Really nice ppl. Had to get stuff for porch like screws n dog food and they took really good care of us and really nice and store looked really stocked and clean. Go check them out and see what you can find.

I wish there was a zero star button. I went in there to get some gardening things for my wife and I walked in and nobody had a mask on. I asked for help and then basically got told to go away. And the cashier was hateful the entire time, and kept pushing me to open a store credit card. So 1/5

Quick trip for dog food n they helped me get my dog food loaded in my car also and very nice ppl too.

I go there often to buy pet supplies. Staff is usually very unfriendly. Cant find prices on half the things they have there. The store is most always a mess.

We were able to buy the shots we needed to give our puppy. I asked for assistance because the refrigerated case is locked and they sent someone quickly to take care of our needs. The staff is helpful here (as long as they understand what you need or are looking for) and polite.

I have repeatedly been ripped off by this store when it comes to propane. I have spoken with managers and they tell me I am wrong. There is absolutely NO way to put 9.6 gallons of propane in a 30lb bottle. Yet they have tried to tell me that they just filled it up extra. Bull----!!!. The bottle weighed the same no matter if they put 6.8 gallons or 9.6. (Admiral propane does it right. And they only charge $19 to fill a 30lb tank.) Instead of 2.99 per gallon and try to make you pay for 3 extra gallons got didnt even get. I work hard for my money and dont like to be ripped off. We will no longer be spending any money there even if I have to pay more somewhere else.

I love this store. Great customer service. I recommend this chain of stores to any one that owns animals, loves gardening or need some good strong clothes for the farm.

The staff is always nice, great selection of products and if something isnt stocked in store but in the back they will go get it for you on request. However they only get 3 stars due to outrageous pricing. Sorry guys its cheaper to get feed at the feed store and the charge for a cold drink is crazy

Informed clerk no water in chicks pen, dead chick. No response had to go to back and get another sales person to get water for chicks. No offer to help with loading $200 of shavings and feed, no carts available, when I asked for one was told to looking parking lot for one. No help available, poorly staffed.

The staff here is really friendly. The manager, Todd is always willing to bend over backwards to take care of what I need. Their prices are competitive and the staff seems to get a bit more training than what you find at big box stores.

Prices are high! But theyre pretty stocked. Also, stop making my 70yr old mom carry her own 50lb bags of dog food! They take mine without asking!!

A regular shopping destination. Horse supplies are plentiful. Grains and sweet feed that I feed the horses are always in supply.

I finally got what I needed! That is the third time to the same store to get the rest of my order! DO NOT order pick up here! I order pick up of 2 scratch feed and two layer feed bags. First day I ordered, my scratch feed was ready, and the site also said my layer feed was in stock, but it was not. When I got there they had scratch feed, but they had to go to back to pick it up off the floor- not even set aside for me. Then when I called several times, they finally said my layer feed was in stock. I went by to pick it up, and I was in a hurry. So I asked several times, if they had checked my order, but the lady assured me it was correct. I walked out with the wrong chicken feed and no way to check! I called yo return them and get the correct feed. I stopped by finally and switched them, but this experience was ridiculous! So unorganized! Such a waste of time! I should have just went by and picked it up! I only signed one paper at the time of picking up my scratch feed, and they did not ask for any identification, so if you ever want to steal from Tractor Supply, go to the Greeneville one and tell them you are there to pick up. I hope someone higher up sees this and deals with this because Im pretty sure they wouldnt want their company to just give away feed to the wrong people or have their MANAGERS assuring customers wrong!

Nothing like running into a family of shop lifters while your trying to shop. Was walking around the corner of the isle and a lady was stuffing a shirt down her shorts. One of the family members was hanging out at the registers trying to distract everyone while the rest of the family was shop lifting. Then when we were leaving the store there was a whole family of them in the parking lot. Its no wonder why the prices are so high. Other the that a nice store and staff

Too bad this is the only store if its kind on this side of town. I buy Purina Equine Senior on a regular basis, about 4 times out of 10 they are out of it. THE excuse is that they have no control over their inventory and have to take whatever amount the warehouse sends them. I end up at Broyles, the only other place in Greeneville with Purina feeds. Though more expensive, as a small business, they seem to appreciate their customers. Theres always someone there ready and willing to load your vehicle. At TSC, I normally have to stand around for 10+ minutes waiting on someone to help. The other thing Ive noticed is that the prices that ring up on the register MANY TIMES dont match whats on the shelf or in their advertising. You really have to keep an eye on this as there can be dollars worth of difference! These problems point to poor management at the corporate level...the local employees claim to be at their mercy with no power to fix

This Tractor Supply need cleaning. It smells like rat pee every time I walk in the store. Also needs a bigger location. Sometimes you can find someone to help you if you lucky.

Had a great experience there. The young man who was working there was very helpful and polite while showing me where the wound care products were for my dogs. Couldnt ask for better.

Went to purchase medicine for my sheep, and they were out of stock & couldnt tell me when they were getting anymore. I then asked an associate for a certain size needle I needed to administer meds with & after a prolonged period of time she ended up giving me the wrong ones anyway. .I had to make a trip back just to return them. Employees could definitely use some training.

I think Tractor Supply is an awesome place for Universal stuff tools belts whichever lawn care they usually have it and is at a reasonable price highly recommend.....

I love tractor supply they have some amazing decor and great animal products. A little pricey in some things like clothes and some other stuff but good prices on other merchandise. All in all I really love this store.

Quality products at a good price for our small farm. We are new at taking care of a small farm. Trust the products and advice we need to get stuff done.

Tractor Supply has a little bit of everything. Its difficult to walk through the aisles, because theyre pretty crowded, but they have everything you could ever want for your animals, yard, your farm, and your outdoor needs. They also have some indoor things like, crazy little lamps with birds and bears and Fish on them.

The staff was very helpful in finding what I needed and explaining why to go with a certain product will be back for sure!

Must have a skeleton crew all the time now. Hard to find anyone to help you anymore even after you go to the cashier and they page someone. I do walk the store first looking for someone in case they are helping others I can wait my turn. But when I find noone even after walking in the back and outside calling for anyone here, I then go up front. So people cant say to me they were helping someone else.The cashiers normally one sometimes 2, usually has a line and has to answer everyone questions and keep calling for help for people.It has changed a lot in the last couple years.

This retailer has been asked multiple times to donate to community outreach projects, the answer is always no. One request was for gloves for firefighters battling a fire in inclimate weather, the other was to donate materials to a local group to help build kennels for dogs to get them off of chains 24/7. Do yourself a huge favor and go to Co-Op and Greeneville Builders. Better quality, better service, better pricing, and those businesses actually care about the community rather than the bottom line.

Isles where narrow & with all the stuff everywhere it was difficult to navigate the cart. Friendly staff. Had to correct the cashier on the price of item I bought bc it rang up $4 higher than sign posted. But she did it without arguing, very polite.
