Shannons the best!! Friendly and she dont take huge amounts of time to address your issues which is what usually happens if one of the male employees is there.

Manager was lazy and couldnt answer simple questions. He set on the computer the whole time we were there and listened to music and was having a good time in Facebook. Terrible customer service.
