We kept things in storage at the Grayslake location of Metro Self Storage for seven years. Our unit was indoors, well protected, well lit, easy to access, very clean and the service if needed was great. Very happy with everything about this location and only have good things to recommend to future users.

Rose was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was looking for a locker to keep my motorcycle in that I could walk to from my apartment. She answered every question I had about this and helped me find the smallest locker I could conveniently get my bike into, and helped me get the cheapest deal possible on that particular locker. She made the whole process very quick and painless. Very great service here I highly recommend!

Weve now rented 3 times with Metro in Grayslake and it is a great experience. I recently switched units, the nice woman at the front found a unit close to the existing one for me and even brought a cart out for me. I currently have a 10x10 storage unit at this location, the service is a bit slow, but the property is accessible with or with out staff on site.Staff is very helpfull if you can get them, but prices are deceptive, the first month for 1$ isint really 1$ depending on teh unit it will set you back more like 45-50$ and then you will still need to provide your own lock
