Very nice but did a pad slap and hand tighten some of my lug nuts. Problem reoccurred 50 miles later even worse. Great job Susan. Do not recommend.

The owner showed me several options for new tires. I chose hankook. Cant tell the difference in handling and fuel efficiency. Saved $200. Unfortunately, Humble Tire and Service Center is no longer in business. Susan who ran the office bought it. Im going to update the new name of the business this Saturday (March 14th). Talked with Susan today; shes short 2 employees and she has hired replacements that start in 2 weeks. So, after Labor day things should be back to full speed after that.

Our daughter had an emergency (brakes crapped out) and I was about 425 miles away in Memphis Tennessee. I called Susan M. early on Monday and by Noon my daughter was safely on her way. I do not take this level of service lightly. If you need a name you can trust, then Susan and her team are definitley that! Thank you all for taking care of my family. I should mention the cost was reasonable and fair. About $100 LESS than I had predicted.

I took my truck in for a alignment after all the front end had been replaced.this was in may they closed for cova 19 and when they opened back up i called to let them know my tires were wearing on the inside and the guy on the phone said she is at the bank i will have her call you when she returns. That was in August and i have not heard from them yet so i would not recommend them to anyone .i had new tires put on before i went there now i need tire again .because of them.

They do a great job and very friendly.

Susan is a personable and professional proprietor. Her business is my first choice in her market.

I had a flat and needed a new tire. The business I typically use ordered the tire and told me they would have it Monday. Monday they didnt have the tire so I go back Tuesday and they still didnt have it. I Told them I would call and see if anyone else had it in stock because I drive 80 miles round trip to work and didnt feel safe continuing to drive my spare especially in the rain. Humble tire was the only one in town that could get it for me the same day. In addition, they were super friendly and fast! Thank you!

Decided to get alignment done here, since I was far from home. The guy spent 2 hours on it and said that he couldnt do it perfectly, but got really close. However, when I started driving it I felt like nothing was done. So yesterday I got back home and asked my friend, who owns a shop, to take a look at it. He showed me that it was WAAAYY off.My friend did say that the model of the car I own is notorious for being difficult to work on and that I will need to buy a couple of things to get it done perfectly.Nevertheless, it is evident that guy who worked on it did not do anything but lie to me. I WILL NOT come back here.
