BEWARE!!! Don’t ever trust these guys with your car! Not only are they EXTREMELY over priced, they don’t know what they’re doing and leave you car in worse shape then it was before you dropped it off. When my fiancé’s truck was first picked up, there was a new issue happening that wasn’t there before. They did say they would fix it, but they never should have let us drive off with it broken still in the first place. They should have had it fixed before trying to give it back to us. Not only was it a total inconvenience to get another ride there to drop off the car again, but they were completely unapologetic about the whole thing, didn’t refund us a PENNY! Now come a few days later, and we noticed they put on some old rusted lug nuts that weren’t on there before!! They look terrible. They never told us they did this, asked if these were ok, etc. no communication what so ever about it and now we just discovered these terrible looking things on our own. See photos of what the lug nuts were before and the two ones that don’t match. So now we have to go back there yet AGAIN and have them fix these. Not only that, but now we are gonna have to take the truck to another auto shop to check the work they did since they clearly can’t be trusted.

I have taken a couple of my vehicles to Christian Brothers trying to support a Christian based business. Unfortunately when I would go in the service results were very disappointing and the prices were well above average. I continued to give them a chance and disregarded the cost and the subpar service until recently when I went in to get my AC repaired. I shouldve know better. Due to their incompetent service they failed to perform a proper vacuum test, recharged my AC unit and after less than a month of use the AC unit failed again. I returned it to Christian Brothers in hopes they would work with me. They ran a dye test on my AC system and discovered that my condenser is leaking and needed to be replaced for a quoted price of $864. I found that I could purchase this part for under $200 and I understand they need to make money. Where I got really frustrated is that I spent $150 for the initial recharge of my unit that failed because they didnt properly perform a vac test and they didnt find that my condenser had failed. I told them that I would be replacing the condenser myself and I asked if they would recharge my unit for me after the installation and they said they would for an additional $150. So I paid $150 for them not to do a proper vacuum test on my system and basically waste the refrigerant? No thanks I will be taking my business else where.

We had an issue with our AC. Originally, there was some miscommunication about the work that was being done, which lead to frustration on my part. But after leaving a review, the owner called me up and was willing to work through to resolve the issue. I appreciate the clear communication and willingness to make the situation right. It says a lot about the integrity of the business.It is worth mentioning that the work done here is more pricey (by 1.5 to 2.5 times other places). However, I do trust that they are very honest with what actually needs to be done. Their diagnostics include pictures, and they seem to be good about telling you which things need to be done now versus which things can wait. They also provide good guarantees with their work. Just know going into it that the price tag may be larger, but you are paying for higher quality.I debated between 4 and 5 stars, but I feel as though 4 stars is warranted. I do feel as though they could reconsider some of their pricing to a more competitive rate, but that wont necessarily stop me from bringing my car in.

I brought my car in for a electric issue they found the problem the same day and recommend a few other things that are starting to go out and need to be fixed.My family has been going to you here for all our automotive needs and plan on going in the future.

Honest and friendly staff. Very easy to talk to and they will explain your work really good for you to understand. Work was done in a timely manner and at a good price. I will come back for future repairs. Being a delivery driver I need a shop I can trust.

I went in for an oil change & courtesy inspection to make sure my vehicle was ready for a long road trip. I chose them due to their great reviews. They are friendly & professional. They actually inspected my vehicle found issues that would have been a huge problem & quickly fixed them at a reasonable price! My car was just inspected at another place in Greeley that clearly didnt look at it. Thank you so much for being great!

I brought my truck in with some front end issues. They were able to tell me everything that was wrong with it and have a priced out quote on what it would cost. The mechanic took his time doing the repairs. It was longer than expected but i prefer it got done properly without missing anything. I didnt think I was overcharged at all. They did good work for reasonable price and friendly staff.

Wow, just... Wow! I have found a new home for all my automotive issues. This was absolutely a wonderfully uplifting experience. First, I dealt with professionals who were polite and understanding. They listened to my complaint and set me up with an appointment, the very next day! They advised me what they would do and that there was a diagnostic fee for this, and for how much it would be. They also set me up with a shuttle the next morning since I had no one to take me home. So I dropped my SUV off the next morning and they kept it most of the day. When they called and said that they were finished they had the shuttle come and get me. On top of all that, They were very honest about what they did, and advised me that after a lot of wire tracking and testing of components and circuits, they ended up replacing some fuses. They did not charge me for their time nor charge me the diagnostic fee. Im not so sure any other garage in Greeley would have been so honest, or so generous. I highly recommend Christian brothers, A five star rating indeed!!

Right rear axle seal R&RI Was getting ready to go Wheel’n down in Buena Vista when I discovered a rear axel seal leak! Called CBA and Matt got me right in! Removed and replaced seal! Got the Jeep home and discovered it still leaked! Called CBA and Matt rescheduled the Jeep and fixed the leak at no extra cost to me! Very professionally run shop! I would highly recommend CBA for your auto repairs!!!

Typically get our car work done here. Once had a billing issues. Management contacted me promptly and made it more then right. We are all human and make mistakes. What matters to me is how we make up for the mistakes. I always recommend friends here for minor work.

First of all, the employees at this shop are the most professional out of any other shop I have been too. My truck broke down and I got it towed to them. I didn’t even have an appointment and they fixed my vehicle the same day! They are extremely helpful and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. No other shop will receive my business!

We worked with Matt at CBA and he was awesome! Very nice gentleman, very patient with us and very caring of our situation and getting the job done. We needed our water pump replaced which on our 4runner is really difficult to get to but he did an awesome job! Its been almost a week now and our 4runner has been running so smoothly. They got me in same day which was so helpful. Price was reasonable. I had an oil change and tire rotate. To my phone they sent a list of things that my car needed with live pictures of what said item look like. Also was given prices. I live in Iowa but have 3 adult kids that live here and 1 goes to college here. I plan to schedule my maintenance here from now on

I have not used Christian Brothers very long first time I used Christian Brothers Auto. I would give them a 5 star rating. This last time I used them I must say was the saddest experience. I have 1985 Ford Bronco needed a positive cable, I asked for the cable to be replaced. I had another appointment for the next day brought in our 2016 Dodge Durango, got in the Bronco to come home DID NOT START, I opened up my hood to find they had not replaced the cable, instead they put a 5.99 cable end on my battery and charged full labor rate 75.00. I proceeded to jump my vehicle, when one of the manager came out to ask me if I needed help he went in got a jump box to start my vehicle. I did voice my displeasure of how my vehicle was being returned to me. I told him they did not follow my instructions to replace the battery cable. The manager said we can replace the cable and wanted to know if I wanted a quote. Instead of finding a remedy for the situation I was faced with he ignored the customer service issue. I have a family member that uses Christian Brothers Auto on a regular basis, they also they vacuum their car, that service has never been given. When I went to pick up my Durango I noticed a harshness that was not their before. I was visibly upset the day before that must have carried over from the day before. They must not want me to return since I had my oil changed the sticker from the last time I was there was not updated. Customer Service is the lifes blood of any business when a business does not go the extra mile, no matter how uncomfortable it is, is like getting a stake in the heart of that business. In times we are living I would think we that keeping you customer base happy would be the main goal. Look around you may find something better and a better value.Ron Ruby

I thought I left a review but I guess I forgot. Everything they did was top-notch from the moment I walked in the door, to keeping me updated, to the information they sent me via text, to the updates, and at the end payment and acceptance of all work done was amazing. I went in for an oil change and a check-up and I walked out spending over $3,500. They caught things that other places havent or have ignored or refuse to do and even though the price was shocking it was worth every penny and now my truck feels like its driving brand new again. They have a customer for as long as I am in the area and will definitely recommend them to everyone. Proof that they go above and beyond can be shown in the fact that my battery died and they replaced it without telling me about it till I came to pick up the truck. They were willing to eat the cost of the battery because it wasnt part of the original breakdown of work to be done and they needed the battery in the truck to continue working on it. Most companies would it just charged me and told me about it but they werent going to do that to me. That really stuck with me and I wasnt going to walk out of there taking a battery from them without paying for it. We agreed on a discounted price and discounted labor and in the end I think it worked out for both parties.

They charged me 65 dollars to look at my car. And they tried to quote me 750 dollars forSomething me and my dad looked into and foundSomeone who saidIt was ridiculous just like we did !!! For such a small thing !!! To over priced!!! I can get my car fixed somewhere for 270 to 400 range. Not 750. Like yall really on one lol

I had a large service done on my 1999 Land Cruiser. The brake fluid was flushed/filled, transmission flushed/filled, coolant system flushed/filled, and the differential oils replaced. All with BG fluids. The shop owner, manager, and technicians were all awesome and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, timely, and was priced very well.This particular location was recommended to me by a friend in the automotive industry.....they do not disappoint. I will be bringing my other vehicle to them for service as well. Highly recommended!

What great service! I had an issue with my check engine light popping on early on Thursday morning. I called Christian Brothers at 7am and they were able to squeeze me in. I brought my car over and they gave me a ride home. By noon, they were able to tell me that nothing was wrong with my car and this was likely an issue with an item under recall. Thank you so much for the great, speedy help and getting me some answers! You guys are great and are always my go-to shop!

We are so blessed to have stopped here. Our serpentine belt snapped just as we were getting ready to leave the state. We limped in and they worked us in to their schedule. Super friendly. These guys have a nearly five star rating for a reason. They have very friendly customer service and provide a company shuttle if you have to drop your vehicle off. Something totally new to me, after being to many different mechanics, Christian Brothers Automotive provides a detailed text message of the urgent, future attention and good items on your vehicle. They also include pictures and video of damaged and problematic areas of your vehicle. I am extremely happy with my experience with this business!

I will start by saying their attitude towards the customer is very nice, theyre very respectful, and easy going.On the other hand, our car still left the shop after $1400 of repairs with the same exact problem. I called them, they told me to bring it back and theyd look at it again. Perfect. I left my car there for 2 weeks and picked it up on the weekend because its our only transportation.In that two week period, they never got the chance to look at it again. Thats $600 in Ubers because I still had to get to work and take my son to daycare. Were up to $2k now for one problem. They suspected it was my fuel tank and replaced that, my car ran for 1 day before it started breaking down again(think stalling in the middle of the road at least a handful of times a day, it was a 5yr old car). It wasnt my fuel tank.I took my car to a different shop. They ran a diagnostic test and called me back. This is the code that came up, Im going to read you a list of symptoms so we can verify this diagnostic code is the problem youre havingOkay cool, itll be $400. Its been 1 year with absolutely 0 problems.If all the other shop had to do was simply run diagnostics and my car spit out the EXACT code they needed to repair it, get it done in 2 days(had to order the part) Im curious as to how Christian Brothers was working on my vehicle. Spoiler, it was only my emissions sensor that needed to be replaced. Could have saved $1600 in this whole ordeal if I took a second opinion to begin with.Waited a year to write this review to be 100% positive that our car was truly problem free.

I was having battery problems this morning after a crazy overnight shift in the hospital. So, needless to say, the last thing I needed was car problems when I got off this morning. Everywhere was closed. I have another shift tonight and live by myself, so I was in a big pickle. I called and, despite your full schedule, you guys were understanding and empathetic to my plight! You promptly plopped in a new battery so that I could get home and get sleep today. I cant say how grateful I am for how understanding, professional, courteous your team was. They do good work here. But dang, mechanics are soooo expensive. Its $120 for them to just look at your car. If its a bad spark plug the fee will be $120+60(man hour) plus taxes and what not. I have a $1000 dollar toyota corolla. I paid them $350 to fix my driver side window.I am told this is a normal price...I guess I just cant afford mechanics at this time in my life!

I took my Corvette z06 there for an alignment. I handed the guy the keys and moments later while I was waiting I see a random guy get in it and take off out of the parking lot. I then asked the guy at the counter if theyre alignment shop is off site. He said they always test drive the car and after an alignment to find out if its pulling or not. Of course they never asked me if it had any issues and my Corvette has less than 30,000 miles on it. I would not have gone there if i knew some random person was going to be driving my car before and after the alignment. I even provided the exact specs for the alignment that I wanted. Do not take your expensive sports car there if you do not want some random person driving your car!!!! How ever I do feel they did a good job on the alignment...time will tell though..

Took my truck in for 100 grand mileage tune up. Was told that ball joints were bad and needed an alignment . Had just had the front end done in Nov ball joints just about brand new . Took it back to where it was done and all they did was grease . Was also told of large oil leaks from rear end and from the front crank seal . Not a drop of oil where I park my truck . Have used this shop before and had pretty good service but this will be the last time

I have been taking my vehicles to Christian Brothers for three years now and I have never had any reason for complaints. I love the shuttle service they offer, and it is a family friendly environment. My wife is always intimidated with auto shops but she has no problem going to Christian Brothers and I am comfortable sending her there because I know they will be honest and wont take advantage of her. Exceptional quality and experience every time. I highly recommend!

A fantastic place to get your car taken care of. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Staff were rude, dismissive and short. Probably because I’m a young woman with many questions for professionals I believe that I can trust. The quotes they gave me for some routine upkeep of my vehicle were obnoxiously high and when I asked why they charged me OVER $50 in parts and LABOR to install a CABIN AIR FILTER, the response was, “well how much have you paid in the past?” NOT $50!! It was even installed wrong and I had to go back for them to fix my glove compartment. I will never go to this place again. Don’t let their name fool you in to thinking they are honest and trustworthy.

Great Experience! Just a simple fix - a turn signal light out on mother-in-laws car. Decided to have it fixed so dropped in to see if I could get the work done without an appointment and if I could how long I would need to wait. Rather than replacing an axle housing which was chipped in several spots and causing leaking the previous mechanic used a sticky substance to try to stop the leaking rather than replacing. This was discovered by Christian Bros late on a Thursday but they worked miracles and were able to acquire all parts and have the work complete by end of Friday. This saved me a ton in rental car costs and obviously any long-term damage to the entire axle system. As a woman we are continually taken advantage of in all areas of our lives and particularly in mechanics but this crew is trustworthy, responsive, empathetic, and mechanical experts.

Do not use this shop they charged the warranty company 618$ that WAS NOT PUT ON MY VEHICLE AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN !!! Was told nothing out of my pocket other than warranty company was charged and truck not fixed ? Called warranty company and was told they wouldnt pay for it until fixed and to call Christian Brothers back ro fix it. When I told them I called warranty company was told oh you didnt do that did you ? Yes I did got mad at me and said we are DONE WILL NOT DO NOTHING FOR YOU NOW? How many people and companies are getting RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY ?

No exaggeration here...honestly the best service experience I have ever had. They were very upfront and transparent about everything my vehicle needed and didnt try to pry any gravy work out of my wallet. Cant say how refreshed I was to finally find a trustworthy repair shop...they will have my future business.

Jeff and the crew were great today. We brought them a diagnostic conundrum on a used car. They were excellent in doing extra research despite having to give us grim news. The upside, was they held off doing the oil change and AC recharge until they realized the other work may be more than the vehicle was worth. This was all a courtesy from them. We appreciated their honesty, and hope to return for more routine work in the future.

The most transparent auto repair company we have been to. They are up front and honest about pricing. We needed one stripped caliper brake bolt extracted with a brake replacement and called numerous places that quoted us $100+ to remove and replace one brake and bolt. Christian Brothers quoted us half of what we were getting elsewhere and after all work was completed the pricing did not change. They actually gave us our bolt that was extracted so we could see why it was stuck. We then asked if we needed a brake flush they said they would test it using PH strips. They brought us the PH strip test back that SHOWED we did not need a flush. This was awesome to actually see the proof. We went to another mechanic weeks prior to our visit at Christian Brothers, and were told that we needed a brake flush that was going to cost tons. Christian Brothers also care about the community and are about giving back. It is awesome to have such an honest, caring company here in Greeley. This place is now our go to mechanic shop.

Received an estimate for an oil change and fuel filter change on an ecodiesel, show up for appointment and guy tells me it’s going to be almost $200 more than quoted? He said the quote was for a different vehicle yet it still show it was for a 3.0l diesel on the estimate, comes up with some excuse they have to charge more for diesel oil, yet the estimate showed diesel. Front counter guys should do some homework before giving out estimates, complete waste of my time. Called 2 other shops and they are $200 less than these guys, they have definitely lost a customer and referrals from me. Very disappointing.

I went in for a diagnostic check for my A/C. Wyatt was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He gave me a discount for a miscommunication issue from their part. When my kids got in the truck they were so HAPPY the a/c was working!! I don’t usually take the time to write a review, but when you make my kids smile that big, thats a blessing!! A big Thank you!

These guys are great, Ive had both of my trucks in there for various reasons. Always very informative knowledgeable and fair priced. If my glass customers ask me a good place to get something mechanically done. I tell them the Greeley, Christian Brothers.Their tech Loren recently did a great job troubleshooting some really tough problems with my tundra. Couldnt be happier with the outcome.

Everyone is super friendly. When I initially took my car in to do a brake check, I didnt have an appointment so the owner himself hopped in my car to see what was going on really quick. He quoted me $250-500 but when I took it in, it only cost $140 and they even replaced my rear drums for free. I also really appreciate the shuttle and how flexible they are with drop-offs and pick-ups. They were quick, honest, friendly, and even left me a cold bottle of water when I finally came back to pick up my car.

Yesterday I tried Christian Brothers Greeley for the first time and it turned out to be a good experience. My Tacoma failed to start and a clicking sound made me think it was a starter motor issue. I initially tried to make an appointment at Ehrlich Toyota and was told I would have to wait over a week for an appointment.Matt at Christian Brothers said they could look at it that afternoon or the next morning. I got my truck started after tapping the solenoid with a wrench and took it in. Their technician tested the electrical system that afternoon and determined the issue was a bad battery. He replaced the battery all worked well, a new starter motor was unnecessary. Friendly and professional staff, I plan to go back.

I took my Lexus in for service one day- I thought I might have some brake issues. The gentleman came out and told me that my brakes were fine, didn’t need to be replaced and he topped off my fluids. I thanked him for his honesty and asked what I owed him. He said ‘nothing just keep your business with me.’ And I have driven to Christian Brothers ever since. Even when I’m in Denver for work. Seriously the nicest of men.

Christian Brothers is a great place to go if you have something wrong with your vehicle. They are more expensive than other places, but everything they do has a two year warranty. Ive only worked with Chad here, but hes always been friendly and willing to explain everything so I can understand. He works quickly and efficiently, and always does a great job!

This place is awesome. Quality, price, customer-service, cleanliness, level-of-over all professionalism you name it.. Location... They have these things at an unmatched level. The place is well taken care of. Just the way i would like my car to be. Thank God they were there that day.

They looked for the reason the Check Engine light was on and couldnt find anything. The parking brake was pressed down just enough to trigger the CE light. When released all the way up, no problem!! They didnt charge us anything, not even for their time.

I have had good experiences here and would have given a higher rating but they are closed on Saturdays. How can an auto service place be closed on Saturdays? I understand Sunday but cant fathom being closed on Saturday. There are people who cant make it in during the week because of work schedules and want to give you business but are forced to go elsewhere because you are not open on Saturday.

First time taking my car here now that there is a location in Greeley and they were wonderful! I will never take my car anywhere else from now on! Im so pleased with my service at Christian Brothers.

These guys do absolutely amazing work and I will continue to go to them for any of my repairs from here on out! They did a really good job at diagnosing and fixing the problem with my clutch and my truck runs smoothly again. Super friendly staff.

Greeley location has earned mine and my familys future automotive business permanently. Great family owned business that went out of there way to make my multi repairs affordable and completed on extremely short notice and one of their technicians I believe (Tony), actually stayed 90 minutes past closing time of 6pm to install my new radiator, which meant I could make it to the University of Northern Colorado the next morning and work. Accordingly, I brought fresh coffee and doughnuts for the entire crew the following chilly morning before class just to say thank you for taking care of me above and beyond the call of duty... I Highly Recommend Christian Brothers (Greeley) location even if you live 75 miles from there location as I do, I would drive that distance with no hesitation just to bring my cars in back for service. Awesome customer service. My car stopped working and they were able to tow it to their shop, diagnosed the problem, fix it and have it back to me in just a couple of days. They are very affordable and I will definitely be bring all my car needs to them from now on. I highly recommend them .

Okay so went in due to my car not shifting at all dudes hooked me up and made sure I was up and running that day they were kind professional and even gave me a lift to my apartment and back to the shop great guys highly recommend

Very professional, relaxed atmosphere. Service writer was straight forward, did not try to hard sell me even though I needed a little more work than previously thought I did not feel like I was being upsold. I do most of my own repairs but it was my daughters car and she needed it for work and school, the turn around time was excellent. Very happy with the experience.
