I called the service department on Friday to make an appointment for my 2020 Cadillac XLT6 for an oil change and spoke to Ron. Not only did Ron make the appointment, he sent me a reminder by text and by email and made sure on the morning of, another reminder. He then proceeded to give my husband a ride home so he didn’t have to wait around. The car was finished within a two-hour time frame and was washed and vacuumed as a bonus!!! Thank you Ron and Kaylee and Jaime! I love coming to Ghent for my car to be serviced!!! You guys are the Best!!!

My 2020 Sierra 2500HD had an issue that was covered under warranty. When I called the service department I spoke to Ron the service manager. He said to bring my truck in and he would get it looked at and we could go from there. All the other dealerships within a 100 mile radius couldn’t even get me in for at least a week.They had my truck fixed and out the door the next day. I can’t say thank you enough times to Ron and his crew at Ghent!

The five star rating that I give Ghent is for Afton Morrison. My car had issues and was in the service department numerous times Afton always had a rental car for me and always on top of things. Not only does she know her job she is always friendly and has an awesome personality, which makes my visits enjoyable.
We recently had warranty work done on our vehicle at Ghent and we received exceptional service by Afton in the rental department. Afton provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we had a rental that fit our familys needs and that we understood what the updates were on the service for our car when we could not get service to follow up with us. If it was not for Afton, we would have not written a review at all or given a very low rating to Ghent. In the past and during this service experience, we have had some difficulty with service at Ghent. If it was not for Afton, we would have been without a car for two weeks (when service promised it would only be one week) and we would have not known what the status of our vehicle was during this time. Thank you Afton for being one of the few that know how to deliver great customer service at Ghent!
Afton Morrison has been amazing to work with. We had many difficulties with the car we purchased, and she has always made sure we had a loaner car for as long as we needed. Not only has she done this, she has helped with the process of taking care of the other car issues, by going above and beyond her duties in the car rental program. She has made us feel appreciated and took care of us like we were family!
I had to take my caddi in for servicing a few weeks ago. What could have been a horrible blow to me, was actually turned into the most positive experience. Scott in service not only did everything he could to make the situation better, he went above and beyond to help me get back on the road again. Bought our new Caddy in December. GM system was down so we didnt get signed up for any of the services that come with GM vehicles. Emailed several times with our Sales Rep and got the run around that they were working on it. finally took it into our own hands after 2 weeks and got it figured out with GM. We traded our old vehicle in December and it wasnt paid off until Mid January. We accrued another payment on the trade in well over a month after we traded it in. Contacted our sales rep again via email to get the difference of interest that we had to pay due to it not being paid off in time. No response. For a company that swears they need 5 stars, they arent working very hard for it. I expected this kind of oversight from a dealership like KIA, not Cadillac. Again, the vehicle is amazing and we love it. Buying it was very smooth and easy, but everything after the transaction is less than stellar.Update: tried to work with ghent to fix the situation. They are more worried about good reviews than doing the right thing. They were only going to pay the difference if i changed the Review first. Disappointed to say the least. They can keep the difference and Ill take my business elsewhere. It was never about the money. Sorry ghent, Im looking for an honest dealership with some integrity, unfortunately, they didnt rise to the occasion. Great vehicle though. Still stand behind that piece.

The service is excellent, in less than 30 minutes I was in and out of the shop with a new cabin air filter. The technician (Chris Helms) did a great job in detecting the problem and offered to fix it free of charge. Overall I had a great experience at Greeley CHEVROLET.

Unfortunately, you cannot trust them to give you an honest deal. There is no way in this rate environment that a new car would have a 6% rate.Also it has taken nearly a month for them to get the payoff to my trade, still not paid off... Hmm and the vehicle has already been sold. Explain that.So dissatisfied with the actions this establishment has put me through.Update:They sold me gap insurance and their insurance company didnt honor it

Although I’m not a fan of writing reviews – I must commend the exceptional service provided to me by Afton in the rental department. Customer service is a significant aspect of any business, but especially in one involving modes of transportation. Afton’s knowledge of her job far exceeds any service I’ve had at Ghent, which has not been favorable.Not only was I provided a courtesy car, but she also provided an update on the status of my vehicle (without me asking) and showed genuine concern about my frustrations about the lack of communication.Over the past two weeks, I’ve had to call the service department a few times for an update – the first being 3-4 days after the car was dropped off. It was only then I was told that a part had to be ordered. I find it mind-boggling that no one thought to reach out and explain the situation, I Digress. Kudos to those at Ghent doing it the right way!
Save yourself some time and hassle do not stop at this dealership they are nothing but sleazeballs theyre pushy theyll keep trying everything they can to get you to sign the paperwork even if you change your mind and you dont want the vehicle that same day or even the next day and when they finally do let you return it because you dont want to because you told to finance company that you dont want it they charge you for a bailout fee. Ill never ever use them I regret even just looking at a vehicle there

Mike Wangerow was very knowledgable and friendly and facilitated a great trade-in and purchase experience of a newer GMC Sierra. The financing wasnt as smooth. The manager gave us a price that was higher than shown online and the finance person prepared paperwork with GMC financing of 6.99% interest. We have excellent credit and knew that was too high. The price was adjusted and he found a 3.9% rate. So both price and finance were corrected but we suggest you pay attention to these details.
I bought my car at a different dealership its used and had a problem with the electrical system they were to fix they couldnt they sent me to Ghent who found and fixed the problem. Ghent service is outstanding. Thanks Scott for your service.

This review is for the collision department. Jim and Kathy Weinbender treated me excellently. They got me set up in a loaner car so I didn’t have to wait there all day waiting for some dings to be repaired. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.It was a much better experience than buying the car from Ghent. Just beware of the dealer fee that gets added to your bottom line right before you sign papers. They snuck this in and charged less sales tax than they should have so that the bottom line was what I was quoted and expected. I was too annoyed to bring it up as I was the last one there on a Saturday night and it was already late.I am happy with my XT4. My very first Cadillac. Enjoying the ride so far.

Sales department is great. They are friendly, make lots of promises that unfortunately service cannot deliver. It is unfortunate that the service department acts as if the customer is a bother or we are interrupting their work day. There is no acknowledgment of the customer when they walk or drive up. There is not even a simple someone will be with you in just a moment. The whole vibe of the service department is troubling. Service lacks follow through, commitment and initiative.
Best deal ever. Jaime Quinones and Christan got us into a brand new only seven miles on it decked out Silverado. When no other dealer could even get us into a used pickup. Thanks again

Update: Im done with the service at Ghent. Its a 1.5 hour drive for me, but theyre the closest Cadillac dealership. Keep that in mind going forward with this.First you have that touch screen from my original review. I was just happy to have it fixed and working again that I completely accepted and ignored the damaged trim on the dash.Next time I use Ghents website to schedule service, an oil change and tire rotation. Get asked when I drop the vehicle off what its there for, their own website doesnt even tell them. Get up sold on a brake system flush (car didnt even have 34,000 miles on it).Next oil change and tire rotation. Get told that the tires are getting worn and will soon be in need of replacement, okay. I wanted to take a good look at my choices, so I decided I would schedule that for a later date. Find what tires Id like and that Ghent actually has them. Get service set up. Show up and they once again show that Im scheduled for service, but have no clue what Im there for. Show them the e-mail confirmation I received. Tires are no longer in stock. To their credit they did find the tires in a neighboring town and did go and get them and install them on my car. The bad: the neighboring town isnt more than a 15 minute round trip. I didnt leave with my car on the new tires until 6 hours later. Had $50 taken off for the wait.Then the latest one, check engine light came on. Call the service number listed on their website, This number is no longer in service. Had to call the sales number. Scheduled service for 10am, even confirmed that they had it down for a check engine light. Get there a quarter till 10am, Whats it here for? Get told that it would probably be a little after 1pm before they could get it in. Finally get called at 4:30pm that theyre looking at the car now and tell me that they will *call* me as soon as they know anything. Ask about a loaner vehicle and get told they have none. Didnt get a phone call from them for the rest of that day. Now Im stuck in Greeley as friends and family are all 1.5+ hours away or at work. So get a hotel room. Finally got a phone call from Ghent at 9am that morning asking, Why havent you approved the service in the e-mail I sent you yesterday and this morning? Had to remind them I had no reason to be looking for an e-mail when I was told a phone call. Ask about a loaner vehicle, get told they will have one waiting for me, but no offer to come and pick me up. Get back to the shop. Oxygen sensor and vacuum pump going bad, *also* rear shocks are leaking, $2300+ all together. Get shown the loaner vehicle. Get told the only charge for the loaner vehicle was if I didnt return it with the same fuel level it was given to me at ($5 a gallon is what theyd charge). Go home. Come back a week later as my car was ready. Stopped by the Cenex just down the road and made sure the loaners tank was full. They dont even check out the loaner vehicle, just give me my keys and told my cars over there. Service tag still hanging from the mirror, paper floor mat on passenger side, and plastic seat cover stuffed between driver seat and center console. Then Im paying bills today and discover that I have a $330 charge on my credit card for the loaner vehicle.To top it all off. The day after I get my car back, I receive a phone call from a Brooke with Ghent Cadillac. She leaves voicemail and seems to think that its time I schedule service for my car. This happens again a week later.So, Ill drive the extra hour to the next closest Cadillac dealership and Id encourage everyone else to do the same.
Worst place to buy a vehicle, give my brother the run-around for two months.
