Bethany was so extremely nice! My son goes to college at Tusculum University and I am all the way in MD and she made me feel so at ease. Her professionalism, knowledge and kindness in helping my son with his Honda was top notch. We had the car towed there and in less than an hour they resolved the problem. I highly recommend Kykers Extreme!!

Did not have a good experience. Took my truck there to have a repair that was covered by insurance. Insurance company sent Kykers an email with a picture of the check they were sending in the mail to pay for my repairs so that Kykers could release my truck to me and not have to wait until the check reached them by mail. Kykers refused to let me have my truck and stated that they have had problems before with people saying insurance was sending a check but the check never came. However with my case, kykers had an official email from my insurance company stating they were sending the check, it was not just a hear say from me. So I had to wait an extra full week to get my truck. Would not recommend to anyone to get your repairs here because they are also over priced.

Took them 2 times to put my window on track an charged me 175$ an still dont work rite.

Gave me caprice fixed things I dodnot approve charged me double price quoted

Excellent technicians. Work done properly and promptly. Very nice people to deal with. BUT ............VERY disappointed with parts markup. I bought OEM parts expecting they would be installed. I was informed they would not install parts purchased by me Even though they came from the same outlet they buy parts from (Advance Auto Parts). I paid $55.00 for the OEM parts but had to return them. Kykers charged me $160.00 for the EXACT same parts telling me they would not warrantee the parts I bought from the same source for $55.00. To go one step forward, One of the OEM parts cost less than $3.50 each. Kykers charge me more than $13.00 each for that part and there were 6 of them. I am very disappointed that I have to write this review but facts are facts. The Kykers are nice folks, employee great technicians, but being duped ... whether financially or otherwise is not a nice thing. And I will always hesitate to go back. Duped or not, they are better than the dealer.
