No cashiers, machines malfunctioning on the self serve check out lines and when I asked for help I received attitude. It all reflects on the management’s poor decisions on hiring and running of a business. Very unimpressed.

The hot fried chicken is the best!!! (Thats all I usually go for). The person that serves in the hot deli area is usually always nice.

Normally I love Safeway, this one though left something to be desired. If you need help finding something, good luck. My experience…no one would help. I gave it 2 stars simply because a man from the back came out and grabbed carts since no one else would til after he came out. I was looking for 1 thing which apparently had disappeared from the store somewhere. Employees not very friendly at all or at least to me. Felt like I was not wanted there at all. I gave it 2 stars for the man who must have been busy in the back but came up to get carts for everyone.Definitely not a store I’ll be returning to.

This sounds ridiculous but the reason I avoid going here is because the self checkout machines scream at you and cant be turned down enough. You used to be able to mute them, but now they just scream louder than full volume on other stores machines even if you have it on the lowest volume. I hate it. I drive the extra couple minutes to king Soopers specifically to avoid it.

They run good deals at this store and it is very clean. I really like their bakery

Deli was staffed (3 people) but unfriendly when I asked for 3/4 lb of sliced meat. They argued over whos job it was to slice meat. Dressed in unclean appearing clothing. Then only sliced me .35 lb. After that he proceeded to argue it was 3/4 lb after when I brought it up. Im really disappointed in the quality of employees. Step up your game Safeway.

Everything has always been too expensive here and quite frankly the staff isnt ever very friendly or helpful. I literally only shop here out of here convenience when I am on a time constraint. At least the store is clean though! Must be because the employees are too worried about avoiding you as the customer LOL

Safeway is my favorite place to grocery shop. Their meat is far more superior than the other leading grocery stores in town

The Pharmacy at this Safeway is outstanding. Richie made COVID vaccine easy and painless for my family. He was very comforting. If you have any questions he is always very informative. I would recommend Safeway pharmacy, strictly because of Richie.

It use to be that Safeway was a good place to shop. Now there prices are high. Walmart prices are way better than this place. I wont be shopping here for anything.

Went in for a few things and came away with a cart full of incredible deals. The store was clean and well stocked. The employees were there and very helpful. The young checker was very polite and seemed happy to be of assistance even though ringing me out was a chore! This was one of the better experiences at Safeway and I was glad Id stopped in.

Customer service at this location is terrible. Store is never stocked on sale items. The only dept in the store that is always well stocked is the bakery dept

Run down. And didnt have the verity that Id like to see. You can say Im spoiled when I use the New Kingsoopers. I think if the City can afford it, they should provide a tax relief. Plus it would create more jobs. (Tax Revenue) There is nothing more inviting to shop at a clean place, with fresh fruits and flowers and many other things. It makes you feel good. So sorry for the rating. Just putting it out there. I like the idea of creating jobs. And yeah I might not know if it would be affordable. Also I want to point out that I have no Business Degree, nor do I know if it would be economically possible. Thanks for the likes on the pics . 😊

We went to find pork ribs to cook for dinner. They did have much meat. I do like how clean there store is. Very organized. Variety of different foods.

I like Safeway, there food is always fresh.

Richie Telck, the Pharmacy Manager, at Safeway on 10th St. is AMAZING! I had a lot of concerns about receiving the COVID vaccine. Richie not only assured me with his knowledge about the vaccine but also sang to me while giving me the shot to alleviate my anxiety! He is so professional and caring. I would highly recommend Richie for any and all pharmaceutical needs!

I can normally get in-and-out of this store quickly. The produce is always fresh and usually they stock everything I shop for. Prices are a bit higher, but its worth the time I save by shopping here.

Possibly the best Safeway in Northern Colorado. The associates go out of their way to be helpful and the cashier was very friendly. Good prices as well especially Safeways Signature line. I almost fainted when they opened another check out lane because there were three people in line. You never see that nowadays. Excellent customer service!

Terrible, staff have inappropriate conversations while customers are checking out. The manager is a sick man and should be fired.

Extremely rude cashier today. Not cool. If you choose to work with public be pleasant, not rude and miserable. I never leave reviews however this woman was so rude that it was well worth spending the time to let the world know. Rant over. BE NICE or get a new job!!

As a grocery store should be, it was very clean and very well stocked. I especially liked the produce section where it had a lot of choices I may not find elsewhere. Only problem I had was finding high pulp OJ as there was nobody at customer service and nobody around to ask where it could be hiding. After 2 trips through the store I finally found it.

You cant catch Supers if youre margin is too high. I was in the business 44 years and Supers shear volume carries them through. Ill take a 25% gross with big volume store before I shop at Safeway knowing that the margin is way high as to scare people away. Makes no sense.You either want to compete and increase sales or just give up like most the employees have. Ive never been greeted or addressed in any manner from anyone. Never seen a smile. Crazy mentality.

Very disappointed, we had 4 employees on the front ends with only the self checkouts open. They all sat on the registers around us and watched us check ourselves out like we were going to steal from them. I would have understood one employee watching the self checkouts and the others stocking shelves, checking out customers, dusting, organizing etc. But to just sit there? At 9pm was very irritating. I worked in the grocery industry for 10 years, my husband 23 and this would have never been acceptable. Even during an epidemic!

Not bad, I really like the ladies that work in the Starbucks inside the store. Usually friendly employees willing to help and the items I need are always in stock. I use the app to save money and its convenient as well.

Love Safeway! Always good quality produce, great meat department. Good helpful staff. Ive never had a bad experience there.

They need a new look. Looks cashiers and deli operators are mad the time. Maybe you should increase the air conditioner.

Dont mind shopping here. But DO NOT GET THERE FRUIT! its always molded we got a mixed fruit cup a few weeks ago and opened it that day it looked good from the out side but when we took fruit out of it. Mold all in the middle. And my wife today got a peach cut it open and mold I. The middle

This is one of my Safeway locations to go to. I go here during the week to grab Starbucks inside the store and sometimes on the weeknights I grab food already made from the deli. The store is always clean and tidy and always plenty in stock. I never feel like there is a long line! Friendly employees and helpful.

Prices are generally high. Employees nice, except for pharmacy. They act like they are doing customers a favor and Never thank customers for their money.

A few weeks ago I got a fruit cup the pre cut ones for my baby and on the outside it was fine but once we got into it we found mold. About a week ago all their blueberrys looked moldy and gross and today i cut up a nectarine I got the other day the outside of it looked fine the middle had mold!! Love going to Safeway its close to my house but I wont be buying fruit from there ever again!!

Great community grocery store in the middle of town. There is a gas station here and you can earn rewards for shopping to use towards saving money on gas. Great friendly staff and good bakery. The fried chicken and deli is good and there is a Starbucks inside. Produce and meat are always good here. Parking is never too busy. Good place to shop.

I love that they brought back self checkout..... clean...fresh produce. Also staff is always very nice and competent.

Bought dairy products that turned out to be moldy and expired when I got home, they took care of the situation alright. As a safety precaution I inspected our pantry to find the snacks we feed our 7month old were expired...by a lot. This location is so convenient for us but unfortunately stocking and selling expired product is a no go for me .Not like I dug for these items, they were front and center. And I know freeze dried yogurt bites are popular with babies and toddlers, so I genuinely feel like full carton I grabbed the bag from was stocked from expired product.
