They dont know the difference between oil drain plug and transmission drain plug.Got an oil change at this Walmart a week ago. When I picked it up I immediately noticed my transmission slipping. Today I checked the transmission fluid and noticed it was empty. The transmission fluid dipstick was dry. I checked my oil as well and it was over the full line. brought it a local Auto Zone and they said theyve seen this happen with oil changes at Walmart. Instead of changing the oil, they drained my transmission fluid and over filled my oil. I dont think they know the difference between oil drain plug and transmission drain plug. Im just glad I noticed it now instead of after my car breaks down. It just cost me an additional $25 for the transmission fluid/funnel, and $45 for another oil change. Never going to use it again.

Went tire shopping here the other day and didnt get the sense they were real experts in their field. Wait time was too long for my liking too. Theres only so much walking around you can do. Ill probably go elsewhere next time for this type of deal

Pulled up this morning, found out not only their hours have changed, they also now require an appointment.Called the number and was on the phone for at least a minute ringing. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

I get my oil changed here all the time they are very honest helpful and knowledgeable. This is by far the best and reasonably priced place to get your vehicle serviced in Great Falls.

Wonderful! Everything was done on time and we were treated well. There was no useless chit chat, just what was needed. They replaced our battery terminal post for free. Walmart tire & lube is perfect for all your tire and lube needs.

Took one of my cars in for an oil change. Had three cars in front of me and I had a few items to get. Only took 45 minutes, enough time to finish my tasks

I will never take my car to this Walmart again to have my oil changed. The plug was not replaced correctly so I ended up having to have a new oil pan put in which cost almost $600. I talked to the store manager and he was very friendly and wanted to make things right as I was a long time customer. Then I was referred to their insurance company and the claim was denied. I tried several times to reach this man, left messages but he would not return my calls. I went back to the store and they said that I just needed to keep calling and leaving messages. They said that there was no film of the oil change--seriously that is not my fault. I am so upset with how this was all handled and my out of pocket expense. Will not even shop there anymore.

The work is fine, price is ok, and the techs are friendly enough.Issue I had was trying to confirm a tyre I bought arrived. I knew it got there around 10 (thanks to a friend who works for Fedex). I had to call about 5 times (once every hour or so) until they were able to tell me the tyre was there.Came in to get it installed, and had to wait about 10 minutes before my car was pulled in. Mind you, this due to a mix of not being seen by any of the techs (despite being right at the counter and waving) and just how long it took find my tyre.Again, work a not bad, price was good. But I feel the word Express that is shown all over is kind of a lie.

Got the tires but did not like the wait time.was told an hour or less but it turned into 1.5 hours and there was no other cars when we arrived

Road hazard warranty isnt any good if you cant get into the shop at 5:30 pm because they dont have enough techs on hand to do any more tire work till they close at 7:00 pm. Have to wait until tomorrow 7:00 am, sucks when you have to go to work at night.

Not a full service oil and lube shop. Called and they said they could not change the oil in our 22ft. Class C motorhome.

Everything you need, but sometimes the staff doesnt seem too excited to help you
