Stopped in to get my free Birthday Coffee and met some of the nicest young ladies who all wished me a very Happy Birthday.

I don’t know the last time I went to this Starbucks and there wasn’t a massive line in the drive thru. Despite this, the baristas are some of the nicest people. They are always smiling and kind, and I appreciate that because I know how tough food service can be, especially in the middle of a rush.I think the line moves pretty quickly considering how many people are in it, and my drink is always correct.

The place is very busy. The service is always quick. We go often.

I come to this starbucks every morning before work to get my espresso, and a one of your employees with curly hair- I believe named tina? Has harassed me and called me vicious slurs just because I am not a white American. it is truly disheartening. I am appalled by the lack of response from management for this unacceptable behavior. Please do better.

Filled my green tea latte with so much ice. There was practically only a tea cups worth of green tea in there. Unbelievable. Follow Starbucks standards in how much ice to put in large drinks. Poor customer service on top of it. Never coming back to this location.

I love the whole atmosphere here! We were in drive thru, but the baristas were so friendly! My son never had Starbucks before, so I asked if they could make a fruity drink for him. They happily made a drink that he fell in love with instantly. We will be back! Keep up the awesome work!

This is a very busy location, but they handle it well!I ordered two drinks, and one was made hot instead of iced. They quickly fixed the issue and gave the 2nd drink for free!

I usually go here every morning before work at get my usual coffee .. every morning they are so nice! always ask me how I’m doing and engage with me. but today I was cashed out by girl named Leila I believe and she was so kind! I was waiting for my food and she asked me what my plans were for the day and had a simple conversation with me that really put a smile on my face. Thank you for making my day! :)

How can I give myself 30 minutes extra on my commute to go get a coffee and I sit there for 30 minutes and still I’m not able to get a drink

The drive thru line is wrapped out into the street because they just dont move very fast. So I went inside to order three drinks, after not visiting this location for months due to how consistently disappointing they are. While I am waiting, they allow someone without a mask to order and wait in the store without any concern at all for the others customers waiting. It is not currently legal to be in a restaurant or food service business without a mask on. Blatant disregard for community health and safety. I am so disappointed with the staff and the management of this Starbucks. I did not consider it good service before the pandemic, and not I dont consider it safe service during the pandemic.

I always go here but lately the hours have been so odd and they close even on week days at like 3pm...what is going on? I have to drive all around town to find a Starbucks bcuz this ridgeway and ridge rd location are doing this closing early stuff...daily!!! And no order ahead, I mean thats why I got the app mostly and thats a bummer now I cant make use of it.

Such nice people work here. The staff members are super nice. A common theme with Starbucks in our area at the very least. I love their little thank you signs for qll the different essential workers. Helps me feel appreciated even if the employees do say it directly. Their kindness qnd caring speaks volumes. Its all the little touches thanlt make each trip to Starbucks delightful.

Why oh why cant we get a starbucks here in Brockport!!!! On Long Pond Rd, theres a Starbucks, next door is Tim Hortons, and across the street is Dunkin Donuts! Its the same situation here in Brockport, plus we have a college! Its not rocket science, people are going to go where they like, but really, nothing beats Starbucks iced mochas or Mango Dragon fruit drink!!!! Starbucks ground coffee is all I buy. 👍👍

Extremely rude manager (petite white male). There was erroneous charges on my Starbucks account from yesterday. I noticed because my account balance was cleared out when I went to pay and I just reloaded...in drive through. I nicely and calmly, even with a smile, explained what I was seeing in the app. He immediately started yelling at me with extreme attitude about how I needed to call corporate or come inside and he would have to look it up in the system. I couldnt go inside with a sleeping baby in the car. He didnt care just yelled at me more about how I needed to call corporate. I have no idea why he reacted so rude. Its half an hour later and Im still shaken up by the whole situation. He could have spoken nicely and given me the same information. No attitude necessary.This is the third time Ive had erroneous charges on my account from this location. Last time a female manager was very nice and took a minute to look up the correct transaction. I still had to call corporate to fix the error but at least she was nice and tried.I go to this Starbucks regularly and my interactions are generally positive which is why I still am giving 3 stars....but this experience was REALLY negative and very upsetting.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The foam matters on your coffee and so does the team of baristas! They are all wonderful here.

This Starbucks is very nice. The employees are always nice and service is fairly quick. Sometimes the drive through can get a little backed up but its really not that bad. If they make a mistake they are always willing to make things right. I dont go to Starbucks often but when I do I always go to this one.

The guy at the drive thru was very happy and upbeat. It just filled me with energy before the caffeine could hit!

Typical Starbucks. Never impressed. Overpriced, staff was very sterile to talk to, waited for someone to get to me inside as the drive through was busy. No indoor seating yet and the outdoor seating was in direct sunlight with no shade.

Spend $7 multiple times a week and they still dont seem to understand what light ice is. I do not want watery slushy coffee so maybe listen to customers requests a bit more carefully....getting sick & tired of it.

My sandwich was prepared quickly, but it took far too long for me to get my drink. 2 people that ordered after me got their drinks before I did.

Im only giving the food, drinks and holiday coffee blends that I got this rating. The staff seemed angry and out of sync. I have been to this store before and normally get great service. That day I did not. I got all of my pastries that I ordered real quick. I waited over 15 min to get my drinks and had 3 customers that checked out behind me get theirs first. I pulled out my receipt and was looking at it when someone asked me what I was waiting for. Great, clean place, just not good service that day! Try the new sugarplum cheese Danish, life changing.

Waited in drive up line 25 minutes before getting to microphone to order, and then I was asked to wait...5 additional minutes before my order was taken. This is a common occurrence at this Starbucks location. Ive even gone inside to order to try to avoid this issue and it doesnt seem to help. This location needs additional workers and possibly a 2nd drive up window.

After ordering my order must of gotten lost in the shuffle. I understand it happens and so I waited what I thought was enough time. I asked if my drink was coming and Adam didnt not hesitate to make it. He apologized and had it ready within two minutes. He was very polite and made my day. Thank You Adam!

I have been going to Starbucks on Long Pond and Ridgeway Ave. for years. They remodeled in the last couple of years, the atmosphere is better than it used to be. The crew there changes quite often, but they are always very nice. Comfortable place to sit with friends and have a cafe mocha.

I dont care for Starbucks or their coffee, they moved in on top of New Roots Coffee Shop that has some of the best coffee I have ever had....I appreciate a business that gives back and are part of community they care about.... I will never frequent a Starbucks ... I support independent businesses likee New Roots ....give their business a chance and I think you will be nicely surprised....😊

This location is incredibly slow. I always place mobile orders ahead of time because I know how slow they are and if I go inside to pick them up, they’re never made and it takes staff at least 15 minutes to even ask me what I’m waiting on, then they rush make it...if I go through the drive thru, it takes even longer and the cars are wrapped around the whole building. I don’t get it. They need to hire more people, or faster workers.

Very good place

The drinks here are good, especially the holiday hot chocolate! However, as someone who usually goes to coffee shops to do homework, it is impossible to work in that building! It is extremely cold and you have to wear your winter coat (even in the summer) so that you dont get hypothermia. In the summer I have to go outside to defrost. This makes for a very unpleasant indoor experience.

This place is very nice on the inside. It has a nice atmosphere but the seats need to be more comfortable. They are hard and someone with back problems could not enjoy this place for a while. They also need to turn up the heat a bit, it was quite chilly and not accommodating at all. Overall if they made some simple changes this place would be more popular to vist and have a nice cup of coffee with friends or to do some computer work.

The cashier was helping when deciding options and the food and coffee was great!

Update Sep 2020, Around 2 in the afternoon. The service is geared toward drive in only, cars.Stopped in while riding the canal trail on my bike walked inside and was literally ignored by the 5 employees working the window. As the bathrooms are closed and the coffee apparently unavailable to walk in customers I have to lower my rating. Perhaps you should use the app and not just walk in. Maybe they were just having a bad day,5 counter people, 1 window, 1 inside customer, I should have been waited on.

Coffee and service was good but pricing seems a bit high for my liking. If you have gje extra cash... Enjoy

The most unusual layout for parking lot and building. The poor employees had to walk in the snow to deliver orders. There is signage for designated pickup. The coffee, beverages and food were still very good.

This location is always very fast. Especially when it counts, like the lunch hour rush. Big thumbs up!

Came to the drive thru on Thursday morning on my way to work. I received the wrong drink, called and a female manager was sarcastic saying, “I wish I could bring it to you, but I can’t “, after I said a replacement drink or me coming all the way back to simply get what I ordered was not enough. I’m being inconvenienced for your mistake. I commute an hour to work coming back was not an option. The flip rude comments didn’t help the situation. I was given coffee I ordered chi tee latte NOT the same!!

I enjoy this Starbucks location the most of any of the Greece locations. It is spacious, the products are good, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Nice to have a drive thru as well.

I oredered the lemon loaf today...Amazing!!! Coffee Great as always! The customer service is unbeatable at the Long Pond and Ridgeway location. YAY!

I stop at the one at Long Pond and Ridgeway in Greece and the people there are just unbelievably friendly I feel like family and Im hardly ever in there and they still treat me awesome

I absolutely love Starbucks coffee, but, I hate the price. However, their customer service is always great. Ive never had an issue with any attitudes, or curt verbiage. Theyve always been smiley, friendly and courteous. So, when I dont want to go to the Dunkin donuts near me that has poor customer service, I spend the extra money for terrific customer service.

Compared to the other two coffee chains adjacent to this Starbucks you will get great coffee and beverage choices, great food choices (including healthy options), as well as great service. The restaurant was clean and lots of windows make it feel safe. The bathrooms were very clean. Customer service experience was above average. My only complaint with this Starbucks is that they dont have decaf coffee brewed consistently. If its in the afternoon youre probably going to have to wait for a pour over or decaf americana. Love this Starbucks location.
