Great experience!! The wonderful man that helped my son look absolutely perfect for his prom at the very last minute made this absolutely one of the best retail experiences ever!! I didnt get his name and I should have, he deserves accolades!! ( He was in western wear with brown hair)When we first walked in and talked to another employee my son just wanted to leave. They took care of me when I needed alterations on such short notice--that level of professionalism and customer service, my friends, is something that is in short supply in this world. Our ivory shirts did not match and it was very noticeable.. one tux was dirty and extremely wrinkly upon pick up, luckily we caught it before the wedding and were able to get a replacement for the shirt, but it was as if the tux wasnt cleaned from the last renter.. wasnt too pleased after all of these issues. My husbands tux was also way too big for him.

The lady helping us was rude. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. She also does not need to tell my children what to do. If you have an issue with them, talk to me and I will do something about it.

I could not say enough good things about the service here. Brian made my husband feel so comfortable picking out a suit for his wedding. He ordered and shipped all of our grooms men suits to different states! He even framed our wedding photo on display as an example! I feel very comfortable walking into this store always.

Very nice staff, the gentleman when we picked up our tuxes was VERY nice. Extremely disappointed as 3 of my groomsmen were measured instore and my husband. All 4 of the tuxes were WAY too big. The other 2 groomsmen were measure elsewhere because they didnt live here in town and theirs fit GREAT. My husband was swimming in his tux and not to be petty but it ruined almost all of our photos as its extremely obvious and distracting.... Not to mention he just didnt feel like he looked great along with the other 3 grooms men. It was a topic of conversation through out the night. It didnt ruin our wedding and i wasnt even going to say anything but everytime i look at our wedding photos i can not see past it. Just make sure your measuring people the best you can as most people arent going to have another wedding. And i paid a lot of money for them to look good and they just didnt. Thank you.

The best place in Great Falls for mens dress clothing.I have had many people compliment me on the fit of everything I buy there...and they will make sure everything fits. They are also very honest if they cant make it fit or if it doesnt look good on you.

Sad to say but I was not impressed and here is why 1. they were rude when we came for fittings for my father and put him in a jacket that was far too big 2. they gave him two different shoes 3. the quality of the suits that were rented were not very goodUnderstandable that June is a busy wedding season and they may have a lot of rentals going out, but rudeness is not acceptable.
