Went and took a car I was considering purchasing to them. They were busy but told me to pull in, and checked it out anyway, and wouldn’t take my money for looking at it! I stay in Knoxville but if I was closer to Greeneville, without a doubt I would go to them. Great guys!

Every time I get tires from there the next day their going flat. They lost my center cap.

This place rocks! I got a piece of metal in my tire and it was going flat fast and i pulled into Guaranteed Tire and these guys were super friendly and the price i was qoted was very good and then at checkout, it was even a lower price! That was a nice surprise! I have found my new go to for all tire issues and oil changes from now on. Ten stars for friendly folks!

Friendly guys and know what theyre doing

I got a flat and needed 1 tire to get home. I figured Id buy 2 tires so I have a matching pair. I saw a few matching tires of the the right size tire to put on the front since my back tires were fine. The said they will only sell me a matching set of 4 and would not just sell 2. After having the tires put on the car and went home I saw they 2 mismatched tires on and 2 matching ones in my back seat. The tires they put on werent sealed right and constantly needed refilling. Later when I went to replace the tires I realized they also kept my wheel lock. Please go somewhere else if you want a job thats done right.

These folks got me out of a jam when i could not get a trailered car off a ramp as the 4 tires were old and rotted. They pulled it off the trailer for me at their shop to throw some tires on it. Thank You! I will be using them again in a few weeks with another car I have. Super polite staff there!!

I had a flat tire with damage, I had went to another facility and everywhere I went the only place that had a tower was gonna cost me almost $150 these people got me in immediately and had a good used tire for me in less than 30 minutes with everything mounted and balanced excellent service I would highly recommend I will definitely be back!!

Great place to get tires

Looked everywhere for a decent used set. Found a lot of overpriced scratch-and-dent junk. This place had a gently used set at an amazing price, and its already paid for itself in 3 months time! Still running great. Dryer works better than any Ive ever owned. Best part, my wife loved the set too. I did good, and so did Guaranteed.

I bought a used tire here and literally drove one day on it, it was flat so I checked it out it is cracked and dry rotted and actually has a really old plug that blew out in my face when examining. The guys are nice the prices are reasonable but I would highly recommend not buying used tires from here

43dollars for a used car tire? For just another 5 dollars you can get a new one from Walmart. Just learned to always get a price up front. Dont recommend this place

Called about a flat on the interstate and said I was getting a ride up there if they had a tire to fit my trailer...They did and even said if I didnt make by closing they would stay late to wait on me till I got there and this was on a Saturday... Speaks volumes for customer service...

I went to get a 205 60 r 15 put on the guy comes out has a 196 60 r15 already installed on my rim so the manager says drive it if it dont run rough then its ok unacceptable why name your business something you dont do would not recommend this place to anyone
