Front staff are very friendly willing to work with you. Tires are reasonably priced and they actually beat the price of other places. Bought set of 4 tires and they got me in and out within an hour. They were very respectful of my car.

Stephanie is simply amazing. It was almost their closing time and I called her to let her know I had tire leaking air. Stephanie said bring it in and we will get you taken care of. Stephanie always goes the extra mile regardless of what your vehicle issue is. They were willing to stay a little past their closing time to address my tire issue.

Stephanie was very nice on the phone and even price matched my tire. Mike took great care of my car. Damaged tire was changed quickly and he even checked the alignment to make sure it was safe. Very happy, would recommend and will return when I need tires again. Thank you!

Goodyear on Dewey is amazing!! We only bring our cars here and have been doing so for the past 5-6 years. Prices are fair and great work is always done quickly. The staff (Mike and Stephanie especially) are always friendly and their customer service is excellent in person and over the phone. We never feel like we’re being pressured to fix things that might not need to be fixed or upgrade to the “more expensive” option when available. We’re so thankful to have trustworthy mechanics in Greece!

These guys could have sold me a bunch of stuff, but they were so honest about my car and that all I needed was new wiper blades and a tire patch. Incredible! They fixed my tire for free and sold me new wiper blades. All totaled to be $27.00. I love these guys and would recommend them hands down!!!

My vehicle has been leaking transmission fluid for weeks now. I took it in to Goodyear and Philip was able to diagnose where the leak is and ended up staying past hours of operation to fix my vehicle and make sure it’s running properly and ready to go! They were great! Got my inspection done. I lost track of time, they close at 5 and It was 10 minutes past. I called and the service manager Phil stayed late and allowed me to pick up my car. So above and beyond. The store front was also very clean, they had hand sanitizer and a place for sanitized pens. Felt safe. I will be back.

I was in a pinch. I had 2 nails in my tire at 4:30pm on Friday before long weekend of 4th of July. I called and they stayed late so I could leave early in morning. Awesome customer service. Ps. It was also free because I had the roadhazard warranty from when I bought the tires 2 yrs earlier.

This was my 1st visit to this location and I was totally impressed with service, Stephany greeted me upon entering (she was sanitizing counter at that moment) the department was very clean and smelled great too. Stephany took my information and asked what I needed done, I explained I was driving to Florida and just wanted to make sure my car was ready for trip. I was done in 40 minutes (window was up to 3 hours wait) and no issues were found, there was no charge at all! I thanked Stephany immensely stated I would be returning for my next service there and not the car dealership. She wished me a safe trip and mentioned survey, sorry I didnt complete it on Friday! By far the most unhelpful group of workers..The Manager Is Extremely Rude and disrespectful...I SIMPLY CAME INTO THE Facility around 4:00pm to ask for help on my vehicle... I was personally trying to remove a seat in my vehicle for replacement and asked if there was anyone who can help me remove the two bolts in the back... before I can even finish my statement she Immediately stated she cannot help me...I asked why she says because we’re closing.I mentioned to her “on the outside door there’s a sign stating that the facility closes at 5 PM that’s an hour from now I’m simply asking if there is anyone that can help me remove the two bolts I am willing to pay whatever fee is necessary for help.” She walked off and never responded.Ps if this means anything I AM A YOUNG BLACK MAN also a Sheriff Deputy In the Town....Living life with the up most respect for anyone I Encounter.

My 89 year-old grandmother went up to Goodyear on Dewey Avenue in Greece on her own because of a tire leak. It turned out to be a minor issue. The staff treated her with the utmost respect and kindness and didnt even collect a bill. Its also worth noting that she was a first-time customer. I dont typically give reviews.. but i couldnt not leave one for this Goodyear. First off, we ran a flat (nail). I took the flat tire off and replaced with the donut spare. Goodyear took my original tire while i finished some errands.. plugged original tire for me for free. Also, when i came to pickup the fixed tire they were willing to change the spare with original tire at no cost... at that point i was compelled to at least tip them.A+ service, A+ generosity, A+ quality people.Regards,A definite returning customer for my automobile needs

Ive been going here for years and always satisfied. They are very honest. This morning I went to get an oil change and they made me aware that I didnt need one yet. Another place would have just taken my money. Love them!!!

The service there is great! I have confidence that the mechanics are fixing my vehicles issues correctly, and well. There is plenty of waiting room space - 2 areas in fact! - which is great when my kids need to be with me. We can watch TV, have a free coffee or water, and feel comfortable while waiting. A number of my friends use this location as well! I value their honesty and speed.

I had largely been satisfied with minor maintenance items (tire, oil, etc.). I did have an issue with a service that required me to reach out to the manager, Mike. I fully understand that issues happen anywhere from time to time. Mike was very conversational, understanding, and made a more than satisfactory effort to address the situation. Excellent service! I have been taking my Truck here for more than two years now and have been very happy with the service. I have had many things done there besides mud tires and oil changes I have had my wheel bearing replaced,my steering stabilizer they even repaired my head gasket. Love this place! Will definitely be going here from now on for any problems with my car. I had to go to Mavis Discount Tire 3 times over the span of 4 weeks for low tire pressure. Every time I went it was the same tire that was having the problem. The third time I went to Mavis Discount Tire they end up telling me that I had to pay $230 to replace that tire. Went to Goodyear and they fixed the tire for me within like 30 minutes free of charge. Amazing!!

Its nice to find a mechanic that doesnt try to cheat his clients. In addition to Mike, every team member Ive encountered has been just as great to work with. If a great team werent enough the location is also great; there are many shops and such within walking distance to keep you occupied while you wait. Or perhaps you dont feel like walking? I started out my day trying to get new tires put on my car at a competitors location (trying to save some money) only to find out most places do not carry my particular tire. I have taken my cars to this Goodyear location for service, so I decided to see if they have my tires in stock. Mike checked to make sure they had my tires, and were able to get me an appointment within a half hour. I would highly reccomend this service center to anyone looking for quick and reliable service.

I wanted to buy a used car and took it there for inspection. I was charged for $50 (while Firestone will charge you for $21) just for hearing some crazy things: “the spare is flat!!! Nothing wrong with the car!”Even the owner believed that there’s something wrong with it.The mechanic didn’t talked to me to explain the situation and I was given a paper with that crazy result.I finally had another mechanic checked the car and found the strut mounts and battery should be replaced. So easy!

Dropped my car off last night and the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE, and made it seem like I didn’t have an appointment. Got my car tonight, and the guy at the front desk was much nicer. But I paid $50 for them to take 1 spacer off & they didn’t even put air in my tires. They were practically flat (17 PMI in each tire). I’m very disappointed since this Goodyear had such good ratings.

Weve always been really appreciative of the service we receive here. The store manager, Mike, is always willing to work with us and our needs. Nicest staff ever. I took my car there when it broke down 3 miles away and they were honest about what I needed done . And also I went in for an oil change at 8:30 yesterday and they didn’t take my car back until 10:30 and because I was so patient with them they gave me an extra coupon on top of my coupon!!

I came in with an issue with vibration under my passenger side car. It was determined some of the u-joints were bad on the drive shaft. Due to Toyota design the drive shaft needed to be replaced. Mike spent time re-searching to provide some affordable options to fit in the budget constraints I had. I would definitely recommend them.

Yesterday, 30 September 2019 my family and I were visiting Rochester New York from our home in Florida. We wanted to see the Greece Canal Park. As we drove through the park I could hear a clicking sound as we drove. I discovered a large bolt/screw/object in one of our tires. I usually buy all my car and truck tires from Walmart and purchase the road hazard warranty as I travel a lot, like this time. I called a local Walmart in Rochester immediately and was told they did not sell tires. I called a second Walmart in Rochester on Dewey Avenue and they said they repaired and sold tires.We immediately drove to the Walmart only to find the Walmart operator told us a big lie. They did not repair tires. Our tire had partially deflated by this point and I was in a panic. My wife said she had seen a Goodyear shop across the street from the Walmart. Normally I do not visit Goodyear but I drove straight there.As soon as I went into the lobby of the Goodyear Mike Gefell greeted me and came outside with me to examine my damaged tire. Mr. Gefell told me it would take approximately one hour to repair the tire. I walked to the nearby McDonalds where my family and I had breakfast. It was just under and hour when Mr. Gefell called our cell phone and told us our vehicle was ready! We picked up our vehicle and were very happy with the service, repair, and price.Thanks to Mr. Gefell and Goodyear we had a speedy repair and were back on our vacation! If I lived in the area I would give my tire and auto business to Mr. Gefell and Goodyear! Thank you Mr. Gefell!
