Ordered item was suppose to come next day and didnt get it for a week. They gave me the part and refunded my money. I didnt say anything about it and told them they dont have to do that. They insisted.

Bought an ac compressor from this sorry bunch. It was a piece of junk cost me a serpentine belt and vaccum and charge fee. Took it back where they wanted me to buy the replacement before I could take it. Very sorry parts and even sorrier manager working there. For the most part everyone is nice and store is always clean. I came into today to get wipers for my car. Sorry I have no idea how to take them off and put back on. I asked the guy if he wouldnt mind helping when he gets a chance. Said it would be awhile since he was by himself. Which I had no problem with but he was so busy and store was packing up. I left but I want to tell that man thank you and keep up the work sorry you are working alone.

Ive been loyal to another automotive store for several years. However, when Im low on cash this is where I go. Customer service is good and they help with finding what you need. The store is usually tidy and clean.

I needed a cable end put on my battery on Monday the gentleman put it on within minutes and I call that service thanks Auto Zone

Employees are not very polite and there is a long wait usually. Bought a battery and had it installed. Turns out the employee had cracked the battery when installing it. Took it over there to have it tested and the employee did not detect the problem. My mechanic looked at it and instantly saw the problem. The only thing they have going for them is the location.

Get in the zone, and I cant wait to have my license and get a chance to get in the zone

I walked in the store do you have a one-man outside putting stickers on the window he had three or four employees inside I stood at the register for a good five minutes the older guy maybe a senior was putting stock away looked at me several times not a word came from him as I was leaving I asked a manager do you have anybody inside working manager went in there and I ended up leaving but a simple hello will be right with you some kind of acknowledgment would be greatly appreciatedMaybe a good customer service refresher for the employees

This place was awesome today. My wife was having a problem with the battery in her 2014 Toyota 4Runner. I realized after 5 1/2 years it was probably due for a new battery. I went to Auto Zone and Marvin tested the battery, and yes it needed to be replaced, and he replaced it quickly. Thank you Marvin, and Thank You Auto Zone.

After they give you the wrong parts, they make you wait for 25+ minutes for the staff to find the correct ones. I had to drive over 25 minutes drive for me back to the store because they could not provide the correct parts the first time. This place is going down hill at a high rate. Go to advance or orileys and save a headache.

Their battery/alternator/starter testers are worn out and beaten up. They have a hard time getting accurate readings. After getting a misdiagnosis and dealing with a deaf old man and a rude Donna M. I got my money back. Thank you but Im going elsewhere in the future.

A friend of mine had brake pads go out on him after a run-in with a pothole, they had what he needed and had it ready even though they were close to closing. Would be nice if they stayed open to 10 instead of 9.

My battery was gasping its last breath when I pulled into AutoZone in Greeneville. A very patient manager tested and said it needed replacing. He explained my choices, sold me a replacement (with a 10% discount!), then put it on free of charge. Oh! He explained the particulars as he did the chore. I was back on my way home in less than 30 minutes. Thank you AutoZone, Greeneville!

Great company always have to order my parts there never in stock but they can get them later that evening or next day from there warehouse

My son reported: I would like to thank Charles at autozone for helping me today after work!! My car had trouble starting after work and the check engine light came on so naturally I went straight to autozone. Charles asked me if he could help me I told him my car had trouble starting and the check engine light came on. So we went out to my car to run a diagnostic check. In just a few short minutes he was able to learn it was the camshaft sensor. He tells me he can sell me one for about 55 dollars I told him I would take it however I don’t know much about cars and all the mechanics would be closed this time of day. I asked him if he knew of anyone who could help me he told me let’s check it out and see what we can do. So he got some tools out of the store and came back to my car and began to work. Just 3 or 4 minutes later he had me on my way running again! Thank you so much Charles from autozone! You saved me a lot of trouble!! I am very thankful for people like you that go the extra mile.
