Definitely recommend these guys. I had purchased a 2007 6.0 from a Private seller and brought it to these guys to fix the mangled front end. They fixed the issues replacing everything. After they finished the front end work they drove the truck to get an alignment for me. Unfortunately Les Schwab made mistakes and almost caused an accident. Tyler personally fixed my truck as I stood there and he replaced my stabilizer and shocks free of charge no questions asked.Second experience. Tyler and Cody took the time to talk with me and help me find the type of truck I wanted. Had everything ran though and double checked. Tyler even swapped the wheels and tires for me. These guys remind me of my hometown. Good ol boys at Premier.

Terrible service and they are completely dishonest about thing they are going to do. They will rarely answer a phone call. They will tell you anything to get you financing but screw you continuously on their side of handling anything. If you deal with them you will instantly regret the decision you made. I had two down payments and eight months of truck payments with two trucks on they blew up and I have been able to drive the second four months till I have and illegal vehicleThat I cannot drive due to title not being able to be given to me. But their hands and the banks are tied. Not only that my sales tax is financed and they gave it to another state. So I pay double sales tax one being financed. They laugh at this kind of thing. Good luck with these ppl.

I bought a truck at this place And I was satisfied with the year make and model. There was a problem with the back windows of this truck going up-and-down and at the time of purchase they said they would fix this problem . I also had to go get the emissions done myself and they said they would refund the money for the emissions since it was their obligation. None of these things happened they did not fix the windows and they did not get the emissions done or paid for . They also took forever paying off my truck that I traded in and another payment I had to make because it took them so long. Only part of that money got refunded by the bank because of the amount they sent in to pay off the trade in. Now that the truck is fixed I am happy with it but the customer service I received was not up to par

I purchased my truck over a year ago and was convinced I was getting a good deal. The heater had a clicking noise, that Tyler said just happens. I now no longer have air conditioning in the summer and now the heater does not seem to be working and it is only September. Apparently there is a control module that requires the dash to be taken apart and, obviously, Tyler dd not want to do that. When the truck was purchased it would also cut out and lose power. Tylers ACE master mechanic in Greeley claimed a coil pack needed to be replaced. Yes, they replaced one and not all six. After the problem persisted they changed out another coil pack that did work for a month. Within the next 3 months I replaced the rest of them and now, a year later, the truck is doing the same thing. I was taken advantage of because I trusted Tyler and wanted to keep my business local. That was a huge mistake and a learning lesson.

Best car dealership! Bought a 09 f150 that runs beautifully! They told me about the problems straight up and even paid for two of the repairs it needed! Helped me get it registered (Bc I am originally from TN and it was a huge pain). Cody was super patient with me while I tried to get my finances straight. Overall a wonderful dealership that has a great owner and great, honest employees.

Went in looking at a truck, did the numbers and it wasnt gonna work out. Stayed and chatted with Tyler the owner for a bit and he pulls out his phone with another truck. Did the numbers and worked the deal around to make the truck work for me. Im so pleased with the effort that was taken to make everything work out for the both of us. Looking for a vehicle or not, I think its worth checking them out. They seemed very genuine in wanting to help out with making a deal work that I havent EVER experienced at another dealership. Hopefully they are that way with everyone that comes their way. Im hopeful that they are and Im very happy!

This dealer has given me nothing but a headache. They sold me a truck which had been a total loss without disclosing it to me. Then I was never able to register truck due to a salvage title. They had to buy the truck back since I could not get plates. They told me they would pay the truck off before my next payment and did not do so. So now the bank wants there money and it is affecting my credit. They have never once called me back when they promised they would. Tyler has now blocked my phone number on his cell phone. They promised to get me my sales tax back. And they won’t answer any time I try contacting their office. Good luck to all of you looking for a auction vehicle.

Purchased a used vehicle from this establishment for $1200...ended up needing $2800 worth of work in order to make it safe for my son to drive. I have contacted Premier Truck & Auto Center to discuss this matter and they will not call me back or even answer text messages. I took a risk in purchasing a vehicle for $1200 without warranty, but I would at least expect them to correspond with me on the matter.

Predatory selling tactics! Scott will pretend youre his friend, promise you the world and fail at every turn. I was handed keys to a truck that Scott told me i was financed for on Weds January 23rd. I was asked to bring the truck back on Friday the 25th to get problems with the truck fixed along with the emissions over the weekend. To walk into the office on Friday and be told that I wasnt actually approved yet, that they would have my truck ready for me by Sunday/Monday and I would have a new deal ready to be signed on Monday. Sunday morning comes, and I text Scott around 830, asking him if my truck will be ready today(Sunday) or tomorrow. He responds back letting me know he will find out if itll be ready. 8 hours later, I finally receive a call back from Scott. He let me know the truck wont be ready today(Sunday) and probably wont be ready for Monday either and ask if its Okay if i wait till Tuesday. I had no issues with waiting till Tuesday so I let him know on the phone that Tuesday was fine. 30 or so minutes pass, and he calls me back, letting me know itll be ready my Monday at 11 am and to give him a text before i head up. I get off work around 1230 because of the snow storm, text Scott and let him know Ill be up their by 2. He texts back OK. I travel the 45 some odd miles up to Loveland, and low and behold. My truck isnt ready and my new deal isnt done. So i spend the next hour or so at the shop trying to get financed for the truck I was already told i was financed for. I ended up not getting financed for the vehicle. I spent over 100$ in gas driving back and forth, spent money on insurance for a truck that wasnt even mine yet and lost time that I will never give back. Do not trust these guys and do not spend your hard earned Money on a truck that isnt even ready to be sold. Scott has yet to return my call and probably wont. Now I understand why your business was robbed....

Tyler and Ronee both are awesome to deal with and are more than fair on price, and will go out of their way to make a deal happen, i have bought 4 vehicles from them in the last few years (i lose interest pretty fast ) and they have all been great cars and little or no issues to speak of. I will continue to buy vehicles from them and refer friends and family to them as well.

One of the easiest car deals that I have ever done!! Tyler got me into a great car and was willing to find me whatever I wanted. Ronee worked the magic with the financing. I highly recommend this dealership!!

I will never purchase a vehicle from them. I paid cash for 2 vehicles one of them had problem after problem calls went unanswered text went unanswered I’m now in the process of contacting an attorney!! I should not have this many issues within 60 days of purchasing a vehicle. Tayler also took it upon himself to illegally pass a vehicles emissions!! Not a trust worthy company!!
