I went in asking them to check my battery; didnt have an appointment. They immediately checked it, said I needed a new one, and replaced it within 1/2 hour - even though there were cars waiting out front for service. They are honest and friently!

Take it from a female college student who is hours away from home and knows nothing about cars, these guys are SO NICE. I was treated with professionalism and never felt like I was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge in which you would find at a dealership. They got my car in and out when I needed something replaced and even took a look at my car without charge another time when I had a concern about my car. Very genuine, hard-working, honest people. I would recommend for anyone.

Arlin, Joe and Shawn are AMAZING!!! I NEVER trust anyone else with my auto maintenance and repair needs!! They are honest and respectable. They truly care and are not in it for the money. They dont try to sell you something you dont truly need.Arlin went above and beyond to investigate if my radiator was under warranty .. and it WAS!!! He saved me a great deal of money for a repair that was unexpected ... and he didnt have to! Arlin and Joe treat my parents and myself like family. I LOVE them!!! I am so LUCKY to have them in my life!

I cant say how much I appreciate these gentleman and their honesty in dealing with issues. I was told at a dealership that I needed certain things done in order to keep my car in proper order. Took it to automotive services of all and they said everything looked just fine. At this time it saved me $250 in services.

Walking in, their front desk/waiting area isnt really the cleanest... While this doesnt necessarily mean theyre a bad at their jobs, it doesnt give a good first impression for somebody who has never been here before. Additionally, they had expired certificates up on the wall, too, and that seemed a bit strange. Those kind of things make me question whether I want to go through with getting my vehicle serviced here.I came to get my oil changed, and they didnt ask me what kind of oil I wanted in my car. I had to prompt the question right before the gentleman started working on my car. I have never NOT been asked that question when Ive gone in for an oil change, so that didnt help things, either.Like another reviewer mentioned, they also did things to my car that I did not ask for and charged me extra. I did not appreciate that. Bad commination with the customer.

I trust the mechanics here. Specifically Arlin but the overall staff is friendly and gets the job done. Im a single mom and do not know anything about cars and parts. Ive had experiences at other places in the past where Im just not satisfied and feel ripped off but not here. I leave here feeling safe and thats important because of my two littles. Thanks you guys keep being sincere good people.

I was referred by AAMCO, I was delighted by the 2 gentleman in the front office. Its really nice to walk in and feel welcome and educated. They answered all my questions and fixed my car quickly. I found my new mechanics, which surprisingly is difficult. Theres a huge comfort in knowing the people working on your car are trustworthy and reliable.Thanks guys. I have taken more than one vehicle to Automotive Services of all sorts. They do great work and always gave me a quote up front. I have had emergency repairs needed and they were able to service my car the same day. The service is exceptional. I will continue to trust them with my car needs in the future.

Arlin and his crew are amazing...incredibly helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. They do quality work turned around quickly. It is incredibly thoughtful that he has a loaner car available. It worked for my budget to have financing available. When there was a discrepancy on my final invoice vs. what I was quoted by Joe on the phone, Arlin took care of the issue and went by the quoted price. It is rare to find good help that sticks by their word, so they have made a loyal customer of me.

Ive had a great experience. After making appointment over the phone I came at the site two days later for pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was about to get. I was little late but they took me right in and as arranged earlier it took exactly one hour to get the inspection done at very reasonable price. Arlin is very nice and knowledgeable gentleman, he responded all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely be coming back.

In my view, and many other people I know, there is no better car maintenance services business in the Greeley area than Automotive Services. They know what they are doing and how to treat all customers. Other businesses could take a lesson or two or three from them!! For new customers, know that they are exceptionally honest as well.

Ive been taking my cars to Arlin, Joe and crew for over 20 years. Once again, my car was well taken care of during this basic service visit. They are honest and straightforward about what is needed, and I never feel pressured or up-sold on anything. My car is a 2003, and these folks have kept it in good working order since day 1.

These guys are awesome! I started taking my jeep there when I was an out-of-state college student at UNC and they were so helpful in talking with my dad over the phone who does know stuff about cars and giving me WAY beyond fair prices for their services. I dont live in Greeley anymore but I still take my jeep to them because I know I can trust them to do good honest work at a great price! They are very friendly and always do a great job of getting work scheduled quickly.

Great service and super affordable. They got me in quick (the Jeep dealership said it would be a month and Aamco said it would be $120 just for a diagnosis), diagnosed the problem for under $30, installed the part and had me picking up my vehicle within 48 hours of initial contact. Lifetime warranty on the part and 2 years labor warranty! These guys are pros and stand behind their work. Couldnt be more satisfied ~ Thanks guys

I have been going Arlin and the guys for close to 2 decades, and you will not find a better shop hands down anywhere. In fact I had drum brakes on an old pickup that would stick when you lightly tapped on the brakes. I thought this should be an easy fix so I went to a local Longmont mechanic, twice, and they still didnt fix it. Then my dad had his guy try to fix it when he borrowed the pickup, still not fixed. Finally after 5 months I took it to Arlin, and they fixed it right away.

This place treated me very well, and actually charged less than they estimated for the service they provided.

The most unhelpful and shady business out there. I would recomend going anywhere else. The man working said he would do a free inspection of my car then had the audacity to charge me $60 for using a smoke machine when I was never asked if that was ok. I sat in the shop for two hours and everytime I asked a question he would look very annoyed and barked at me to just sit and wait. I will never return here again. I wish there was a way to give NEGATIVE STARS, but one star will have to do

I like a place where you feel like someone knows you. They may not really remeber me everytime I walk in the door, but I feel like they do. I never feel like I am having something sold to me, and recommended repairs are what is really needed. I recently took my newer vehicle to the dealer where hip, young guys checked my car in and left me feeling like I should have somehow marked the areas that I wanted fixed like they do in the hospital. No feeling that anyone knew who I was or what they needed to do. When I picked the car up, one of the service bays was blaring a song that repeated the f word: over and over again. It made me feel uncomfortable letting them into my private space. I LOVE the service at Auntomotive Services of All Sorts and trust their integrity.
