I went in to buy the special they had on 2 phones and a tablet. I was told to get it at the advertised price I had to buy a bundle. The sale person I talked to kept deflecting my questions with something entirely different whenever I asked about the price. I was told I was receiving an employee discount cause she would hook me up I never received a discount. She never asked if I wanted screen protectors, she just put them on and charged me for them. She estimated my bill due that day at $350 ish but she had gotten it down to $324 when I looked at my receipt the total was actually $302 before she tacked on screen protectors that I did not ask for and was not asked if I wanted them. She told me my monthly bill was $90, the following day I get a text saying my plan had been changed and my new monthly balance was $121. I logged in and a bunch of services I did not agree to had been added to my account.This stores practices are deceptive at best. They dodge questions and force accessories and services on you that you did not ask for or want.I will never return to this store and will warn others to stay away.

Sign says they are open until 5pm today however its 415 and they are closed and have a lock on the outside of the door
