I use to dread having to go to speak with anyone at a store about issues with my bill, phone, etc. However, since Devan has been at this store, I have nothing but wonderful experiences. He is so helpful and never makes me feel like I am inconveniencing him with issues in experiencing. He goes above and beyond to make every customer feel greeted and welcomed at this store. I can’t say enough good things about him! He really cares about the customers that come into the store and that is just something you don’t often find anymore.

I’m not much to complain, but the costumer service at this store is the worst I’ve ever seen. $1200 phone that doesn’t function properly. Spent to much time trying to make it work. Still didn’t. Took it back and they asked for a restocking fee to trade it in. I will switch services before I step foot in that store again.

I have been to the Greencastle AT&T store several times in the last month. The three people who helped me were knowledgeable and professional. They were generous with their time and very patient with a 71 year old technophobe. They are great!

The salesman was worried with other people then when that wasn’t an issue he was then more worried about watching tv over providing proper service. Because of this wrong things got upgraded and now have to go back because corporate wants to charge me restocking fees and then recharge me to upgrade the proper device for the salesman screw up🤬🤬🤬🤬

This store is fantastic. The service is speedy and helpful. We worked with the manager to get new phones and update our service. It was so easy! They also put on Disney Channel for my son to watch while we sorted out the boring details. When my new phone arrived a few days later. I brought it back and they set it up for me. Thanks, Jerry!

I was in there the other day with my friend that I’m on a bill with and Light helped us! She was amazing! We’ve had issues from day one with our bill and she was very understanding and patient in dealing with everything!

Went to pick up my husbands new phone and transfer data from old phone to new phone. Also added my sister and gave our old phone to my sister, they erased all the data gave a new number to here phone and that was it!!! I did nothing to my new phone. When I get the bill the agent had added a new number to my line, added phone insurance to all lines, why would I need two numbers on one phone This is a most unprofessional, male agent that added products and numbers not authorized my myself or my husband. This AT&T should be shut down. He did not give us a receipt and refused to allow me to use the restroom just one week out from major knee replacement surgery. It took my son numerous hours to get all this fixed not to mention the$425 bill they sent when Alexas clearing stated the bill would only go up By $10.00 the mess the second agent caused us very unethical!My correct name is Connie not Cinnie!Do not use this store!!

Great customer service!

I walked in at 7:00 pm tonight with my newer dead phone and my old phone with only 10 hours to go before flying out of town. In 5 minutes jerry had my old phone up and running and some tips to fix my broken one. My stress level was quite high when I walked in but Jerry jumped into action quickly and calmly and with his help I didn’t have to spend any money making a quick decision on purchasing a new phone and can get through my travels next week with my old phone and take care of things when I get home. Thank you Jerry. Awesome work.

The staff is extremely helpful, Jeremiah and Trish are amazing to work with. They are very helpful and usually have the answers you are looking for, if they dont have they answer they do their research and get the answer for you. They do as much as they can to ensure customer satisfaction every single time.

I needed help because I lost my phone. My retail rep, Jeremiah, was awesome, knowledgeable and so patient with me. He gave me great advice when I was unsure and proceeded to help me with every step. I was very pleased with my service there.

We dont normally like going to AT&T stores because of the wait or the employees who always seem to be in a bad mood, however my hisband and I both needed new phones so we went in around 4pm on a Friday and had the most wonderful person help us and we were able to pick out our new phones and was out of there very quickly.

When I came in April 4 Jeremiah was the first one to greet me. He’s the kind of guy that his energy just rubs off on ya. I was laughing the whole time. After all that I didn’t expect him to be straight forward with me. I actually went to different AT&T stores to compare the prices he gave me and come to find out he quoted me LOWER than others said. Go to him. For cell service. Now.

Myles and the staff at Greencastle store were awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a question about our billing that he didnt understand either. So he called 611 which was a waste of time. Never did get a straight answer on why. We couldnt understand her and i dont think she understood us. Nothing like American help!

I switched from Verizon to AT&T. I had issues the first night with data. I called the 611# and after an hour got very frustrated. I went into the store Saturday & both guys working were helpful and fixed my issue within 10 minutes.

Got me a new SIM card quickly and it was only 5 bucks.

Worked with the manager named jerry. Extremely informative le me write everything down. Did excellent job helping upgrade my phones.

I was in yesterday and experienced the worst customer service. I was told by the girl, Lights, that she wouldn’t help me with my phone issue, unless I purchased something from her first. Was told she doesn’t work for me. The manager was in, I don’t know how he didn’t hear this exchange, he definitely choose to ignore the rudeness from this employee. I will never again go back to this store, as long as she is there. I have a business account as well with AT&T, I will be moving over to another carrier.

No bags for merchandise. Printer jammed all three times I was in there. The wait was ridiculous. The woman took the SIM card out of my phone and broke the prong on my phone taking out the card. She said there was nothing she could do about that. I cant say enough bad things about this experience. I wouldnt recommend this business to my worst enemy.

Lied to my face. Went in to buy a screen protector for my S7 Edge. I get a corporate discount and they wouldnt honor it. So she said they were normally $40, but said shed sell it to me for $25. The problem is, the MSRP said $25.00 right next to the UPC code on the box. What a liar. Sleazy establishment.
