They have a real professional feel as they ARE highly skilled and work quickly and do it right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable as they always do more than they charge for. They WILL not let your computer leave their shop until they demonstrate how it has been fixed. Each time I have had to use them, my computer feels brand new as they clean it up both inside and out and it runs so very smartly when I get it home. My computer was totally trashed by a virus. Clarke Computers rebuilt it and it works better than before! Like getting a whole new computer. All I can say is WOW! They were extremely helpful, explained everything in a way I could understand, and did it all for what I think was a very low price! I will not use anyone else for my computer repair needs, ever!

They offer free diagnosis. I took my laptop in after experiencing issues with the keyboard. I was informed, I needed replacement parts a few hours after I brought it in. Unfortunately, was a costly fix with the laptops design. He advised me in his personal opinion it would be close to the price of a new laptop. But if I wanted to replace the parts, he would be happy to look further into it and give me the exact price. I appricate the honesty and professionalism.
