Tried leaving the house and found I had a flat tire. Being Labor Day most places were closed. I called here and they squeezed me in. I am glad the other places were closed because this place was great. Super professional and went through a lot to find my size tires which mine are a difficult size. They called around and found two and left to go get. I felt bad that they had to go because it was going to put them there after close. They didn’t care, just wanted me to be able to drive safely and get to work tomorrow. I will be back with any tire needs

Fast and polite but... sneaky I overpaid and they didnt tell me. They were going to keep my extra money until I figured it out.. when I went back in and mentioned it, he acknowledged it and tried to apologize. Bad for business

Hello everyone I used this place for a set of tires, rotors and brakes all the way around and I have no problem it’s ride like it’s new. Sheldon you can trust him, he gave a quote and stood on his word. I did service infer a veteran organization that required paperwork from corporate. Sheldon was patient and assisted with getting those documents. Very professional guy the mechanics done great work. The veteran organization that paid for my repairs is making this recommended shop for future veterans in need of financial support

Went for mounting and balancing of 2 new tires and wheels. First they didnt balance the tires and to add insult to injury they scratched one of my brand new Weld wheels when they installed the valve stem.

They made me aware that a technician had accidentally popped a tire as they were removing it, so they replaced it at no charge but then continued to explain to me that they could have charged me for the tire and theyre helping me out by not charging me...??... they also replaced 1 outer tie rod and did not even try to advise me to replace the other one as my alignment could be off bc of it (one of the things i brought my car in for was an alignment). So my alignment was off when i got my car back, and i brought it in the very next day to get the alignment redone, and i was told 4 hrs later (after I had to call THEM to check on the status) that there was nothing wrong w it and that they didnt do an alignment again as i requested bc on the test drive it was aligned. Got the car back and went down the same st the technician did and the alignment is still off. Not too happy w this service as ive been coming here for yearsUPDATE: 4 days later and now my steering wheel is violently shaking at speeds over 60 mph. I HIGHLY SUGGEST DO NOT go here unless u want ur vehicle botched. The fact that they even refused to put my car back on the alignment machine blows my mind. After years of going here myself i will no longer be a customer and i advise everyone to find somewhere else for car repairs/maintenance.

I have been going to these guys for years. I send everyone here. They are honest and have never tried to upsell me. They give me all the information so I can make an informed choice based on what works best for me and my checkbook. Which as a woman is a big deal. I know a bit about cars and made it a point years ago to see what they would do or say when I asked questions I already knew the answers to. They were 100% truthful and not trying to take advantage of my presumed limited knowledge. I cant speak for the other locations but Trevor and the guys on ridge are the best. As a bonus you can walk across the street to the mall to kill time.

I’ve been here multiple times with my car. They’re always great. Work to find ways to decrease costs for me. One time, they ran around the 2 different locations plus an auto part store to get the part that I needed so it could be installed that night. Last time I was there, they realized my car would have to spend the night and offered to have one of the mechanics give me a ride home. Prices are always less than I expect and the people are great. And I’m a young girl, so prime person to take advantage of. I’ll continue to return.

I love coming here for my car needs. Trevor is the manager at the store and he is very kind and informative. He taught me things about my car I didnt know before. I feel good leaving my car in Trevors hands because I know him and his crew do a great job. Really appreciate all the work they do. Definitely recommend going to this specific store for your car needs.

I enjoy coming to the Greece location on West Ridge road. Seeing familiar faces puts me at ease. I trust the my vehicle will be taken care of, I feel safe in my vehicle after this location caters to my needs & financially I am at ease especially when using coupons & suggestions are provided to me. I’ve never felt pressured to add on additional services or purchase things that I do not need. This location is my preferred & I would recommend them to everyone.

Got a conventional oil change from Mr.Tire and very satisfied with the service. Reshard Becoats was able to get me in last minuet and I truly appreciated that. With the oil change they also included a vehicle report that scored the condition of my tires out of 10 to educate the consumer as well as keep them aware of the condition of their vehicle. Fantastic service and would recommend.

Decided to stop for my car inspection upon a recommendation from someone. I was able to get in and out in about 35 -45 minutes. Reshard Becoats was very helpful and polite, explained the estimated amount of time to get the inspection done. It was timely and I got to get some errands done in between. He offered discount without me asking.

I was referred to Nick by a good friend of mine and just want to say that he has gone above and beyond for me in regards to my wifes van. He has offered great assistance in his knowledge of fixing my wifes van with these sensor codes. I really cant thank him enough for all of the time he as given us. I decided to give them a second chance went with a nail in my tire on Saturday and was told if I can come by tomorrow cause they didnt have time. How am I supposed to come back the next day not knowing if the air will hold up. Last time I was there went for an alignment and was told I would need to make an appoinment for 3 days later. Politely told them thank you and went next door to Mavis and was professionally taken care of in no time. And by the way called another nearby Mr Tire and was also given practically the same thing to make an appoinment for a few days later. How are you guys in business if you dont want the business?

Trevor and Matt made the experience pleasant and help meand many others with information in what to do regarding our vehicles .My grandfather has also went to this location many years(when they first opened)my daughter,boyfriend, and I get oil changes regularly there,Ive also had brakes,wipers, lightbulbs,and tires replace there .they go out of the way to help me.i definitely recommend this location!

Dont waste your time with Theresa from Customer Service, for Mr. Tire.I tried to obtain warranty information from her, and all she could do was say We dont have your information. NOT the kind of customer service a LONG TIME customer wants to hear.I asked further questions of Theresa, and received NO response to date.

I have been going here for a few years the people were never really that friendly or personable but I always got my car in pretty quickly. I have a problem where the tire I just bought can not be repaired. I called and spoke with the store manager as my tire is still very new and I was hoping they could accommodate me as I have been a loyal customer, john was very rude and apparently not in need of my business. When I let him know of the nail in my tire and how it cannot be repaired he said Well the tire manufacturer didnt put it there, You do not talk that way to customers. Guess I will be trying out other places in the area!

Im not real happy this time because he didnt tell me until after he did the work that I had to come back after 30 miles you should have told me that before Im not real happy and I have one of your charge cards but this does not make me happy at alland my daughter supposed to drive my car tomorrow to Buffalo and he didnt even mention it before the end Im not happy thats not fairbecause hes not going to tighten lugs and hes not going to guarantee it thats a little ridiculous

Great experience, the staff were able to mount four new tires on my truck the same day. Had a bad valve stem leak the following day after installation and they took care of the issue right away (15 minute appointment) would definitely recommend !

I just picked up my car and paid $1000 to have my brakes repaired. I drove 3 miles down the road; when my car started leaking fluid all over and smoke was coming out of the engine. Im 18 years old and this is a very unsafe situation. The manager claims that it may not have been the breaks even though the breaks are not working. And they were suppose to fix the breaks and there was break fluid all over the road. Obviously they do not know what they are doing. Also, it doesnt suprise me that they are owned by Monroe Muffler, who has a very bad reputation. If I had known this I would have not have taken my car there. I would not advise you to go there.

If I could make negative stars I wouldve. Use to go to the one in Farmington and service was great, now live 5 minutes away from Greece location so i figured I would go to them now.... BIG MISTAKE. Failed both of my cars for inspection saying my windshield wipers where bad on both cars. I asked for the ones that they replaced back so i could look at them because I didnt notice anything wrong before. When I got them back the driver side one was torn almost half way, its been raining and ive been using them it would have been obvious if it was even remotely that bad. I will never be going back to this location.

I was in need of tires, an alignment, a battery, and an inspection so I went down the Ridge Rd. isle looking for quotes. I stopped at 4 different places including Firestone, Mavis, and Pep Boys (Advanced Auto for a battery quote and Wal-Mart the previous night). If you dont want to read the entire review, dont, just dont waste your time going anywhere but Mr Tire.I received the highest quality tires with the highest warranty (for my personal range), the lowest price/highest warranty on both my battery and alignment compared to all of the other stops I made - and this was without even telling Damon that I already made 4-5 stops so it wasnt even an undercut attempt. It was just simply the offer made.Damon helped me through the process - he is a bright spot in an industry plagued by poor customer service and deception. He was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, fair, and honest. He didnt push me to spend a single dollar more than I wanted and offered me options with an honest explanation. Your biggest fear of getting a call saying it looks like you need ____ also never came for me, which is refreshing.I walked in looking for a quote at 12:30pm for a job that would take up about 3-4 hours with no interruptions. I informed Damon that I was off work at 5:00pm and will swing over after if they were able to finish it up. Even though they were busy both times that I was on site, my car was completed and waiting for me when I pulled in at 5:15pm. Damon actually called me at 5:02pm to inform me that everything was all set, and said that since I mentioned I was working until 5:00pm, he didnt want to bother me while I was working, and waited until after. Nice touch.I cant stress enough how exceptional Damon was throughout. His ability to manage his time and turnover all while offering a superior level of customer service was truly impressive. All things equal, Damon has earned my business moving forward.Its hard to find a franchise with the expertise needed, while not having to deal with the stereotypical games they play to increase revenue at the customers expense (or by targeting the customers lack of knowledge). For example, I was under the impression that I could get my state inspection done prior to registering my car (from IL to NY plates) so I asked the guy at one of the other places to add it to my quote. He said sure no problem, that will be $21. Damon on the other hand said, sure, we can do that, but it was be a disservice to you since the minute you register your car in NY, you will have to re-inspect the vehicle. Maybe a lack of knowledge from the other guy, but either way, Damon got it right.Example two. I went to one of the other guys, my quote for tires came out extremely high. I asked about some of the cheaper tires I saw online, and the representative said that they only post those tires to get people to walk into the store (so they can tell them not to buy them and upsell them) and that he wouldnt suggest those type of tires to his worst enemies. Good for him on the customer service side, not so much for the business side as far as deception. None of that with Damon. He gave me a quote and explanation for each of the tires in my range. I actually decided to upgrade last minute because I felt comfortable doing so. Thats how you increase revenue. Very good, Damon.People, understandably, are more apt to voice their complaints. Even though most of the reviews are positive, still keep that in mind if youre using these reviews to make your decision.5 of 5 all around. Cheers.

Went in for a alignment after waiting 1 hour was told that they were not familiar with that type of vehicle for alignment rear wheels they suggested going to the dealer, I thought MR TIRE was a tire and alignment shop they could handle any vehicle I was very disappointed

The staff is very rude and has bad customer service. I went for a simple oil change and the employees put the wrong grade of oil in my car. An employee named Damon started to yell and shout at me saying I never told him that my car took semisynthetic oil. When in fact, I told him before my car was serviced. I told Damon myself that my car did not take full synthetic oil. I continued with my statement, but as I was telling Damon it took semisynthetic oil, Damon quickly said, ok I know, I know as if he did not want to listen to what I was saying. The staff members were also informed of the grade of oil my car intakes before hand, while I scheduled my appointment with another gentleman named Trevor. Damon continued to argue and over talk me until I asked for the customer care phone number. I am very unhappy with my visit and I will not bring my car to Mr. Tire again.
