Bits is the best....honest and efficient

John provided me with excellent service and advice. I was ready to trash my motherboard but he saved me. Incidentally, while I was there in BITS he received a phone call from another client. She called to say she also was 100% happy with his service. Cant recommend BITS enough.

I went in to see John just before Christmas this year. I needed a computer completely cleaned up and reset for me. He got everything done ahead of time and has been there via team viewer to help.

We have used Johns shop, since Bits opened in 1993, and we will never go anywhere else! Worst business experience ever - and Ive dealt with some seriously incompetent people before, but this place takes the cake! He DAMAGED my computer worse than when I brought it in, downloaded my personal data, put it on a thumb drive and then GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE - yes, he negligently exposed all my personal data, breached my privacy and security!! Then, even before I went in to pick up the ruined remains of my computer, made an illegal debt collection call to my employer and slandered me to yet a third party alleging I had not paid my bill! Ive never seen a more incompetent, dishonest and irresponsible businessman. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!! It appears to me that he posted his own favorable review - wouldnt surprise me, I cannot imagine anyone whos dealt with this place would say anything good!

Both our computers were heavily compromised and were brought back to life by Johns expertise in an extremely timely fashion. We will never have anyone look over our shoulder but JOHN.J.L
