This store gave me updates every month about expected ship dates. When the machine finally arrived, they assembled and tested it. When I arrived, I was given detailed maintenance instructions, along with operation best practices, and when routine services are needed. If I have any unforeseen problems, I fully trust them to diagnose and get my machine running again.Thanks for a great buying experience!

Bought my Goldwing here. The sales team did an awesome job communicating with me and the rest of the staff were very friendly. The parts manager came to speak with me and the ladies in the office were friendly and fast. I drove 40 min to go there because the Honda place near me is terrible. I will be back!

The staff is great here. My cuz bought a brand new side by side in April, and they were selling like hot cakes so it took a bit to prep and deliver,but they were all nice and went as fast as possible there. Ive been in for maintenance parts a couple times and they are very helpful, the prices are nothing special, as most of the stuff can be ordered online for way less, but you dont get the friendliness and helpful knowledge and tips online.

This shop has broken one of my saddlebags the first time it was there never said a word, second time they lost a console bolt and had to order another one, not to favoritable in my opinion, take your chances of you want

Hard to say what kind of service you’d get here. I sent an inquiry about a motorcycle six days ago, and the auto response said that they would get with me shortly. Nothing so far. Left me plenty of time to talk with another dealer.

Disagree. Refused to work a 1999 gold wing due to its age . Would be a good place for someone to open up a motorcycle shop.

Poor customer service

Visited this store today. Was not greeted nor did anyone offer to help. After standing near the ATV we were GOING TO PURCHASE a man, no name tag, came and asked if we needed help. Mid-conversation he receives a phone call on HIS cell (not the store phone) and answered it. We immediately left the building, he followed us out and never looked our way. You just lost a sell my friend and we won’t be back. Women buy ATVs too and you should consider that!

Ron was wonderful. We are from KY and my husband wanted a side by side, but all the dealerships around here charge way too much. Ron was very patient, sent pictures, answered all our questions, and held the motor vehicle we wanted while my husband made the 3 hour drive. Their prices are definitley fair and my husband loves his side by side. I highly reccomend!!!

Terrible service Dept! Took my wifes bike there for service after it had been in storage for a few years. Never done anything to it. Still hard to keep it running after picking it up. Barely had enough fuel in it to get to station. Bike ended up at local independent repair shop. Don.t waste your time or money with motorcycle repair here.

We put my motorcycle in this shop for a couple months. At this time I was looking for a general tune up as it had been sitting awhile. Upon picking up my bike, we later found out the bike hadnt had anything done to it but rode and out of gas besides a dead battery to boot. Terrible shop wouldnt be a recommendation to anyone looking for services

I live in Texas, and they helped get me from the airport to the store to pick up the new bike, but were also willing to have it shipped. They made a rough morning much better! Got me back on my cross country trip quickly and safely so I could get to my friend who is on the heart transplant waiting list. Polite knowledgable staff. Pulling back out on the highway is a pain. And the fact my pioneer was sitting in the rain frustrates me. But good company to buy from. All and all ill do business here in the future

After searching for the Goldwing that had everything I wanted on it for a couple of weeks in 3 states. While looking at a few in Asheville NC. Saw an ad for Greenville Honda showing a Honda Goldwing that had exactly what I wanted. Called the dealership and spoke with Ron. He was responsive, courteous and went out of his way to send me information about the motorcycle. Ensuring. Upon arrival to the dealership Ron and the staff made the experience a no hassle, no pressure environment. I traveled over 3 states to go motorcycle shopping, Ron and Greenville Honda made the trip worth it.

I have been dealing with the folks at Greenville Honda for almost two years. While Im not as old as the proverbial dirt, I am 72 years old and it is hard to find businesses with the old fashioned ideas like fairness, friendliness and professionalism all come together with the employees from service to sales to answering the phone. I have had nothing but dignity and respect and friendship extended to me every time I go therre.I messed up my Forza scooter there at Greenville and couldnt ride during recovery. Still havent mounted the Forza due to family circumstances here now. Greenville Honda did the repairs. When I picked up my bike, it was flawless. I had called that morning to ask if I could come get it. The response was come later this afternoon and well have it cleaned up for you. When I arrived at the dealership, it was like I was putting a brand new scooter on my truck. All the bad from the accident was fixed. The body was glistening and shiny like new. The floor had to have been treated with some sort of armor-all. It, too, was like brand spanking new.And being a novice at hauling, there were several of the techs and mechanics that loaded it for me showing me the ropes (pardon the pun) for when I am by myself.Enough just cant be said good about these people. I am honored to know them. And if I ever graduate to a Goldwing, you better know where Im going to go shopping. I know. Some of you are saying, you better hurry. Such a graduation Im not seriously considering.
