Listen, yall. Chris Wise is probably the only person in Greeneville I would take my car to if there was an issue I couldnt handle myself. Hes very knowledgeable, nice and wont try to rob you when you bring him a vehicle to ve repaired.

I had a power steering pump replaced, and was impressed by the prices and the what I thought was an honest person, even was about to try to send them more business. a week later I started hearing grinding again, took it back, was told air pockets, added more fluid and I was fine til the following week. Grinding again, unfortunately, quarantine started. So I did call them to let them know but I decided to wait til quarantine was over and his shop opened back up. I was told they were reopened bring it in next day. No one showed up, no one answered phone, then my number was blocked. All I needed to hear was a sorry or let me know a rescheduled date, but after being blocked, I took it to another mechanic who did find the leak, which was ring in the ps pump. I had to pay an additional cost of course, but I now have a new mechanic that wont treat me terrible like Wise Auto did. I am now warning people not to use them, it was very unprofessional, and one day will catch up to them, ought to be ashamed really

We were told our vehicle repair would be done by that evening. It was there for 4 weeks. Every time we checked in on it we were told it was half way done or that one of the 2 repairs was done and the other would be done by the end of the day. After 4 weeks neither repair was done til that day and only one of the 2 repairs was completed and we were told they couldnt do the other one and to come get it. This was after they assured us it would be no problem. So basically a one day repair took 4 weeks and only half of the job was done. Price was not much lower than any where else so its not like we even saved money on it. And its only half done. Only took our car here for the service because of the reviews and longevity in this town. Never again!!

Took my car in to have it worked on while I was on vacation. Needless to say it wasnt ready after 8 days so now I dont have a car to drive after I get back. 4 days later its finally ready. Not only was it not any better then when I took it in but 3 weeks later it no longer will run. If I knew then what I know now I would of never took my car there.
