru service is quick, order always taste great. I dropped a star because depending on the time of day it could be a nightmare to get in or out of this location. There is an empty lot near this location, I am hoping the company will buy it and improve thier parking lot and drive through situation.

Everything is over priced there coffee is nothing special. There food is made elsewhere and shipped in. Just a trendy place people go there to sit and watch other people. Everybody has a niche these days stay clear unless you want to buy overpriced Java 🤔

So I dont usually write reviews but today I had to. I stopped by today around 10:30. I think the guys name was bryan/Ryan? Short brown hair/blue eyes I think Idk I didnt pay much attention. He bombarded me with questions, asked why I had a bandaid on my finger so I told him I was a dog groomer. He continues to ask me questions about my job and how much I would charge for his 50lb pitbull so I told him. He gives me a shocked face and says What?!! Oh my god, thats so expensive! Why would I pay that if I could do it at home for free?! I just shrugged. Hes the one that asked me the question yet he is talking down on me about my job? So he hands me my drink and says, have a great day and next time I wash my dog at home Ill think of all the money Im saving because wow!! As I drove away he kept talking but I didnt want to hear it anymore. He made me SO uncomfortable. Id make this 0 stars but of course I have to leave only 1.

Its gonna be okay. Theyll give you a coffee to help you keep your energy level high and, trust me, thats needed.

Bad customer service, with no customers inside, long wait for cup of coffee. Not experience, with attitude barista. This happened 2 times before. I guess lm done spending money at this location. Us we all know Starbucks is not cheap . Having bad experience not worth it.

After being told by the other Starbucks across town had a broken Frappuccino machine I drove to this location. I was told “sorry we’re closed” I explained how I just drove across town because of a broken machine at your other location and it’s only 1! past your closing time. Once they stopped laughing at the fact the other store had a broken machine they told me once again, sorry man we’re closed. Horrible customer service.I ended up going to DD and was still able to make a child’s achievement special.5/16/19

Mostly rude employees who are usually talking with themselves on the weekends and dont get your drinks correct. Ask for iced and they give it hot-then sigh when you correct them to iced, and then they just about throw the drink in your lap when they hand you the corrected drink. Somewhat better on weekdays.

Great drive through service, my latte is always the bomb diggity! This spot in particular is great for when the train comes. Get a drink while you wait to cross Rt. 83.

Walked in, I think that was my first mistake... Ordered a venti coffee of the day and a chocolate chip cookie. I was asked if I would like the cookie warmed up... Sounds great!Received my coffee and waited for my cookie.This why I say walking in was my mistake, I sat and watched car after car served at the drive thru. For over 5 minutes. I was then asked what I was waiting for. After telling the server, I was handed a cold cookie.Really Starbucks? This is the order you fall on your face with?

Great place for meetings, I have had so many meetings at this location. This one is a bit off route 83 on Route 120 so its location isnt as easy to find compared to other similar locations. However, great proximity to the college of Lake county and the downtown Grayslake area.

Usually great but a new (Im assuming) barrista put Very Hot (very expensive) beverage in a plastic cup intended for cold/iced beverages to better PHOTOGRAPH my order (for his own amusement); creating a chain of unfortunate events...Drink POISONED by melting plasticMelted plastic caused bottom of cup to FALL OFF when he lifted from the counterScalding beverage dumped everywhere including on himHe had to address his burns, clean the messPrepare new beverage in appropriate cupClean or change his apron & uniformThe manager MADE AMENDS for the resulting 20 Minute Delay by providing courtesy cards for future visits.Nobodys perfect; tho its nice when amends are made for mistakes ~ Excellent business model and CS policy...

I normally dont put negative posting, but i have to do this in this place. I ordered a cup of coffee and while i was waiting i asked a cup of water. Upon that a lady barista told me to ask when i am ordering. Should we always ask water only when we are ordering in starbucks? What if i am thirsty afterward. This is ridiculous comment that i have ever heard.

Just a regular starbucks, so if youve been to one, its the same. High price, at about $20 for 4 drinks. (2 ventis and 2 grandes) however, if you have the starbucks app, theres happy hours where you can get discounts on drinks. Therefore, these 4 drinks were only $10. Service was very good, at about 5 minutes to make these drinks, even with ~4 people in the drive thru, and made well. I personally got a white chocolate mocha, which I thoroughly enjoyed. But yeah, mostly just the same coffee.

The staff is always helpful and the service is usually prompt. Parking can be a problem during peak times. Mobile ordering is the way to go. Free Wi-Fi and the restrooms are clean.

Turn down the music. Theres no need to have the music so loud that you are forced to talk over it if youre sitting with someone, or so youre forced to listen to the conversations others are having because they have to talk over it. Were not allowed to... is a crap excuse. You dont need to be so pedantic and follow every stupid Starbucks rule when a customer asks you to turn the music down. Why does it need to be so loud in there? Some people come in to relax and read or work on a something--most others are in and out in a few minutes. The loud music creates chaos in what should otherwise be a quieter type of setting. This has happened several times when Ive been there.

I have been visiting this location for the past several years. Nice and cozy to spend my time for work and relaxed reading.

Staff are rude slow and unhelpful. Bathrooms were filthy. Never going back. And it’s not as if they were just understaffed. There had to be four people there “working”....
