Two weeks ago I traded in my Kia soul lease of which they paid off for me and gave great cash amount back to me to use to buy a 2020 jeep renegade. I love the jeep!!! Today while on way to dealership to pick up my plate and registration, a noise like a fax machine was coming from the vehicle. When I got there they immediately knew that sound and laughed. A rock got in to the brake and got stuck. They got me on my way within minutes. At no charge of course. I have never received a VIP treatment like this before. And a special shout out to Gordon Alexander who sold me this incredible vehicle. Over the years I lost trust in dealerships...now...faith has been restored. 👍👍

Took my truck in for a burned out blower motor.. All the guys were extremely friendly and helpful. It only took a few minutes to drop my truck off and get a rental car. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Great work and a great price as well. Definitely will be using them for any future needs.

Came in for an oil change and James the service manager ensured all measure had been taken to confirm my vehicle was running top notch. He did inform me that my battery was weak and suggested a new battery based on the testing. Thank goodness he seen that and prevented a breakdown as I am often in the MTNs with no phone signal. Brandon was our salesperson. Everything was pretty transparent. They did get us approved for a new vehicle with no roll over, which was great. All other dealerships have turned us away or given unrealistic offers. Chantz Scott CDJR had us approved, numbers agreed and in budget. Will definitely go back for another deal. We were looking to get out of a bad past vehicle purchase. The new Sales Manager (Terry) listened to our complaint and concerns and treated myself and my wife with respect. We were able to trade and drive a vehicle home that we desired to have based on our needs, not dealer initiative! Also, I loved that Terry had a no nonsense approach and being transparent concerning dollars within our purchase. At almost 60 years old, this is the first time that I’ve left a dealership 100% satisfied with a purchase. I’m very grateful to Terry and his staff! This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever come in contact with. We were lied to during the sales portion of our experience. After the purchase every time I called to find out about my new license plate I was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. I just had to keep calling until someone would give me a straight answer. After that I had some questions regarding the extended warranty that I had purchased. Each time I called again I was told someone would return my call, but no one did. I tried emailing and never got a response. I chatted with someone from the dealership and was told that a specialist would get back with me, but never did. I tried the text option and each time was told someone would text back shortly, but never did. I have given up as of today getting any information from these folks. It is terrible to treat a customer that purchased a 45000 dollar vehicle this way. Please do not use this dealer. They do not deserve the business.

When we arrived on the lot, I was already frustrated because of the last deal with Chantz Scott. We were approached by Mr Terry Setzer. With my frustration, I’m ashamed to say that he couldn’t get a word in due to my ranting. I look back now and I’m not proud. This gentleman proceeded to listen to me and my experience with the last deal. When he had a chance to speak, he informed me he had only been there three days and all he could say was he was sorry for the bad experience and how could he make it better. Yeah, by then I’m feeling about two foot tall. Not only did this gentleman get his sales staff on what we wanted in this new deal but he stayed on what was happening throughout the finance, signing paperwork and leaving satisfied. Our questions were answered honestly and the deal was even better than we could have ever imagined. Also, hats off to our salesman-Gordon. He also tolerated us lol. Above all, this dealership is trying to fix what’s been broken in the past. They would like to do away with all the negativity involving their dealership. He was pleasant enough but after telling him i wasnt ready to have my info run through because i wanted to wait until i felt confident about the vehicle i wanted to buy and how much i wanted to have my monthly payments to be, i was pretty much shown to the door after he had to talk to his manager. Too bad he didnt ask how much i had to put down! It worked out for the best, because down the street i received the absolute best deal that i could have ever asked for!

I went to the dealership to check out a Durango I saw on the website and to see whar sort of deal I could get on my current vehicle. Gordon, the salesman, was very helpful wtih taking care of me. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and showed me all the features of the vehicle.Long story short, by the end of the night I ended up trading both of my vehicles for the original Durango I was looking at and a Journey.I highly recommend the dealership and make sure to ask for Gordon.
