I always believe in thanking people for their help. With that being said, thank you to all of the helpful and considerate guys at Bypass Lawn and Garden.Yesterday, 8/26/2021, I walked in with what I felt was a huge dilemma. My trimmer head was stuck on my Stihl trimmer. After a few tries, the guys were able to release the wedged head. I was unable to do it as I didnt have the right tools. They not only released it, they also showed me how a part was accidentally put on upside down. This caused it to jam. I now have pics of the right and wrong way. They were kind enough to reattach the trimmer head correctly for me.Jason and all of the guys there helped me out so very much. Best part is, they didnt ask for any money.Thanks again guys. High quality equipment, great service. Im not that smart about mechanical things and tend to neglect equipment, but never feel like they are talking down to me or taking advantage. Jason and staff are always happy to take the time to explain how to better maintain and service my equipment too, even though that costs them repair jobs in the future! You really get the sense they just care about their customers and want them to succeed.

Great service, yes they are busy and you have a long wait for your mower but its worth it. These people even come to my home and pick up the riding mower and return it! WOW, huh?

Guy was very friendly both when dropped off and picked up my item. Every time have been there, have been the same friendly atmosphere. Plus have been very pleased with their work.

Very pleased ! They picked up and delivered, fixed what was wrong and gave the mower a through check up. I felt the bill was very fair and will certainty use them again if needed.

The staff actually know what theyre doing is the main reason you should shop here. Also, Stihl are some of the best products available. If you shop in Lowes you will be greeted by a 20 year old kid in skinny jeans that will tell you to call the 800 number. So you will get zero help. I bought an FS 70R from here and it has worked excellent, despite a very minor issue which when I brought it to Bypass they made a quick adjustment for free. Great place to shop will return for more business.

I wouldnt take anything else back to this place to be worked on they told my husband that they would have his lawnmower fixed in a couple of days 3 days went by and he calls they tell him that his lawnmower wasnt ready and he had 6 people in front of him so 3 days later he calls to check on the status of his lawnmower and the man tells him it wasnt ready and he asked how much longer would it be and they tell him a few more days he has 7 people ahead of him when just 3 days before that he only had 6 ahead of him so I personally wouldnt recommend their services to anyone who needs their lawn mower fixed if its tore up you better find someone else to work on it

They havent done any work for me yet, but they were ever so pleasant and helpful. I will finish this review after they fix my riding lawn mower.👍😜

Recently I found myself in need of a lawn tractor. Having done some research it appeared that John Deere was my only serious option. I was wrong!I stopped at Lowes and purchased a D170 from them, the first one was left outside for almost a week before a delivery was scheduled. They wiped it off as it had snowed and rained. I was spending more money than I had ever in my past and wanted a mower that had been maintained not left out in the elements. They delivered it later and the front bumper guard was scratched, the hood broken on several edges and the right front tire flat. They ordered me another. I was told it was 2 wheel drive, apparently if you want the left rear wheel to drive to work you must lean out over the left side of the mower I was told. I returned it.At church I was sharing this story and was told to speak with Jason at By-Pass Lawn and Garden.I drove to By-Pass Lawn and Garden, there I met Jason and his staff. Things just kept getting better.Integrity personified.Every employee I met there was friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough to help. Jason and I discussed my needs and the solution appeared to be a Simplicity Conquest tractor not a zero turn mower or any other brand and he shared why. I can do most of the maintenance, Oil and filter changes, air and gas filter changes are all designed to be “simple” and it has a metal bonnet instead of plastic.I had stayed there for several hours and went back a few days later as they are a great bunch of guys to visit with as well as do business with and the customers that came in were happy.Greeneville is lucky to have By-Pass Lawn and Garden and their happy and friendly employees in this town.I now own a used Simplicity Conquest Tractor and a lawn vacuum.Yahooo, easy leaf removal.I couldn’t be more pleased with my new toys and the character traits expressed by the men I worked with.I highly recommend this company and their staff to anyone in the market for lawn, garden or farm equipment.Its not common to find honesty, integrity and a happy, friendly, knowledgeable staff anywhere anymore.

Took my tractor there because it was smoking. Kept it a week and a half said oh it was dirty air filters. Filters were ok when dropped off. $62 to put an air filter in and said oh it’s fixed we ran it with blades on and everything. When picked it off thought I smelt a tinge of oil. Soon as I brought it home smoking like a chimney. NO WAY any diagnosis was performed. Don’t bring your stuff here if you’re not a good ole boy they won’t work on it and lie and steal from you.
