I would recommend 3d tire & service to repair anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable. The best customer service and reasonable prices. They go the extra mile. Recently I had experienced an issue with the air conditioning and they stepped up and completed this repair in the time that was stated and for slightly the under the amount quoted. It was really nice being at the shop seeing all of the ball teams that they have supported. This is your go to shop if you want local service from a business owner who supports the community!! Priced almost as high as a dealership mechanic price. After getting serviced there, I had more issues with my car than I originally went there with.

Havent been to their shop yet. However, I have called and spoke with someone and he was very kind and professional. He also got me an appointment pretty fast! So far so good!!!

Constant trouble after they have “fixed” our vehicles. Never going back. Spent over $500 for a thorough check because of a lot of traveling coming up, and are now, days later, getting towed with the engine light flashing.

Wife got flat on interstate. Just bought older van for business. Rim bent slightly from leaving interstate or previous owner. Found a tire that would work as a temp at 3D. Tried to hammer out bend. Tire went flat and they stayed after hours to help us out. Went way above and beyond.

Ive had many great experiences here, from simple oil changes to huge repairs. Good service and good work that they stand behind. On the very rare occasion that Ive had a concern afterwards, theyve taken the time to make it right, no problem and no charge. Im very glad to have this place in Greencastle.
