Great place, I’ve seen it all. The worst and grumpiest people come in here Demanding and expecting everything to be fixed or think they are entitled, & these guys really know how to keep it professional and try their hardest. They go above and beyond for you, Very nice people and you can tell they have a lot of patience with everyone! Great management and great team. Highly recommended

Bought a phone at the Go Wireless Verizon Store on Continental. I was asked to sign for the phone. I specifically asked what I was signing and the staff said she was just signing to purchase the phone. I asked for assurance she was not adding any fees.She also said I was required to pay for the phone monthly in order to receive the $60 rebate and the rebate must be used to buy accessories in the store today. Verizon’s totally wins on that.I got home and was notified by Verizon that I would be billed a Protection fee of $17 per month. This would double the cost of the phone!They don’t answer the phone ever, so I must make another trip to rectify this charge.Not the first time this store has done this.

What excellent customer Service I received today. Went in for a problem that was time consuming for 1 customer. During my wait Charles was so incredibly patients and knowledgeable to other customers that were a bit rude. Charles didnt blink an eye at the rudeness but kept a smile and positive attitude. He explained my options and and beyond. Charles was polite, professional courteous and showed such a nice attitude. What an excellent asset he.is to the Verizon store. Thank you Charles!

Nice store. There were three people working with a steady stream of customers, but only two at any one time. Katie helped my wife pick out a replacement phone, gave a very clear recommendation on which was the better choice and compared our plan to verify that it met our needs better than any of the newer plans offered by Verizon. We were out the door with the new phone in under 30 minutes. I couldnt be happier.

Bianca was my service person. She was very helpful and Id give her a 5. My issue is with company policy, which Im sure she was following faithfully. The bill I was given was not straightforward, but complicated and I was only given full details on return policy as I was pulling out my credit card. I bought something I wish I hadnt. But there is a huge cost to returning it.My experience the following day at REI was a totally different experience in customer service according to company policy.

Steve was absolutely amazing. He told me about all the great products at Verizon. I was about to leave Verizon but he talk to me and found out all of my personal needs and make sure that I understood what I was paying for and all of my fees. Watching him with his team was awesome. What a great environment to have. This will be the only store that I ever go to going forward as long as Steve and/or Charles are there. Thank you so much and Ill be returning again

Store hours are closed randomly when theyre supposed to be open and alot of random lunch breaks and signs put up, not attentive to customere and customer service is horrible. They make people go get exact change including elders like my mother who is almost 70. They are rude and a bunch of kids working at this location. Im glad i do not have verizon but i do not recommend this location. Other locations i do reccomend.

Very courteous staff! The manager Steve was very helpful and was very knowledgeable with everything. It was very busy but he was always able to answer our questions without making us wait. Being in the military and needed items throughout the years I have had to deal with different stores but this is by far the best experience Ive had! I would recommend going in and getting all your needs taken care of! Thanks Steve!

Had a wonderful experience at Verizon today. Javier was working by himself when I arrived. It got very busy very quickly. Javier was very personable and professional. He took care of my phone issues while helping other customers-he was an excellent multitasker. He explained things to me very explicitly but in a way that I could understand. I would certainly recommend Javier if you want knowledgeable and professional help with any phone issues.

This is the best Verizon store in the area! The employees are helpful and welcoming. Charles, the manager, can answer all questions and they all help customers resolve their phone issues as well as create bundles to provide the best wireless service. I highly recommend the Go Verizon store in Continental Plaza in Green Valley!

Normally I dont like going to Verizon stores and I definitely wasnt looking forward to my most recent visit. However, I must say the people at this specific location are great.In particular I worked with Hector. He was really helpful and super pleasant to work with. I even had a very frustrating issue which didnt look like it was going to be resolved, but Hector stepped up and made a few phone calls to corporate and had everything worked out. I ended up getting an upgrade and a new phone. After having some issues setting up my phone, I ended up calling Hector at the store and he helped me fix everything. All this cell phone stuff can be frustrating sometimes but they go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.I highly recommend going to this Verizon store if you have a choice. And cross your fingers that you get Hector!

I walked in looking for help with a nano SIM card. Witness some of the craziest people losing their temper at the Manager on duty. She was being as professional as possible. They were totally unreasonable. She kept her cool helped them through the process. I waited until they were finished, it was another 20 minutes while I was waiting (they had already been there for over an hour). She was great and so helpful.

He thoroughly explained phone, accessories, and Verizon plan costs. He is very professional & pleasant to work with. I plan to attend the stores training sessions to reduce my learning curb. Im extremely dissatisfied as a consumer given the fact that I had to dish out $71.77 for a tablet I returned that was defective. I couldnt get a manager on the phone to speak to either. No tablet and no money? Funny how that works at this store. On a good note, Gabriel the sales rep was very kind and professional. Mabey he should be running this place.

I bought a smart phone in Camas, Washington, from what I thought was a Verizon dealer. I was back in Green Valley when I received my first bill. It was $179. I was baffled. I went to the Verizon authorized dealer in the Continental Mall and spoke with both Sean and Kala. They said something is not right and reviewed my Verizon account. The salesman in Camas had sold me a package which was seven years old and charged me for each outgoing and incoming text. They reviewed my account and gave me a phone number where I could reach a real Verizon agent. They told me I should get a good part of that bill credited on my account. I followed their instructions when I got home and talked with a very helpful customer service person who told me the dealer I had purchased the phone from was not an authorized Verizon dealer and was supposed to tell me that right up front...which they did not. Over $100 was credited to my account and I was put into a newer plan which will be $70.01 before taxes. I greatly appreciate Sean and Kala. They had nothing to gain from the time they took with me and never made me feel like an old woman who had made a stupid mistake. Kudos to them both....and much thanks.

The worse customer service I have experienced. Incorrect information regarding monthly cost and incorrect data plan. This is an authorized dealer not a corporate store. Maybe that’s the reason for the incompetence, and indifference, I experienced. Necertheless, I’m returning the two phones I bought. Cannot recommend this store at all. Suggest a corporate store in Tucson if you want Verizon services.

RUN!! This store IS NOT VERIZON!! On 09/01/19- Gabriel set up two phone lines in my name; when asked if he activated them he said NO; however, I called Verizon who said they did activate them (they kept our phones for a week trying to fix an inventory issue-- 2 hrs of being in the store the issue wasnt fixed). Then we found out they ADDED PHONE INSURANCE without our knowledge to our lines. They have you sign for accounts on their Ipad but did not provide us with a copy of the terms and conditions. On 09/09/19 I called Verizon and was told GW had listed in the Verizon computer that we had taken the phones (when we had NOT)-- Isreal said I should go get our phones asap-- when I went to the store Jorge and Anthony (the mgr) were unable to provide me with a copy of the terms & conditions--they also told me i had to pay $100 per phone as a down payment-- that Verizon was requiring it -- Brandy at Verizon said she does NOT see anything saying we had to give a down payment and can not see where that money is-- When I called Verizon again because I was unable to get into my account via phone (kept saying PIN not valid) I realized the receipt they gave me has 2 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS WITH MY NAME AS THE CUSTOMER!! SOMEONE AT THE AZ AGs OFFICE NEEDS TO LOOK IT THE BUSINESS PRACTICES OF THIS STORE.

My experience here was excellent considering the absolute MESS I came in with. I was there 3 times in 3 days leaving with tears first 2 times. I lost EVERYTHING on my phone, was locked completely out of my phone due to insufficient passwords entered too many times. DESTINY went above and beyond with a while lot of patience with me. Im very sorry that I bought my iPad in this store because it was an unpleasant and very slow, shopping experience. My salesman was rude and extremely pushy. He almost seemed offended because I wouldnt buy one of their accessories. He didnt even go over the contract with me, and seemed more interested in helping other customers. For the most part, Ive been very pleased with Verizon and their service, but I will never shop in this store again. I see another negative review on here, and Im even considering calling Verizon to file a complaint about this particular location. If you can go to the Verizon store on Esperanza in Green Valley, I would highly recommend going there over this one. I wouldve gone to that store, but they didnt have the iPad I wanted in stock.
