The selection is low due to Covid but they are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

We had them take the stock exhaust off of our 2004 Honda Shadow and install a Cobra street rod, slash down exhaust and jet kit, it looks and sounds better and runs better, great job thanks

There was a great stock with very knowledgeable and nice staff. All of the vehicles were in great condition. You can order parts through them. The service adviser Brian is super great. He gave us alittle tour and let us in on little things about each vehicle. If ur planning on getting a motor play toy this is the place to go!

High prices but great service

My 21 year old son, who weighed less than 160 lbs, a 650 Kawasaki Ninja knowing he had NEVER been on a bike before. Yes, part of the responsibility belongs to my son but where us the morale in KNOWING all if this? Only to make a sale. He was killed on the bike 9 days later. My conscious is worth more than a few dollars. They knew that bike was too big for him.

No deals to be had here. Wouldnt come down even $100 to make the bike and even $6000 dollar deal. Said he had employees to pay everyday of the week for days they didnt make a sale. Will take my business out of greeneville for next cash purchase.

Had a service done. $539 after inspecting, only 2 out of 8 or 10 grease fittings were greased! 2

Had some warranty work done there back in August and gotta say quality of work seems to be great. Asked to have valves adjusted while they were already in engine doing warranty work and was hit with a pretty good labor charge especially considering that the warranty work already necessitated the labor to remove the cylinder head. I feel like they just charged me the rate they would have if they were not already in the engine.

Very rude to me. Approximately two years ago I went in to get a few maintenance items for my 2004 Kawasaki street bike and while I was there I non chalantly asked if they would do some work on my bike for me and before I could get finished the guy behind the counter interrupted me and said We dont work on anything over ten years old. Ok, somehow I get that. I said Its just that I started to strip my oil plug and he said And thats why... I didnt say anything else and just paid for the two items that I could have gotten off of the internet cheaper. I dont like leaving negative reviews but this encounter has eaten on me for two years. By the way guys I just helicoiled the plug myself. Thanks for the help. I also realize that one person doesnt make or break the whole business but the people out front represent you.

Ive done business between here and greeneville honda through the years and had great experiences. Went a couple weeks ago with cash in my back pocket to buy a new dr-z 400 they had in stock and after walking around it several times with a sales team member propped up on the wall scrolling on his phone. as I walked up to him he walked off. asked another person behind the counter which told me a salesperson would be with me shortly and 15 minutes later I left without a single word said to me. Took a trip to jc and bought a wr.

The service center is great, but they never have the parts i need

I had to drive out of state to come and make my purchase at this location. Scott and his team did everything electronically and over the phone. I was only in the dealership for 6 minutes going over details. I spent more time strapping down my new bike than I did in the dealership. Got a great deal from Hayden on a 2018 Sportsman 570 Camo Pursuit. I absolutely love my 4 wheeler. All the latest features, at a great price. He, and the Finance Manager were very helpful to work with. Hayden gave me a the best deal possible, with no hidden fees such as a delivery fee, which other dealers I approached wanted to charge me, some up to $400. If you are looking for honest, no pressure, no gimmicks folks to buy an ATV from they are your best bet in my opinion.

I was looking for a new Kawasaki Mule side by side for our orchard. In our greater area (Asheville/Johnson City) we have 4 dealers that had one in stock. I contacted all via email asking for their best price. Just one, Mountain Motorsports Greeneville, replied with my request, doing so within an hour and with a great price. The other three wanted to talk to me to make sure I knew what I wanted. Good grief, I cant stand that kind of run around. I already know what I want, just give me your best price. They never did. In fact, I ended up adding accessories to the unit and the pricing and installation charges were also great (so the dealership didnt take the opportunity to get me on these additions.) I went in looking for a new helmet in the Greenville location. They didnt have what I wanted, so I drove to their other location in Knoxville. Both places treated us like family instead of customers. I would highly recommend this place. Unlike the other place in Johnson city Jims cycle who treat you like dirt! I will gladly take my bikes to either location to be serviced. They are honest and hard working.

Worst experience I had on ordering any parts for anything in my lifetime. I ordered a part for my bike and was told it would be 3 to 5 business days and it would be here. After 2 weeks still no part or phone call. So I called them and they said it was back ordered and would be here in a week but a week and half later still no part or phone call. Bought a really nice used Harley from them at way less money than i would have paid at Harley Davidson. Not a lot of gear in stock but they look like they sell more of those overgrown buggies than motorcycles.
