Very nice customer service. I don’t know what other people are saying about timing and kruger card. This place has the most nice people around. They go an extra mile for you. Definitely coming again here!

As a regular customer here I have to say the owner is really great! A mistake was made when I needed an item voided off and after I ordered my fuel. In short I did not get my $0.10/gal discount b/c the void had kicked out my rewards card too. After fueling we realized the mistake and the owner generously offered my boyfriend and I fountain drinks, which more than made up for the money we lost in fuel rewards. I have never once had a bad experience here when the Owner was working. He is very pleasant and genuinely sociable with his customers.

Tried using my Kroger card at the Shell gas pump for my $.30 Kroger discount and it would only give me a $.10 discount. So I cancelled my transaction and went to Kroger where I did indeed receive my full $.30 discount. Would’ve used all my points and lost $.20 a gallon. That’s a considerable amount given the size of my gas tank. That’s not right.

The owner needs to be more clear with rules. Awhile back, my girlfriend and I went to get a pizza at around 11:30. We went tonight to get and we were told no. By the owners wife, we were told that they can make pizzas at any time. Tonight, didnt go that way. I called to make sure and clarify what exactly the rule was and a the cashier cut me off and said that she doesnt have to do anything that she doesnt want to do. I find that rude and unethical as I have been in Customer Service for over 7 years. She deserves to be fired for that act of uncourtesy. I am appalled at how she handled the situation as it was completely unprofessional. We were told that no matter the time, we can get a pizza. If this is no longer true, turn off the sign and stop false advertising. I will never go to this gas station again if they continue to lie and scheme customers.
