Friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get what I wanted and it was very well done. I will be stopping in again the next time that I need anything like this again. They also have really unique gifts that are well worth it. Check it out if you havent already.

Horrible service. Never had I experienced such rude staff there. Was greeted by Nicole and asked if I had questions, I told her I was making a purchase and asked about embroidery. When she told me I couldn’t get what I was purchasing embroidered I asked about something purchased elsewhere. She said that couldn’t be done either. So I proceeded to stand in line and make my purchase for Father’s Day any way. And she insisted on following me on the line to ask if I had anymore questions. I felt HARASSED at that point! Horrible and annoying.

They need more help they need to keep their shell stock more it used to be better as time go on its worse 😜

I was very disappointed with my salesperson, Sheri, when I tried to purchase a charm bracelet. She was very rude and overcharged me. When I questioned the bill, she said it was right. After a few attempts, I got her to realize it was wrong. Will never shop at that location again.

Excellent service! Engraving done in 1 day!

I brought in a Sterling silver bracelet to be engravws. I thought it was going to be expensive but only cost $25. The engraving is small but the bracelet is too. They has it done in less than 2 hours.

I visited this store monday Feb25 at about 1015am. I was looking for something for my wife and i for our anniversary. There was one lady on the phone when i got there. I went straight up to the counter. No one in the store except me. She kept talking which sounded like a personal conversation like it wasnt work related. Despite i should be acknowledged right away. A few minutes went by she finally asked me what i needed she didnt seem like she was interested. I asked her what she had for anniversaries. She said depends on what like... i had asked her to show me what she had and she brought me to and small shelf nd showed me a few things. And then she said the same thing. I asked her about another shelf of items and she just walked back and started talking on the phone again and went further into the back of the store. I was interested in some products but i guess her personal phone call was more important then making a sale.

The things in here are not top quality and way overpriced. The engraving is well done but consider bringing in your own stuff. The reason they received 3 stars is because they gave me a broken frame (from back) my fault for trusting everything looked fine from the cover, but really bad on their end for not being careful with time sensitive and costly stuff. Will look for other options before returning with them.The things they sell here are too expensive and of very low quality. You can engrave your own objects and that is worth it. The reason they received 3 stars is because my object arrived damaged from the back, I did not fully inspect it upon receipt, even so they did not have the delicacy and time to deliver it intact even paying a lot of money. I will look for more options before returning to this store.
